Employee performance has a very important role in the company's success so that we can see the strengths, weaknesses, and potential managerial gaps in the organization. The problem faced by PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa is the lack of motivation experienced by employees. One of the efforts to increase employee motivation is to select role models/exemplary employees who will later become examples for other employees. Based on this, it is necessary to use technology, namely the design of a decision support system in determining exemplary employees by applying the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method has advantages, namely in deciding with many alternatives and criteria. It is more complex to make a decision, and the decision results are better. The results of this study get Alfiansyah's alternative with a value of 74.85202777 to be a role model for PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa.

Abstrak: PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa saat ini merupakan satu-satunya Badan Usaha Milik Daerah yang ada di kabupaten Asahan, hal ini menuntut PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa untuk terus melakukan pembenahan guna mewujudkan pelayanan yang optimal kepada pelanggan. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan tentunya erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan sehingga dapat dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, dan potensi kesenjangan manajerial dalam organisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa adalah kurangnya motivasi yang dialami oleh pegawai. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai adalah dengan memilih role model/pegawai teladan yang nantinya akan menjadi contoh bagi pegawai lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan teknologi yaitu perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai teladan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Metode SMART memiliki kelebihan yaitu dalam keadaan pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak alternatif dan kriteria sehingga lebih kompleks dalam pengambilan keputusan dan akurasi hasil keputusan yang lebih baik. Apart from that, with the E-Marketplace, it can help MSMEs in the city of Cirebon continue to run their business during this pandemic even though there are Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). In this study, the research method applied is the System Development Life Circle, where the method includes the process of data collection and analysis, system design, system development and system implementation and system testing. The results of this application design will be named Padibon . So with this Padibon application, MSME actors in marketing their products, and consumers can buy MSME products anywhere and anytime.

Abstrak: Usaha pemerintah dalam meningkatan perekonomian masyarakat adalah dengan melahirkan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) didalam lingkungan masyarakat. Masyarakat kota Cirebon merupakan masyarakat yang mulai menyadari pentingnya menjadi masyarakat yang produktif. Namun keterbatasan lahan untuk proses jual beli dan pemasaran produk mengakibatkan UMKM yang di jalankan oleh masyarakat seringkali mengakibatkan kebangkrutan karena daya saing pasar. Maka untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan sebuah media yang dapat menyalurkan hasil produk UMKM masyarakat kota Cirebon tanpa harus adanya lahan tempat menjual produk. Penelitian dilakukan untuk membangun sebuah sistem E- Marketplace (Pasar Digital) yang digunakan oleh masyarakat kota Cirebon untuk mempromosikan, menjual dan membeli hasil-hasil produk UMKM masyarakat kota Cirebon secara online berbasis Website. Selain dari itu, dengan adanya aplikasi ini maka dapat membantu UMKM masyarakat kota Cirebon tetap menjalankan usahanya di masa pandemi ini walaupun terdapat Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Pada penelitian ini, metode yang diterapkan adalah System Development Life Circle, dimana metode tersebut meliputi proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, design system, development system dan implementasi sistem serta pengujian sistem. Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi ini adakan diberi nama Padibon. Maka dengan aplikasi Padibon ini, pelaku UMKM dapat memasarkan hasil produknya, dan konsumen bisa membeli produk UMKM dimanapun dan kapanpun.

f an Air Conditioner (AC) is needed for the coolness of a room. Many air conditioners in the office and educational environment make air conditioning health checks quite time and effort-consuming. To save time and effort in checking the health condition of air conditioners, then designed a device that can check the health of air conditioners by utilizing UHF RFID to identify each air conditioner. This device is divided into 2 parts, the first is an AC condition sending device that detects room temperature and current in the AC. Second, the receiver of the AC condition functions to find out the AC condition and sends the AC condition to mobile device. This experiment was carried out on 3 AC units. Each air conditioner is in a different room with a type of dividing wall made of glass and gypsum. The test results of this device are in a room with a length of 10 meters, the device can detect AC conditions. The air conditioner is in a different room with glass and gypsum walls, the device can still read the condition of the air conditioner.

Abstrak: Kondisi ruangan yang nyaman merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu pekerjaan dan proses pembelajaran. Untuk membuat ruangan tetap nyaman, suhu di dalamnya harus sejuk. Menjaga kesehatan Air Conditioner (AC) sangat dibutuhkan untuk kesejukan sebuah ruangan. Banyaknya AC di lingkungan kantor dan pendidikan membuat pemeriksaan kesehatan AC cukup banyak memakan waktu dan tenaga. Untuk menghemat waktu dan tenaga dalam melakukan pemeriksaan kondisi kesehatan AC, maka dirancang sebuah alat yang dapat melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan AC dengan memanfaatkan UHF RFID untuk mengidentifikasi masing-masing AC. Alat ini terbagi menjadi 2 bagian, yang pertama adalah alat pengirim kondisi AC yang mendeteksi suhu ruangan dan arus dalam AC. Kedua, penerima kondisi AC yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui kondisi AC dan mengirimkan kondisi AC tersebut ke perangkat seluler admin. Percobaan ini dilakukan pada 3 buah AC. Setiap AC berada di ruangan yang berbeda dengan tipe dinding pemisah yang terbuat dari kaca dan gipsum. Hasil pengujian perangkat ini berada di dalam ruangan dengan panjang 10 meter, perangkat dapat mendeteksi kondisi AC. Pada AC yang berada di ruangan yang berbeda dengan kaca dan dinding gipsum, perangkat tetap dapat membaca kondisi AC tersebut.

Therefore, the design of a remote control monitoring robot prototype that is used to replace the human role in monitoring or monitoring certain objects or environments that are difficult to reach by humans to go directly to the intended object. This robot is designed by applying the FPV (First-Person View) system which is controlled remotely using the nRF24L01 and MPU6050 and uses a servo to move the camera. Based on the results of testing the Robot Prototype in this study as a whole, the prototype robot is obtained well and the Robot Prototype can replace the role of humans in monitoring objects remotely.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi tidak hanya digunakan untuk dunia industri saja melainkan sudah mengarah ke segala bidang baik dunia pendidikan, militer dan dalam rumah tangga. Salah satu kemajuan teknologi adalah penerapan robot yang digunakan untuk mengurangi penggunaan tenaga manusia. Maka dari itu dilakukan perancangan prototype robot pemantau kendali jarak jauh yang digunakan untuk menggantikan peran manusia dalam pengawasan atau pemantauan objek ataupun lingkungan tertentu yang sulit dijangkau oleh manusia untuk terjun langsung ke objek yang dituju. Robot ini dirancang dengan menerapkan sistem FPV (Fisrt-Person View) yang dikendalikan dari jarak jauh menggunakan nRF24L01 dan MPU6050, serta menggunakan servo untuk menggerakan kamera. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian prototype robot pada penelitian ini secara keseluruhan didapatkan prototype robot dengan baik dan prototype robot dapat menggantikan peran manusia dalam pemantauan objek dari jarak jauh.

Abstrak: Pentingnya MPASI sebagai asupan pendamping bayi sudah menjadi pengetahuan umum setiap ibu menyusui. Gangguan tumbuh kembang bayi dan anak usia 12-24 bulan disebabkan rendahnya mutu MPASI karena tempat penyimpanan yang kurang bersih dan suhu yang tidak terjaga. Dengan demikian dibuatlah penelitian berupa rancang bangun box penghangat MPASI dengan tujuan agar makanan pendamping ASI dapat terjaga kualitasnya, terutama bagi wanita bekerja yang menghabiskan sebagian besar waktunya diluar rumah tanpa bersama bayi. Box penghangat MPASI menggunakan konsep kerja termoelektrik dalam bentuk modul Peltier dengan sumber tegangan arus listrik atau baterai, sehingga dapat digunakan kapanpun dan dimanapun.

Abstrak: Pondok pesantren ABC merupakan salah satu Pondok Pesantren yang ada di Kabupaten Madiun, selain pondok pesantren di lingkungan ponpes tersebut juga terdapat SMP dan SMA yang dinaungi satu yayasan yang sama. Pondok pesantren ABC juga menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu pendamping kegiatan operasional nya. Banyaknya karyawan dan guru yang terdapat di pondok pesantren, SMP dan SMA menimbulkan kesulitan pada bagian kepegawaian untuk pengelolaannya. Cara pengelolaan yang sedang berjalan di bagian kepegawaian dirasa tidak lagi mencukupi, karena teknologi informasi yang ada untuk menunjang pekerjaan mereka belum berfungsi optimal sebagai pendukung strategi. Kerangka kerja zachman dipilih agar perencanaan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang strategis, mudah dipahami dan bisa menjadi kontrol untuk pengembangan sistem informasi ke depan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa blue print rancangan sistem yang dipetakan didalam bentuk matrik Zachman yang dilihat dari sudut pandang Planner dan Owner.

The results of this study obtained the value of the Information System that was built only 75,92593 % which is the result of quality measurement so that this application does not fall into the category of the ISO 9126 standard because there are Portability Characteristics, namely Adaptability and Installability elements are not met, for these finding recommendations for improvements are given so that the system can run perfectly. according to the need for use.

Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa selama perkuliahan mahasiswa masih kesulitan memahami alur input, proses, dan output dari suatu aplikasi yang baik, serta belum mengetahui dan mempunyai gambaran tentang Software Aplikasi di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan yang sudah berjalan di fasilitas kesehatan dikarenakan beberapa mahasiswa yang melakukan Praktek Kerja Lapangan ditempatkan di institusi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan kertas dan pencatatan di buku. Pada penelitian ini dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik sebagai aplikasi pembelajaran mahasiswa mengenai aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan, uji akurasi sistem menggunakan ISO 9126, dimana ISO 9126 menilik Functionability, Reliability, usability, efesiency, maintainability dan portability sistem yang baik serta memberi rekomendasi apabila ada temuan sistem yang belum sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Sistem Informasi yang dibangun hanya 75,92593 % yang merupakan hasil pengukuran kualitas sehingga aplikasi ini tidak masuk kategori standar ISO 9126 karena ada Karakteristik Portability yaitu unsur Adaptability, dan Installability tidak terpenuhi, untuk temuan ini diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan agar sistem dapat berjalan sempurna sesuai kebutuhan penggunaannya.

This research aims to design and create a system of information filing outpatient medical records in UPT Puskesmas Rahayu in terms of borrowing and return the medical record file as well as facilitate the retention of medical records with the use of qualitative methods. The Data used in the study in UPT Puskesmas Rahayu, namely interviews, observation, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). This study shows the input data of the patients is in accordance with UPT Puskesmas Rahayu. Input patient data include No RM, the Name of the KK, the Patient's Name, Gender, Address, and Villages. This research resulted in the information system of medical record filing outpatient procedures that can facilitate the officer in the management of the filing of medical records.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem informasi filing rekam medis rawat jalan di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu dalam hal peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis serta mempermudah dalam retensi rekam medis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu yaitu wawancara, observasi dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Penelitian ini menunjukkan input data pasien sudah sesuai dengan yang ada di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu. Input data pasien meliputi No RM, Nama KK, Nama Pasien, Jenis Kelamin, Alamat, dan Kelurahan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi rekam medis filing rawat jalan yang dapat mempermudah petugas dalam pengelolaan filing rekam medis.

Abstrak: Masuknya Covid-19 ke Indonesia menyebabkan banyaknya masyarakat yang terkena dampaknya, contohnya yaitu terhambatnya banyak aktivitas dan meningkatnya penyebaran virus mempengaruhi kepanikan masyarakat. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah penyebaran virus ini adalah dengan melakukan vaksinasi. Vaksinasi adalah proses pemberian vaksin yang berguna untuk memberikan kekebalan terhadap suatu penyakit tertentu ke dalam tubuh seseorang. Dengan adanya vaksinasi, maka akan memperkuat sistem imun masyarakat. Untuk mempermudah masyarakat maka saat ini pendaftaran vaksinasi dapat dilakukan secara online. Pengisian data dapat dilakukan dari rumah, agar tidak menyebabkan antrian panjang yang memungkinkan adanya resiko cluster baru. Masyarakat akan mendapatkan bukti pendaftaran yang harus di screenshoot berupa barcode disertai nomor antrian dan persyaratan apa saja yang wajib dibawa saat akan datang melakukan vaksinasi. Di sisi lain, petugas kesehatan pun akan lebih mudah dalam mengonfirmasi kesesuaian data yang terdaftar dengan orang yang datang melakukan vaksin. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriprif dengan metode observasional dan wawancara. Perancangan sistem ini dilakukan menggunakan web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL.

This retention information system contains data that supports the presentation of information needed by medical record officers. In addition, this retention information system helps make it easier for medical record officers to store medical record files quickly and accurately, as well as assist officers in the data reporting process. Data are collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that this retention information system makes it easier for officers to do retention more quickly and precisely, especially in terms of data reporting.

Kegiatan retensi yang masih dilakukan secara manual ini sangat mempengaruhi kinerja petugas rekam medis karena lamanya waktu yang dibutukan dan juga berpengaruh terhadap penyimpanan berkas rekam medis di ruang penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi retensi. Dimana perancangan sistem informasi retensi ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai pengolahan dan pelaporan retensi yang dilakukan di suatu rumah sakit. Sistem informasi retensi ini terdapat data yang mendukung penyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh para petugas rekam medis. Selain itu, sistem informasi retensi ini membantu memudahkan petugas rekam medis untuk meretensi berkas rekam medis dengan cepat dan tepat, dan juga membantu petugas dalam proses pelaporan data. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan literatur review. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi retensi ini mempermudah petugas untuk melakukan retensi lebih cepat dan tepat terutama dalam hal pelaporan data.
