Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hukum normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menganalisis dampak teknologi terhadap perlindungan hak cipta serta menilai sejauh mana solusi yang ada efektif. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan yang tepat, penegakan hukum yang kuat, serta peningkatan edukasi dan kesadaran hukum di masyarakat untuk menjaga hak cipta. Selain itu, diperlukan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor industri, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan sistem perlindungan hak cipta yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini juga membahas teori-teori seperti Reward Theory, Recovery Theory, dan Economic Growth Stimulus Theory sebagai dasar teoretis dalam melindungi hak cipta.

e pattern of tofu marketing channels, to analyze tofu marketing costs, profits and margins; and to analyze the level of economic efficiency of each tofu marketing channel in Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The choice of research location was done purposively. The sample in this study were 19 respondents who owned the tofu industry. Field research was conducted from March 2022 to April 2022. The method used is marketing margin analysis to determine differences in price levels in marketing channels, this study also uses farmer's share analysis to determine marketing efficiency. The results of the study concluded that the fried tofu housing industry in Dolok Masihul District has 2 (two). In marketing channel I, the total marketing cost is Rp. 30/ptg, the total marketing profit for retailers is Rp. 303.33/ptg, and the marketing margin is Rp. 83.33/ptg. For marketing channel II there is no marketing fee. On stock farmers that marketing channels I and II are included in the efficient category.

mely RT 03, RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Almost every day rubbish can be seen scattered in residential areas. This describes the lack of public awareness and concern regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. The aim of this community service activity is firstly to provide knowledge of non-traditional threats, especially human security issue to residents of RT 03 RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Second, increase citizens' insight into Islamic conceptions of environmental cleanliness, and third, grow and increase citizens' awareness and concern in solving waste problems. Service activities start from the observation stage, carrying out counseling, recruiting volunteers, and monitoring. The result of this service activity is that residents' knowledge about the threat of environmental damage and good waste management techniques has increased. The increase in knowledge can be seen in the questionnaire results which reached 83%. Apart from that, residents' awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness is also starting to be seen from implementing the 4R concept in daily life and the formation of environmental care movement by carrying out routine mutual cooperation actions and monitoring the environment.

o identify the differences in hemoglobin levels using the Dirui BCC-3600 and Quick Check devices in the elderly population at Puskesmas Biromaru. This research is descriptive-comparative in nature. The sample consisted of 30 patients undergoing hemoglobin examination at the Puskesmas Biromaru laboratory between March 29th and April 30th, 2023. The sampling method used was accidental sampling, with venous blood samples from 30 respondents. The results of the study showed that the average hemoglobin level using the Dirui BCC-3600 device was 12.86 g/dL, while with the Quick Check device it was 11.77 g/dL. Normality testing was conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk test, which yielded a p-value of 0.023. A p-value < 0.05 indicates non-normal data distribution, thus followed by the Mann-Whitney test. The Mann-Whitney test resulted in a significant value (p) = 0.011. In conclusion, there is a significant difference in hemoglobin levels using the Dirui BCC-3600 and Quick Check devices in the elderly.

The data used in this study is primary data from the result of distributing questionnaires. The test method uses the Valadity and Reliability test, Classical Assumption test, and Multiple Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows Version 25 program. The results of this study found that the variables of Taxpayes Awareness, Tax Sanctions, Tax Knowledge and Fiscus Services have a positive and significant effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in District Southeast Aceh. d. The participants selected were 23 teachers who teach English at all levels of education, ranging from primary school to university. The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.

Innovation is a shift from traditional management principles, processes and practices or a shift from old organizational forms to modern management. Government services to the community, known as public services, are a very strategic issue because of the interaction between the government and the community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to determine public service innovation. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that public service innovation with a digital queuing system is a conceptual innovation which gives rise to new paradigms, ideas, thinking and breakthroughs. Meanwhile, delivery innovation includes new ways or ways of solving problems, providing services or interacting with clients for the purpose of providing special services to customers.
