Fatwas issued by scholars play a crucial role in providing legal guidance for Muslims in Indonesia, particularly in the context of technological and modern economic developments such as e-commerce, sharia fintech, and digital investments. Using a qualitative approach with literature study, this research analyzes various fatwas issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and the factors influencing the scholars' decisions, including technological advancements, societal needs, and globalization. Furthermore, this study identifies obstacles in the implementation of fatwas, such as limited public understanding and potential conflicts with government regulations. The research finds that, despite the challenges, there is significant potential for aligning fatwas with positive legal regulations in Indonesia. Collaboration between scholars, religious institutions, and the government is essential to ensure the effective implementation of fatwas and create an inclusive and just legal system for Muslims. The synergy between fatwas and regulations is expected to support the sustainable development of the Islamic economy and contribute to the building of a more prosperous and harmonious Indonesian society.

The type of data used in this research is qualitative data, with the data source coming from secondary sources and the data collection technique used being a documentation technique through literature review using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) data analysis technique by utilizing the Published or Perish (POP) metadata tool and VOS Viewer. The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

Advances in digital technology have increased the distribution of information related to work and creativity so that the risk of work theft and copyright infringement is very vulnerable to occurring and this can be detrimental to creative industry players. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. This activity involved 25 MSME actors, village officials, and Youth Organizations in planning, training, and implementing weekly markets combined with social activities such as mass gymnastics, local culinary, and children's games. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in the daily income of business actors from IDR 6.23 million to IDR 11.52 million, or an increase of 85%, with income stability of 40%. In addition to having an economic impact, this activity increases social interaction across hamlets and strengthens the role of women in household businesses. The main obstacles in the form of limited facilities and waste management are overcome through synergy with BUMDes and the support of the Village Fund. This activity shows good practices of collaboration between the community, village government, and universities in developing sustainable micromarkets, which can be replicated as a model of economic empowerment in other villages.

Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Nangewer, Kecamatan Darangdan, Kabupaten Purwakarta, bertujuan memberdayakan pelaku UMKM lokal dan memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi desa pasca-pandemi melalui pengembangan model pasar mingguan partisipatif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 25 pelaku UMKM, perangkat desa, dan Karang Taruna dalam perencanaan, pelatihan, dan pelaksanaan pasar mingguan yang dikombinasikan dengan kegiatan sosial seperti senam massal, kuliner lokal, dan permainan anak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pendapatan harian pelaku usaha dari Rp6,23 juta menjadi Rp11,52 juta, atau naik 85%, dengan stabilitas pendapatan 40%. Selain memberikan dampak ekonomi, kegiatan ini meningkatkan interaksi sosial lintas dusun dan memperkuat peran perempuan dalam usaha rumah tangga. Hambatan utama berupa keterbatasan fasilitas dan pengelolaan sampah diatasi melalui sinergi dengan BUMDes dan dukungan Dana Desa. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan praktik baik kolaborasi antara masyarakat, pemerintah desa, dan perguruan tinggi dalam mengembangkan pasar mikro yang berkelanjutan, yang dapat direplikasi sebagai model pemberdayaan ekonomi di desa lain.

rticipants at LKP Mutiara Informatika in Asahan Regency, requires a fundamental understanding and skills in protecting personal data and recognizing cyber threats. This community service program aims to provide educational and practical training on personal data protection and cybersecurity. The implementation methods include material delivery, interactive discussions, and practical simulations using real case studies. This program enhanced participants’ understanding of digital privacy, online fraud, and the use of basic security tools. Participants were also able to identify preventive measures to protect their digital accounts. Through this training, the community is better prepared to face the challenges of the technological era and to serve as agents of cybersecurity literacy, while also emphasizing the importance of synergy between education and technology in building safe and responsible digital awareness.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat membawa berbagai manfaat sekaligus tantangan, salah satunya adalah meningkatnya risiko terhadap keamanan siber dan kebocoran data pribadi. Masyarakat digital, khususnya peserta di LKP Mutiara Informatika Kabupaten Asahan, membutuhkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar dalam melindungi data pribadi serta mengenali ancaman siber. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan yang bersifat edukatif dan aplikatif mengenai perlindungan data pribadi dan keamanan siber. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi praktik menggunakan studi kasus nyata. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang privasi digital, penipuan online, serta penggunaan perangkat pengaman dasar. Peserta juga mampu mengenali langkah pencegahan untuk melindungi akun digital. This Community Service Activity (PkM) aims to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in a specially designed digital education platform to enhance the appeal and effectiveness of agrotourism promotions. Key features developed include an educational chatbot, AI-based virtual tours, a content recommendation system, and visitor data analysis. The activity was carried out through stages including identifying partner needs, digital literacy training, prototype development, and guidance on using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. The results of the activity demonstrate that the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can enhance creativity, promotional efficiency, and public interest in local agrotourism. Thus, the synergy between technology and local potential emerges as a highly effective strategy for advancing sustainable agriculture-based tourism.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam sebuah platform edukasi digital yang dirancang khusus untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan efektivitas promosi pada agrowisata. Beberapa fitur utama yang dikembangkan meliputi chatbot edukatif, tur virtual berbasis AI, sistem rekomendasi konten, dan analisis data pengunjung. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan literasi digital, pengembangan prototipe, dan pendampingan penggunaan platform media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, Twitter dan Youtobe. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Artificial Intellegent (AI) dapat meningkatkan Kreaktivitas, efisiensi promosi, serta minat masyarakat terhadap agrowisata lokal. To address this issue, the Community Service Program (PkM) of Universitas Terbuka was designed to strengthen the capacity of village officials through training and mentoring in village potential mapping based on village planning worksheets. This approach follows four key stages: input, process, output, and impact, aimed at establishing a more systematic, data-driven, and sustainable village development plan. The PkM activities include field surveys, socialization, technical training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The primary objective of this program is to develop a village potential database as a foundation for formulating more accurate policies and development strategies. Village officials can create more effective and strategic data-driven policies with this database. The program's sustainability requires synergy between academics, local government, and the village community to ensure data-driven development that enhances community welfare.

Abstrak: Desa Kurungkambing, Kecamatan Mandalawangi, Banten, memiliki potensi lokal yang belum optimal karena keterbatasan data terstruktur dan kapasitas perencanaan desa. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Universitas Terbuka dirancang untuk memperkuat kapasitas aparatur desa melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemetaan potensi desa berbasis lembar perencanaan desa. Pendekatan ini mengacu pada empat alur utama: masukan, proses, hasil, dan dampak, yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan perencanaan pembangunan desa yang lebih sistematis, berbasis data, dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan PkM ini melibatkan serangkaian tahapan, termasuk survei lapangan, sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Tujuan utama program ini adalah mengembangkan database potensi desa sebagai dasar dalam penyusunan kebijakan dan strategi pembangunan yang lebih akurat. Dengan adanya database ini, aparatur desa dapat merumuskan kebijakan berbasis data yang lebih efektif dan strategis. Keberlanjutan program membutuhkan sinergi antara akademisi, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat desa guna memastikan pembangunan berbasis data yang berorientasi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat.

armer association (Gapoktan) to self-governing over sub-terminal agribusiness (STA). Extention and technical assistance were approached to solve their problem. Based on the analysis performed that STA has an important role in solving the weakness in the market. STA is a power to strengthen the Gapoktan in facing market restrictions. The success of the establishment of STA in the production centre depends on the managerial ability of the STA management board. They must push hard to build synergy between production and the market network. After following the extension, member of the farmer association had been increased their knowledge about the requirement of STA establishment and STA management. Technical assistance is delivered separately. Gapoktan Sumber Katon initiated the self-governing STA focussed on horticulture production link with the market. Besides Gapoktan Srikandi established the self-governing STA focussed on rice production. Development activities for pioneering Agribusiness Sub Terminals at Gapoktan in Kab. Pringsewu resulted in the establishment of a self-supporting STA in the centre of farming production.

Permasalah utama produk pertanian adalah fluktuasi harga yang disebabkan oleh dinamika situasi produksi dan permintaan serta sistem rantai nilai produk dari produsen ke konsumen. Lemahnya akses pasar pertanian berdampak pada ketidakpastian harga di tingkat petani. Kegiatan ini bertujuan membangun kapasitas Gapoktan dalam inisiasi pasar alternatif melalui Sub Terminal Agribisnis (STA). Penyuluhan dan bimbingan teknis digunakan untuk metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan bahwa STA memiliki peran penting dalam mengatasi kelemahan pasar produk pertanian. STA memperkuat Gapoktan dalam menghadapi keterbatasan akses pasar. Keberhasilan pendirian STA di sentra produksi tergantung pada kemampuan manajerial pengurus STA. Pengurus STA harus bekerja keras mendorong sinergi antara pelaku produksi dan jejaring pasar. Setelah mengikuti penyuluhan, anggota Gapoktan bertambah pengetahuannya tentang syarat-syarat pendirian STA dan pengelolaan STA. Bantuan teknis disampaikan secara terpisah. Gapoktan Sumber Katon memprakarsai STA swakelola yang berfokus pada hubungan produksi hortikultura dengan pasar. Gapoktan Srikandi mendirikan STA swakelola yang fokus pada produksi beras. Kegiatan pembinaan perintisan STA pada Gapoktan di Kab. Pringsewu menghasilkan kelembagaan STA swadaya di daerah sentra produksi sayur mayur. Tumbuh kembang STA swadaya di daerah sentra produksi akan tergantung kepada kesungguhan dan kerja keras unsur pengurus dalam memperjuangkan akses pasar bagi hasil produksi pertanian anggotanya.
