rowers, whether they are in good condition or not. So, it is crucial to predict how many new debtors will achieve. In this article, forecasting the number of new debtors uses the Simple Moving Average and Double Exponential Smoothing methods based on actual data on the number of new debtors per month for 2019-2021. Furthermore, the performance of the two methods is compared by comparing the Mean Absolute Deviation and Mean Square Error values. The comparison results conclude that the Simple Moving Average method is better than the Double Exponential Smoothing for predicting the number of new debtors.

Abstrak: Realisasi kredit yang diajukan oleh nasabah adalah salah satu faktor yang penting di dunia perbankan. Terlebih disaat adanya pandemi Covid-19, realisasi kredit memperlihatkan kondisi usaha para calon debitur, apakah dalam keadaan baik atau tidak. Sehingga penting untuk memprediksi berapa capaian jumlah debitur baru. Dalam artikel ini dilakukan peramalan jumlah debitur baru dengan metode Simple Moving Average dan Double Exponential Smoothing berdasarkan data aktual jumlah debitur baru per bulan tahun 2019-2021. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perbandingan performa kedua metode tersebut dengan cara membandingkan nilai dari Mean Absolute Deviation dan Mean Square Error. It is very long and has a significant impact on the performance of healthcare workers. This study aims to redesign the immunization information system to help manage medical records and maintain the quality of health care services. The design of the developed immunization system may include information on the processing and reporting of immunization data in hospitals to enable medical staff to report results to immunization services quickly and accurately. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and literature review from studies of researchers and practitioners. The system development method adopts the waterfall method. This study's results indicate that technology is an appropriate method to more efficiently support data processing and reporting when valid data are available.

Abstrak: Rekam medis dikelola sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan untuk menciptakan informasi yang harus dipelihara dan disimpan dengan baik sehingga informasi tersebut dapat dengan mudah diakses pada saat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fakta bahwa petugas masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengumpulkan informasi dalam kegiatan pelaporan, karena jumlah pasien yang imunisasi terus bertambah setiap harinya. Waktu yang dibutuhkan cukup lama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendesain ulang sistem informasi imunisasi untuk membantu pengelolaan pelaporan medis sebagai upaya menjaga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Rancangan sistem imunisasi yang dikembangkan dapat mencakup informasi pengolahan dan pelaporan data imunisasi di rumah sakit agar tenaga medis dapat melaporkan hasil secara cepat dan akurat kepada layanan imunisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur hasil penelitian peneliti dan praktisi. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi merupakan cara yang cukup untuk mendukung pekerjaan pengolahan data dan pelaporan secara lebih efisien ketika tersedia data yang valid.

Aek Loba Health Center is that it does not have a system that can measure the level of patient satisfaction with the services provided. In addition, patients also still have difficulty in expressing opinions in the form of complaints about the performance of medical personnel. The aim of the research is to become a forum for assessing the quality of service that can make it easier for patients to submit complaints and also as a measuring tool for health agencies on the level of success of the quality of services provided. This study uses the Service Quality method by assessing service quality based on 5 quality dimensions, namely Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy. Based on these problems, a decision support system was designed using the PHP programming language and the database used, namely MySQL. So that this research resulted in this system being able to help and facilitate the Aek Loba Health Center in accommodating and measuring the level of quality of service to patients. In addition, this system can make it easy for leaders to find out the elements that need to be improved, maintained, and repaired by the Aek Loba Health Center.

Abstrak: Memberi pelayanan kepada pasien merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh instansi kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan yang baik tentu saja dapat diukur dari kinerja tenaga medisnya. Permasalahan Puskesmas Aek Loba saat ini yaitu belum mempunyai sistem yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Selain itu, pasien juga masih kesulitan dalam menyampaikan pendapat berupa keluhan terhadap kinerja tenaga medis. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjadi wadah penilaian kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memudahkan pasien dalam menyampaikan keluhan dan juga sebagai alat ukur instansi kesehatan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Service Quality dengan menilai kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan 5 dimensi kualitas, yaitu Bukti Nyata (tangibles), Ketanggapan (responsiveness), Kehandalan (reliability), Jaminan (assurance), dan Empati (emphaty). Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut maka dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySQL. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem ini dapat membantu dan mempermudah pihak Puskesmas Aek Loba dalam menampung dan mengukur tingkat kualitas pelayanan terhadap pasien. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat memberi kemudahan bagi pimpinan untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur yang perlu ditingkatkan, dipertahankan, serta diperbaiki oleh Puskesmas Aek Loba.

The problem in assessing the best performance of parking attendants is that there is no structured system so that the assessment time is quite long, around 2-3 weeks. In addition, the assessment still tends to be subjective, for example the parking attendant's assessment is based on closeness and kinship, causing jealousy. Overcoming this requires a computer system that helps decision making, namely a decision support system for determining the best performance of parking attendants at the Asahan District Transportation Service in this study using the BORDA method. The borda method is used to combine the results of the decision assessment of each appraiser so that the final result is the best performance of the parking attendant. The purpose of this research is to create a computerized system that will later assist in determining the best performance appraisal of parking attendants every year. Based on the research results of the system for determining the best performance of parking attendants in the form of ranking the final score of each parking attendant. The highest value is used as the best performance suggestion for parking attendants.

Abstrak: Penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan bertujuan untuk perlu meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan loyalitas yang tinggi mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang memuaskan dan pemberian perhargaan bagi petugas parkir memiliki kinerja terbaik. Penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir dilakukan oleh 3 penilai yaitu manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas, seksi parkir, staff administrasi parkir. Permasalahan dalam penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir adalah belum ada sistem yang terstruktur sehingga waktu penilaian cukup lama sekitar kurang lebih 2-3 minggu. Selain itu penilaian masih cenderung subjektif misalnya penilaian petugas parkir berdasarkan kedekatan dan kekeluargaan sehingga menyebabkan kecemburuan. Mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem komputer yang membantu pengambilan keputusan yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode BORDA. Metode borda digunakan untuk menggabungkan hasil penilaian keputusan dari tiap penilai sehingga dapat memperoleh hasil akhir berupa kinerja terbaik petugas parkir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem komputerisasi yang nantinya akan membantu dalam menentukan penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir disetiap tahunnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari sistem penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir berupa perangkingan dari nilai akhir setiap petugas parkir. Nilai tertinggi dijadikan sebagai saran kinerja terbaik petugas parkir.

In this case, the acceptance of new partner candidates is quite often held to carry out survey and population census activities. The partner acceptance process is less effective because it still uses the manual method, namely the approach between existing partners. So we need a decision support system that can help election performance to be more effective. The basic concept of the Simple Addictive Weighting method is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative on all criteria or attributes. The purpose of this research is to build and design a data processing application for prospective new partners at the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Asahan district to get an assessment according to the specified criteria. The results of the research conducted produced the best alternative decision, namely Ruslan Efendi with a score of 0.975 and Yenni Yulistina with a value of 0.95. based on these results can assist the Central Bureau of Statistics in determining the assessment of potential new partners so that they can provide a reference in decision making. Abstrak: Badan Pusat Statistik merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang melayani masyarakat dalam menyediakan data statistik yang akurat. Badan Pusat Statistik Setiap tahunnya Badan Pusat Statistik menerima mitra baru. Mitra yang melakukan pengolahan data yang sudah dilakukan pada data dilapangan.. Dalam hal ini, penerimaan calon mitra baru cukup sering diadakan untuk menjalankan kegiatan survei dan sensus penduduk. Proses penerimaan mitra ini kurang efektif karena masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu dan pendekatan antara mitra yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu kinerja pemilihan menjadi lebih efektif. Konsep dasar dari metode Simple Addictive Weighting mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja untuk setiap alternative pada semua kriteria atau atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat membangun dan merancang sebuah aplikasi pengolahan data calon mitra baru di Badan Pusat Statistik kabupaten Asahan yang tepat untuk mendapatkan penilaian yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah keputusan alternatif terbaik yaitu Ruslan efendi dengan nilai 0.975 serta Yenni Yulistina dengan nilai 0.95. berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat membantu pihak Badan Pusat Statistik dalam menentukan penilaian calon mitra baru sehingga dapat memberikan acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Doctors' performance evaluation is still done manually and the data processing process does not yet use application programs in making decisions. In the process of assessing the performance of doctors as the main professional staff in hospitals, it must be carried out realistically, objectively and based on evidence and specifically according to specialization and/or specific procedures. For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. The system to be created is a decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis. The results of this system design are expected to be a tool for Setio Husodo Hospital in analyzing and deciding on the performance of doctors who will be given incentives and reward programs as well as value-based purchasing strategies for doctors.

Abstrak: Untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik dan semangat berprestasi, institusi memberikan penghargaan kepada dokter yang dianggap berprestasi.Metode tradisional masih digunakan untuk menilai kinerja dokter dan manajer. Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode weighted product dengan konsep pembobotan evaluasi terhadap satu variabel evaluasi yang dipilih sebagai pilihan terbaik. gital Converter (ADC) practicum kit is needed to improve the ability of cadets. Based on this background, this study aims to design and simulate two ADC circuits, each of which is compiled by the integrated circuit (IC) ADC0804 and IC ADC0809 respectively. Three statistical formulas, namely mean error (ME), standard deviation error (SDE), and root mean square error (RMSE) are used to measure the performance of the two ADC circuits. Both ADC circuits are simulated using a Proteus 8.11 Simulator with 255 analog input voltages. Based on the result of the study, it is known that the ADC circuit compiled by IC ADC0809 is more accurate than the ADC circuit compiled by IC ADC0804. This is evidenced by a smaller error value, which is based on the simulation results of the ME, SDE, and RMSE values were 0.4210, 0.3410, and 0.5110, respectively. And, based on the measurement results, it has ME, SDE, RMSE respectively, namely 0.8510, 0.8110, and 0.9310.

Abstrak: Politeknik Penerbangan Medan adalah salah satu kampus di bawah Kementerian Perhubungan yang memiliki jurusan teknik telekomunikasi dan navigasi udara di Indonesia. Berdasarkan survei di lapangan, kit praktikum konverter analog ke digital diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuat taruna. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mensimulasi dua rangkaian ADC yang masing-masing disusun oleh IC ADC0804 dan IC ADC0809. Tiga formula statistik, yaitu mean error (ME), standard deviation error (SDE), and root mean square error (RMSE) digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja kedua rangkaian ADC tersebut. Kedua rangkaian ADC tersebut disimulasi menggunakan Simulator Proteus 8.11 dengan 255 tegangan masukan analog. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa rangkaian ADC yang disusun oleh IC ADC0809 lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan rangkaian ADC yang disusun oleh IC ADC0804. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai kesalahan yang lebih kecil, yaitu berdasarkan hasil simulasi memiliki ME, SDE, RMSE masing-masing adalah 0,4210, 0,3410 dan 0,5110. Dan berdasarkan hasil pengukuran memiliki ME, SDE, dan RMSE masing-masing adalah 0,8510, 0,8110, dan 0,9310.

The Population and Civil Registration Office of Kubu Raya Regency utilizes IT in carrying out public service activities using the SIPEMUDA Application. An information system audit is needed to improve system performance. In this study, using the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) to determine whether the organization's needs have been supported by management and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management to determine suggestions for improvement. Capability level assessment in this study using COBIT Performance Management. The results of the capability assessment are that there are 6 processes reaching level 1, 33 processes reaching level 2, 28 processes reaching level 3, 18 processes reaching level 4, 7 processes reaching level 5 while the level that does not meet the capabilities is 19 processes. Furthermore, the results of process recommendations that do not meet the capabilities are prioritized using the Action Priority Matrix.

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan TI dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, mendorong kemudahan dalam pelayanan publik dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau dan efisiensi kinerja. Tata kelola TI yang mencakup kepemimpinan, struktur organisasi, dan proses, dalam pengelolaannya untuk memastikan bahwa TI dimanfaatkan seoptimal mungkin memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi saat ini dan yang akan datang. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kubu Raya memanfaatkan TI dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan publik menggunakan Aplikasi SIPEMUDA. Audit sistem informasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) menentukan apakah kebutuhan organisasi sudah didukung oleh pengelolaan serta Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management untuk menentukan saran perbaikan. Penilaian level kapabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT Performance Management. Hasil penilaian kapabilitas yaitu terdapat 6 proses mencapai level 1, 33 proses mencapai level 2, 28 proses mencapai level 3, 18 proses mencapai level 4, 7 proses mencapai level 5 sedangkan level yang tidak memenuhi kapabilitas yaitu 19 proses untuk diberikan rekomendasi. Selanjutnya hasil rekomendasi proses tersebut diprioritaskan menggunakan Action Priority Matrix.

many factors such as the price of other precious metals, the price of crude oil, the performance of the stock exchange, and the exchange rate of currencies. This study discusses gold price forecasting using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that the best model is in the data distribution of 70%: 30% for training and testing, with a MAPE of 4.7% Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of multiple linear regression method produces a fairly good model for gold prices forecasting. Besides, the correlation analysis show that the price of other precious metals greatly influences the price of gold where in this case the silver price whose correlation value is 0.87.

Abstrak: Peramalan harga merupakan bagian dari pengambilan keputusan ekonomi. Melakukan peramalan terhadap kenaikan dan penurunan harga emas harian dapat membantu investor memutuskan kapan harus membeli atau menjual komoditas. Harga Emas bergantung pada banyak faktor seperti harga logam mulia lainnya, harga minyak mentah, kinerja bursa saham, dan nilai tukar mata uang. Penelitian ini membahas peramalan harga emas dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik terdapat pada pembagian data pelatihan 70% dan pengujian 30%, dengan MAPE sebesar 4.7%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan metode regresi linear ganda menghasilkan model yang cukup baik untuk peramalan harga emas. Selain itu, analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa harga logam mulia lainnya sangat mempengaruhi harga emas dimana dalam hal ini variabel harga perak yang nilai korelasinya 0.87.

Abstrak: Kenaikan pangkat merupakan salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil atas prestasi kerja yang bersangkutan terhadap Negara dan sesuai dengan jabatan dan golongannya. Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Asahan saat ini berjalan secara manual, yaitu dengan memasukkan dokumen fisik sesuai syarat untuk kenaikan pangkat. Dalam hal ini, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen fisik tentunya mempersulit proses pengelolan dan terjadinya penumpukan dokumen. Oleh sebab itu, pemanfaatan MySQL sebagai database management dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pengusulan kenaikan pangkat Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Asahan berbasis web dan internet yang memberikan fitur upload dokumen usulan berupa softcopy.
