avel 13 based e-commerce platform integrated with performance monitoring and seller accountability mechanisms. Built using the Prototype model encompassing communication, planning, modeling, prototyping, and deployment phases the system utilizes MySQL for database management. Registered sellers can distribute unique referral codes to prospective sellers, with the system automatically recording these relationships to enable structured tracking of activities, product counts, store ratings, and access status of referred sellers. Functional testing conducted via a black-box approach demonstrated that the authentication, referral registration, dashboard, monitoring, order management, and store settings modules operated strictly according to specifications, achieving a 100% test case pass rate. The primary contribution of this research lies in shifting the referral paradigm from simple user acquisition to a peer-accountability framework that holds referring sellers responsible for the performance of their recruits, thereby mitigating the presence of unreliable sellers and fostering greater trust in the online shopping environment.

This study aims to build a web-based Student Graduation Information System for vocational high schools (SMK) that simplifies graduation-data management for school administrators and gives students online access to their graduation information. The system was built using the Waterfall method, covering requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, and was implemented with the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, a MySQL database, and a Bootstrap interface. It serves two types of users: administrators, who manage graduation data, and students, who can check their graduation status without logging in by entering their National Student Identification Number (NISN). Students who pass can download their SKL directly in PDF format. The system was evaluated through Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Testing showed that every system function operated as intended, while the usability evaluation returned an average SUS score of 84.5, placing it in the Excellent (Grade A) category. Overall, the system improves the efficiency of school administration, speeds up the delivery of graduation information, and supports the broader digitalization of educational services.

Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif digunakan, melibatkan 96 responden yang dipilih secara purposive dari populasi 150 konsumen aktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert 1-5 dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (t-hitung 5,542 > t-tabel 1,986; signifikansi 0,000), pemasaran digital melalui WhatsApp juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t-hitung 3,381 > t-tabel 1,986; signifikansi 0,001), dan secara simultan kedua variabel menjelaskan 76,7% variasi keputusan pembelian (R²=0,767; F-hitung 151,386 > F-tabel 3,09). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa inovasi produk dan pemanfaatan WhatsApp sebagai kanal pemasaran digital merupakan strategi komplementer yang efektif bagi UMKM pangan tradisional di pedesaan Indonesia. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi fitur WhatsApp (daftar siaran, katalog produk, dan grup pelanggan) serta pengembangan produk secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan daya saing.
The digital revolution has fundamentally transformed consumer behavior even in remote rural areas, carrying profound implications for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly traditional food producers. This study aims to examine the influence of product innovation and digital marketing through WhatsApp on purchasing decisions at the Tofu Factory in Sumber Ketempa Village, Kalisat District. A quantitative approach with an associative design was employed, involving 96 respondents purposively selected from a population of 150 active consumers. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires (1-5) and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The results show that product innovation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (t-count 5.542 > t-table 1.986; significance 0.000), digital marketing through WhatsApp also has a positive and significant effect (t-count 3.381 > t-table 1.986; significance 0.001), and simultaneously both variables explain 76.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions (R²=0.767; F-count 151.386 > F-table 3.09). These findings confirm that product innovation and the utilization of WhatsApp as a digital marketing channel are complementary strategies effective for traditional food MSMEs in rural Indonesia. This research recommends optimizing WhatsApp features (broadcast lists, product catalogs, and customer groups) and continuous product development to enhance competitiveness.

Data dianalisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi keamanan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan literatur manajemen keuangan digital serta manfaat praktis bagi pengguna dan pengembang e-wallet dalam menciptakan layanan yang tidak hanya mudah dan aman, tetapi juga mendukung pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik.
This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived security on the financial management behavior of Generation Z e-wallet users. The development of digital technology has encouraged the widespread use of e-wallets, particularly among Generation Z, who are known as digital natives. The convenience of transactions and the level of security perceived by users are important factors that may influence how they manage their finances, including financial planning, expenditure control, transaction recording, and saving habits. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to Generation Z respondents who use e-wallets in Palopo City. The data will be analyzed to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of perceived ease of use and perceived security on financial management behavior. The findings are expected to contribute theoretically to the development of literature on digital financial management and provide practical benefits for users and e-wallet developers in creating services that are not only convenient and secure but also supportive of better financial management.

Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam identifikasi potensi, penyuluhan, diskusi, dan evaluasi. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 15 orang yang terdiri atas anggota kelompok tani, tokoh masyarakat, dan pemuda. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest terhadap enam indikator, yaitu potensi ekonomi budidaya stroberi, teknik budidaya, pengelolaan lahan dan pupuk organik, pengendalian hama dan penyakit, pemanfaatan kearifan lokal, serta penanganan pascapanen dan pemasaran hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan peserta meningkat dari 49,3% pada pretest menjadi 89,6% pada posttest atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 40,3%. Selain meningkatkan pengetahuan teknis budidaya, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya integrasi teknologi budidaya dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal seperti gotong royong, musyawarah, dan pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal dalam pengelolaan kebun. Pendekatan partisipatif yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat serta mendorong kesiapan dalam mengembangkan usaha budidaya stroberi secara produktif, berkelanjutan, dan bernilai ekonomi.

The results of the study Break-Even Point (BEP), show that the total production cost for the agroindustry is Rp805,250 and total revenue of Rp1,400,000, resulting in an operating profit of Rp594,750. An R/C Ratio of 1.74 indicates that the business is viable. The BEP analysis shows that the break-even point is at 23.01 units, rounded to 24 units, with a BEP revenue of Rp805,350. Descriptively, the business is still managed in a simple, family-based manner, with marketing conducted through word-of-mouth promotion and social media. Based on the research findings, the SF’Barik Nutmeg Jam IKM is viable to operate and develop because it is capable of generating profits and has potential for the development of agro-industry based on local commodities.

tive, transparent, and measurable Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the priority order of infrastructure development proposals in Asam Jawa Village, Torgamba District. The applied solution integrates the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method to calculate criteria weighting based on relative importance, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to process the alternative ranking calculation. The evaluation was conducted on 23 physical infrastructure proposals using four main criteria: urgency level (C1), physical condition (C2), benefits (C3), and population size (C4). The results indicate that alternative A4 (Construction of Borehole Well and Public Toilet at Field) and alternative A18 (Sejahtera Street Concrete Cast) achieved the highest preference score of 1.000000, followed by other infrastructure proposals in a structured manner. The combined use of ROC and SAW methods is proven to be effective and consistent in generating accurate rural development priority rankings. The integration of these two methods facilitates village government officials in making accountable decisions while minimizing cognitive bias risks in optimizing development budget allocation.

Kesenjangan penelitian (gap) muncul dari fluktuasi pertumbuhan laba yang tidak konsisten, sementara penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan hasil yang beragam mengenai pengaruh rasio profitabilitas terhadap laba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Sebanyak 13 perusahaan dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dari populasi 32 perusahaan industri makanan olahan, sehingga diperoleh 52 sampel data. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Uji asumsi klasik membuktikan model regresi berdistribusi normal, bebas multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan GPM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan GPM dan ROE secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 12,6 persen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa efisiensi penggunaan ekuitas lebih menentukan pertumbuhan laba dibandingkan margin laba kotor, sehingga memberikan wawasan praktis bagi manajer dan investor pada industri makanan olahan.

orge C. Edward III's policy implementation theory—communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure—are employed as the analytical framework. Field data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation were systematically analyzed using the data condensation, display, and conclusion drawing model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings indicate that the policy implementation on handling vagrants and beggars at the Social Affairs and Community Empowerment Office of Gorontalo City has been running fairly well but has not yet been optimal. In the communication aspect, coordination among implementers has been functioning well; however, information dissemination to target groups and the general public remains suboptimal. In the resources aspect, policy implementation has been supported by human resources, authority, and facilities, yet is still constrained by limited personnel and underutilized facilities and databases. In the disposition aspect, officials demonstrate commitment, responsibility, and a professional attitude in implementing the policy; however, guidance programs have not been able to reach all vagrants and beggars on a sustainable basis. In the bureaucratic structure aspect, policy implementation has been supported by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clear task distribution, and inter-division coordination; nevertheless, SOP implementation in the field still needs optimization to ensure services reach all target groups. Based on these findings, the Social Affairs and Community Empowerment Office of Gorontalo City needs to enhance communication and socialization to target groups, strengthen human resources and supporting facilities, optimize guidance and empowerment programs, and improve inter-agency coordination so that the policy implementation on handling vagrants and beggars can be more effective in improving social welfare.
