has been associated with systemic adverse effects, including decreased bone mineral density (BMD) and increased risk of osteoporosis. This review aimed to examine the association between ICS use and the risk of osteoporosis or fractures, and to identify modifying factors such as dose, duration, patient age, sex, and type of corticosteroid used. Literature review was conducted using databases including PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. Articles were selected using specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review focused on original studies published up to March 2025, resulting in 28 relevant articles, of which 6–8 high-quality studies were analyzed in depth. Most studies demonstrated that long-term or high-dose ICS use is associated with decreased BMD and increased risk of fractures, especially in elderly COPD patients. The greatest risk was linked to fluticasone and budesonide at doses ≥500 µg/day. Some studies found neutral or even protective effects in specific subgroups, indicating population-dependent variability. Meta-analyses revealed conflicting results due to heterogeneity in populations and methodologies. High-dose and long-term ICS use may increase the risk of osteoporosis. Clinicians should consider individualized risk assessments and adopt strategies such as using the lowest effective dose, monitoring BMD, and providing calcium and vitamin D supplementation in at-risk populations.

rocess of implementing the Tahfizh Pakistani method and the results of its application to improve the quality of memorization of students. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach of the Kemmis and McTaggart model which consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection, which are carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and oral memorization tests. The results of the study showed that the application of the Tahfizh Pakistani method significantly improved the quality of students' memorization. Teacher activity increased from 77.88 % in cycle I to 90.38% in cycle II, while student activity increased from 73.68% to 93.42%. The results of the student memorization test showed that in cycle I, only 6 out of 11 students (54.5%) completed the process, with an average score of 12.18 (very good category ) , while in cycle II it increased to 9 students (81.8%) with an average score of 13.27 (very good category ) . Thus, the application of this method has been proven effective in improving the quality of students' memorization at the tahfizh boarding school.

king area of Mapaddegat Public Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency. This research was a descriptive analytic study with a case-control design, conducted from February to May 2025, involving mothers who gave birth and were recorded in the maternal cohort data from January 2023 to December 2024. A systematic random sampling technique was applied, consisting of 21 respondents in the case group and 42 respondents in the control group. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square statistical test. The univariate results showed that 74.6% had high knowledge, and 57.2% had more than four ANC visits. The bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.011; OR = 5.455) and the number of ANC visits (p = 0.015; OR = 4.462) with the decision to give birth at home. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and the number of ANC visits with home birth decision-making. It is recommended for the Mapaddegat Public Health Center staff to strengthen health promotion regarding delivery in health facilities and develop innovations to increase the coverage of facility-based deliveries.

issue of ethnic, religious, and racial differences, this study seeks to uncover the universal and contextual dimensions of the principles of diversity in Islamic teachings. Gadamer's hermeneutic approach is used as a theoretical framework for critically interpreting Qur'anic texts, with the aim of contributing to the treasure trove of modern interpretations of pluralism. The findings of the study show that the Qur'an, through verses that emphasize the unity of humanity and respect for diversity, provides a strong foundation for the implementation of diversity values. The discussion also explained the social implications of the application of the principle of diversity according to the Qur'an, including in the context of politics, education, and intercultural relations in pluralistic societies. By integrating critical analysis of sacred texts with empirical data and theoretical studies, this article is expected to make a significant contribution to the research treasure trove of Islamic studies and pluralism. This research emphasizes that the role of the Qur'an in upholding the value of diversity is multi-perspective; It not only provides spiritual guidance, but also offers an ethical framework that can foster the construction of an inclusive, just, and harmonious modern society. The purpose of this research is to elaborate on the role of the Qur'an as a source of values of diversity and pluralism, by tracing relevant verses and relating them to the social reality on the ground. Thus, this research not only aims to provide textual analysis, but also examines the practical application of the teachings of the Qur'an in promoting peace and social justice in the era of globalization. This research is expected to be an important reference for researchers and academics of Islamic studies and pluralism in an effort to strengthen interfaith dialogue and increase tolerance and social justice.

This research was conducted with the leadership of the MBI of Lampung Province. The results indicate that leadership in the MBI of Lampung Province, through an understanding of Buddhayana values and humanistic Buddhism, maintains internal organizational harmony, increases congregation participation, and strengthens the socio-religious role. However, challenges arise in the form of limited in-depth understanding of spiritual values and administrative pressures that can shift the focus of leadership. In conclusion, Buddhist spiritual leadership in the MBI of Lampung Province is relevant for adaptation as an organizational management model that combines spiritual values and managerial effectiveness.

The research method uses a literature review by reviewing 30 articles in several published national journals. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges include low digital literacy among educators, limited technological infrastructure, and the dominance of traditional learning methods that are less attractive to Gen Z. However, on the other hand, there are great opportunities through the use of technology such as social media, interactive learning applications, gamification, and blended learning approaches that can increase motivation and learning participation. This study recommends the need for curriculum development that is adaptive to the needs of Gen Z, digital competency training for teachers, and the integration of digital media that is relevant to the learning styles of the younger generation. eteness of medical record documentation, particularly in the emergency department, is an indicator of service quality that requires serious attention. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of completeness of identification, authentication, recording, and important reporting in the medical records of emergency patients diagnosed with hypertension at Wangaya Regional Hospital, Denpasar City. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The population was all 330 medical records of emergency patients diagnosed with hypertension. A sample of 199 files was drawn using a probability sampling technique using a simple random sampling approach. The results showed that completeness of identification reached 100%, authentication reached 176 documents (88.44%), recording reached 174 documents (84.44%), and reporting reached 159 documents (79.90%). It can be concluded that identification had the highest level of completeness, while reporting had the lowest level of completeness. Researchers suggest that hospitals increase outreach and supervision of medical staff, especially in emergency installations, regarding the importance of completeness and timeliness of filling out medical record documents.

Data collection in this study used pretest-posttest test instruments and a questionnaire in the form of a metacognitive inventory questionnaire. The results showed that the value of students' metacognitive skills based on metacognitive skills-based tests for the planning indicator was 90.91%; the monitoring indicator was 80.68%; and the evaluation indicator was 86.36%. These results were supported by the acquisition of the metacognitive inventory given at the end of the meeting for the planning indicator of 93.18%; the monitoring indicator was 88.64%; and the evaluation indicator was 89.02%. Overall, students' metacognitive skills increased significantly.

Method: This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Results: After implementing perineal care using betel leaf decoction, which was applied regularly in the morning and evening after bathing for 5 days, there was a noticeable acceleration in the healing process of the wounds and an increase in maternal satisfaction regarding wound care. Conclusion: Wound care for perineal injuries using betel leaf decoction is effective for healing perineal wounds in postpartum mothers .

Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments and 4 replications each treatment was used in this study; the treatments used were, T0= 100% basal ration without cinnamon bark powder (CBP), T1= 99.5% basal ration + 0.5% CBP, T2= 99% basal ration + 1% CBP, T3= 98.5% basal ration + 1.5 % CBP, and T4= 98% basal ration + 2% CBP. The measurements taken were feed consumption, weight gain, feed conversion, and final body weight. The results of analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Duncan test showed that, giving cinnamon bark powder up to 2% in the ration had an effect on CP 707 broiler chickens aged 2-6 weeks; had a very significantly different effect (P<0.01) on body weight gained and so, on final body weight; and significantly different (P <0.05) on feed conversion, but not on feed consumption. In this study, the higher the level of CBP in the ration, the weight gained and final body weight decreased but feed conversion increased. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that giving cinnamon bark powder as a natural feed additive up to 2% in the feed did not improve the performance of CP 707 broiler chickens, because of weight gained and final body weight of the chickens decreased, while, feed conversion increased, which means that, economically it was not getting better.
