With an assessment that is not detailed, it is feared that there will be a subjective assessment that will result in social jealousy for teachers who have not received learning recommendations. Evaluation at SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji is still done manually and has not been detailed for teachers who have not received recommendations. So to overcome these problems, a decision support system was designed using the Weighted Product (WP) method. This study uses 6 criteria. The final result of this research is that the decision support system with the Weighted Product (WP) method can handle problems in teacher performance assessment.

Abstrak: Sistem yang dirancang agar membantu pembuat keputusan pada situasi semi-terstruktur. Penilaian kinerja guru ialah teknik yang akan menghasilkan pembelajaran yang lebih baik menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja guru dalam memberikan pelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji masih dilaksanakan secara konvensional dan tidak terperinci. Dengan penilaian yang tidak terperinci dikhawatirkan akan adanya penilaian yang bersifat subjektif yang akan mengakibatkan kecemburuan sosial bagi guru yang belum menerima rekomendasi pembelajaran. Evaluasi di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum detail untuk guru yang belum mendapatkan rekomendasi. Maka untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancanglah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan Metode Weighted Product (WP). Adapun dalam penelitian ini memakai 6 kriteria. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Weighted Product (WP) dapat menangani permasalahan pada penilaian kinerja guru.

Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan suatu teknologi informasi yang berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan, mengelola, menyimpan, dan menyajikan segala data yang berkaitan dengan kondisi geografis suatu wilayah yang berkembang secara online. Banyak berbagai instansi atau perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi sistem informasi geografis untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi yang diperlukan, salah satunya Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun. Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun masih belum memiliki sistem yang dapat memetakan lahan pertanian padi, sulitnya dalam mengetahui informasi lokasi lahan pertanian padi, jarak tempuh ke lahan pertanian padi yang sangat jauh. Dengan adanya berbagai permasalahan yang ada maka tujuan dibuatnya Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dapat membantu Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun dalam melakakukan pengolahan data, untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam memantau lahan pertanian padi menjadi lebih efesien dan efektif, dan mempermudah dalam memperoleh informasi atau akses terhadap data lahan pertanian padi. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, pendukung atau pemeliharaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan adanya sistem ini nantinya pengguna dapat melihat berbagai lahan pertanian padi yang ada di Kecamatan Ujung Padang Kabupaten Simalungun yang disertai dengan nama desa, alamat, jumlah petani, produksi panen, titik koordinat, dan rute ke lokasi lahan pertanian padi yang berbasis website.

The problem faced by PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa is the lack of motivation experienced by employees. Based on this, it is necessary to use technology, namely the design of a decision support system in determining exemplary employees by applying the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. Abstrak: PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa saat ini merupakan satu-satunya Badan Usaha Milik Daerah yang ada di kabupaten Asahan, hal ini menuntut PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa untuk terus melakukan pembenahan guna mewujudkan pelayanan yang optimal kepada pelanggan. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan tentunya erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan sehingga dapat dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, dan potensi kesenjangan manajerial dalam organisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa adalah kurangnya motivasi yang dialami oleh pegawai. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai adalah dengan memilih role model/pegawai teladan yang nantinya akan menjadi contoh bagi pegawai lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan teknologi yaitu perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai teladan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Metode SMART memiliki kelebihan yaitu dalam keadaan pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak alternatif dan kriteria sehingga lebih kompleks dalam pengambilan keputusan dan akurasi hasil keputusan yang lebih baik. In addition, this retention information system helps make it easier for medical record officers to store medical record files quickly and accurately, as well as assist officers in the data reporting process. Data are collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that this retention information system makes it easier for officers to do retention more quickly and precisely, especially in terms of data reporting.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kegiatan retensi di suatu rumah sakit yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Kegiatan retensi yang masih dilakukan secara manual ini sangat mempengaruhi kinerja petugas rekam medis karena lamanya waktu yang dibutukan dan juga berpengaruh terhadap penyimpanan berkas rekam medis di ruang penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi retensi. Dimana perancangan sistem informasi retensi ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai pengolahan dan pelaporan retensi yang dilakukan di suatu rumah sakit. Sistem informasi retensi ini terdapat data yang mendukung penyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh para petugas rekam medis. Selain itu, sistem informasi retensi ini membantu memudahkan petugas rekam medis untuk meretensi berkas rekam medis dengan cepat dan tepat, dan juga membantu petugas dalam proses pelaporan data. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan literatur review. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi retensi ini mempermudah petugas untuk melakukan retensi lebih cepat dan tepat terutama dalam hal pelaporan data.

One way to solve this problem is by approach machine learning. In this study, researchers used a comparison of machine learning algorithms, namely the algorithm NaïveBayes and SupportVectorMachine using SMOTE and methods Cross-Validation The results of this study show the best accuracy results and are very helpful. The results obtained in the method cross-validation before SMOTE resulted in an accuracy rate of 82.02% for the results after going through the SMOTE stage of 94.79% on the algorithm Naïve Bayes, while the algorithm SupportVectorMachine get accuracy of 81.39% in the process before SMOTE for the results after going through SMOTE of 96.52%.

Abstrak: Klasifikasi pertanyaan merupakan sebuah sistem ilmu komputer, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertanyaan serta dapat memberi label pada setiap pertanyaan berdasarkan kategori yang ada. Pertanyaan soal dapat dikumpulkan dari beberapa materi atau topik yang banyak dan berbeda. Oleh karena itu, bermaksud untuk membuat sistem klasifikasi pertanyaan soal kuis Data Warehouse dan Business Intelligence yang dapat dikelompokkan menjadi topik Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Data Analitik, dan Pengukuran Kinerja. Cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk permasalahan ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan MachineLearning. Pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan perbandingan algoritma MachineLearning yaitu algoritma NaïveBayes dan SupportVectorMachine menggunakan metode SMOTE dan Cross-Validation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil akurasi yang terbaik dan sangat membantu. Hasil yang diperoleh pada metode cross-validation sebelum SMOTE menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 82.02% untuk hasil sesudah melalui tahap SMOTE sebesar 94.79 % pada algoritma Naïve Bayes, sedangkan pada algoritma Support Vector Machine menghasilkan akurasi sebesar pada proses sebelum SMOTE 81.39% untuk hasil sesudah melalui SMOTE sebesar 96.52%.

Abstrak: Pada penelitian ini digunakan salah satu teknologi industri 4.0 untuk memonitoring parameter dari Localizer menggunakan aplikasi android berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mempermudah dan mempersingkat waktu dalam monitoring peralatan instrument landing system (ILS). Teknisi, manajemen Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia LPPNPI dan Inspektur Navigasi tidak harus ke landasan pacu untuk mengecek kinerja instrument landing system cukup menggunakan aplikasi android untuk memonitoring parameter Localizer instrument landing system (ILS). Pada percobaan pengukuran tegangan input ke pin arduino dengan negatif pada posisi ground dan positif berada pada posisi pin A9 dengan kondisi main di TX1 pada posisi on dengan menggunakan multimeter didapat nilai tegangan 2,99 Volt, sedangkan posisi main di TX1 pada kondisi off didapat nilai tegangan 4,88 Volt.

t affect the performance of services to customers. This study aims to analyze and test the quality of the Mayan embroidery information system using the McCall method. Analysis is carried out on several aspects of the product operation including the quality factors of correctness (truth), reliability (reliability), efficiency (efficiency), integrity (integrity) and usability (usability). Data was collected through questionnaires from 38 respondents involving workers/employees and customers. The results showed that overall the quality of the Sulaman Mayang information system was at the level of 76% (the quality of the information system was good according to the scale interpretation of the percentage of quality factors). Thus the quality of Mayang embroidery information systems needs to be improved in accordance with recommendations which are improvements to the quality of Mayan embroidery information systems.

Abstrak: Industri Sulaman mayang sejauh ini menerapkan sistem berbasiskan dekstop dalam pengolahan data, sistem yang digunakan satu arah hanya melibatkan satu aktor/pengguna sistem saja. Sehingga dalam penggunaan ada beberapa persoalan baru yang bermunculan yang mempengaruhi kinerja layanan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menguji kualitas sitem informasi sulaman mayang dengan meggunakan metode McCall. Analisa dilakukan terhadap beberapa aspek dalam product operation diantaranya faktor kualitas correctness (kebenaran), reliability (keandalan), effisiensy (efisien), integrity (integritas) dan usability (kegunaan). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuosioner dari 38 responden yang melibatkan pekerja/karyawan dan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang berada pada level 76% (kualitas sistem informasi tersebut baik menurut skala penafsiran persentase faktor kualitas). Dengan demikian kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang perlu ditingkatkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang merupakan perbaikan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang.

Salary calculations are based on different details that hinder the performance process of the human resources department. Errors in calculating salaries can be fatal because it will affect the preparation of financial statements. Therefore, it is necessary to have an employee payroll information system so that the human resources department is not wrong in collecting employee payroll data. The purpose of this paper is to design employee attendance and payroll information systems at PT. Astro Niaga Jaya using Waterfall method in order to produce information that is fast, precise and accurate. The Waterfall method is often used in designing an information system. Payroll Information System can work effectively and efficiently.
