The research population consists of Indonesian individuals aged 17–40 years (Generation Z and Millennials) who are BCA customers and have been exposed to the “Don’t Know Kasih No.!” advertisement. The sample size was determined using Cochran’s formula, resulting in a minimum of 100 respondents, selected through purposive sampling. bal geopolitical issues has an impact on the decline of the company's social legitimacy, thus affecting profitability and financial stability. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach through the analysis of annual financial statements processed using profitability ratios. The results show a significant downward trend in the entire profitability ratio from 2022 to 2024. In 2022, the entire ratio was in a positive condition, but declined sharply in 2023 and turned negative in 2024; NPM from 4.26% to −4.53%, ROA from 5.67% to −4.93%, ROE from 12.45% to −9.45%, and ROI from 8.37% to −4.87%. These findings indicate that boycott campaigns have a significant effect on declining profitability and show the loss of corporate social legitimacy in the eyes of the public according to the perspective of legitimacy theory.

HiVisitScreen is a modern, website-based digital platform developed as an educational medium to provide up-to-date information on HIV/AIDS, facilitate safe and confidential health access, and reduce the spread of HIV. This descriptive quantitative study, using a cross-sectional design, aimed to describe user satisfaction with the HiVisitScreen website among 150 active students at Gorontalo State University (UNG). User satisfaction was measured using the 13-item End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) questionnaire. The results show that overall, users were satisfied with the HiVisitScreen website, with a total mean score of 3.45 (Satisfied category). Among the five EUCS dimensions, Ease of Use had the highest mean score of 3.51 (Highly Satisfied category), emphasizing the application's user-friendliness and accessibility. Meanwhile, the Content dimension received the lowest mean score of 3.40 (Satisfied category), indicating that while the information is relevant and clear, improvements are needed in the completeness and suitability of the content to specific user needs, supporting the plan to add prevention features for serodiscordant couples. The HiVisitScreen website has successfully met user expectations and has the potential to function as an effective website-based intervention in HIV case management within the campus environment.

onto Regency. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach by adapting a 4D development model which includes the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The research instruments consisted of expert validation sheets, observations, teacher and student practicality questionnaires, and writing ability tests. The results of expert validation showed that the developed learning model was in the very feasible category, with a feasibility score of 92%. The practicality test also showed high results, namely 91% of teachers and 89% of students, which indicates that this learning model is easy to understand, easy to apply, and encourages active involvement of students in the learning process. Descriptively, the results of the pre-test and post-test illustrate a change in students' ability to write narrative texts, from an initial average score of 62.50 to 82.30 after the application of the developed learning model. Thus, this study concludes that the Discovery Learning learning model with the Think, Talk, Write strategy is feasible, practical, and has the potential to support the improvement of the writing skills of elementary school students. This model is recommended to be implemented more widely in Indonesian language learning, especially in narrative writing skills, and can be used as a reference for the development of literacy learning at the elementary education level.

tural contexts shape the distribution of illocutionary types. Data were collected via observation and note-taking, then classified according to Searle’s five categories (assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, declarative) and analyzed through three stages: data collection, analysis, and presentation. The findings reveal that illocutionary speech acts in the film Norah are dominated by directives in the form of commands, prohibitions, and invitations, which highlight the speaker’s role in controlling actions. In addition, expressive and commissive acts appear in the form of advice, requests, and polite expressions that function to maintain harmony and interpersonal closeness. Overall, the use of illocutionary acts in the film reflects social relations and the dynamics of everyday interaction in rural Arab society.

The Springate model, consisting of four key ratios (working capital to total assets, EBIT to total assets, EBT to current liabilities, and sales to total assets), was applied to evaluate the company’s financial stability. The results show fluctuating financial performance. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga was categorized as financially healthy (safe zone) in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023, but experienced financial distress in 2022 due to severe liquidity pressure and increased short-term liabilities. The overall average S-Score of 0.9453 places the company in the grey area, indicating potential vulnerability to financial instability. The findings highlight the importance of improving liquidity management, strengthening working capital, and increasing operational efficiency to prevent future distress. ffectiveness of the principal’s leadership and the quality of internal communication are considered two important factors that may play a strategic role in enhancing teacher performance. These conditions highlight the need for empirical analysis to determine the extent to which these two aspects contribute to the achievement of teacher performance.
This study aims to examine the description of principal leadership, internal communication, and teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka, as well as to analyze the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance, the influence of internal communication on teacher performance, and the influence of both variables on teacher performance. Thus, this research not only describes the actual conditions but also tests the relationships between the variables under study.
The research employed descriptive and correlational methods. The study population consisted of all 141 teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 104 respondents selected through proportional sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was carried out to determine the strength of the relationships between variables and to test the research hypotheses.
The results indicate that principal leadership falls into the very competent category, internal communication is carried out high effectively, and teacher performance is categorized as very high. Correlational analysis findings show that principal leadership (X₁) has a significant influence on teacher performance, and internal communication (X₂) also has a significant influence on teacher performance. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a meaningful effect on improving teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka.
The implications of this study show that improving teacher performance can be achieved through strengthening principal leadership and implementing effective internal communication. Therefore, schools are advised to continuously build open and collaborative communication patterns and optimize leadership roles in providing direction, support, and exemplary behavior for teachers.
