Services at these two laboratories utilize the Laboratory website which can be accessed publicly via the address https://labdesainfurnitur.poltek-furnitur.ac.id/, in which the purpose of developing the website is to simplify the process for stakeholders to access information regarding practicum activities conducted in the laboratories. Ease of access to this information needs to be evaluated, especially related to usability on the website. The evaluation of the laboratory website's usability is performed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which provides a structured approach to measuring the effectiveness and user experience of the website. It is hoped to obtain a representation of the user's experience of the function and appearance of the laboratory website as advice on what features might be developed to improve the services. According to the results of data processing from 44 respondents, the average SUS score was 59.32. Based on this score, the Acceptability Range category is still in the marginal range, meaning there are still several things that need to be corrected or improved so the website can help in the daily operational activities of the laboratory.

Pelayanan pada kedua laboratorium ini telah memanfaatkan website yang dapat diakses secara publik melalui alamat https://labdesainfurnitur.poltek-furnitur.ac.id/, pemanfaatan website bertujuan untuk memudahkan para pengguna dalam memperoleh informasi seputar kegiatan praktikum di laboratorium di setiap waktu. Adanya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tersebut perlu dievaluasi untuk mengetahui kegunaan website bagi para pengguna serta sebagai masukan untuk pengelola laboratorium dalam mengembangkan website di masa mendatang. Evaluasi website laboratorium dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Melalui evaluasi kegunaan pada website laboratorium diharapkan diperoleh representasi pengalaman pengguna terhadap fungsi dan tampilan website laboratorium dan diperoleh saran fitur-fitur yang dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di laboratorium. Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 44 responden menghasilkan skor SUS dengan rata-rata 59,32. Berdasarkan skor tersebut, rentang akseptabilitas website masih berada pada rentang marginal, sehingga masih ada beberapa fitur yang perlu ditingkatkan agar website dapat membantu kegiatan operasional laboratorium sehari-hari.

The data contains a total of 6,925 entries for three keywords. Next, we move on to the preprocessing stage consisting of (cleaning, case folding, tokenization, and filtering). Next is the tf-idf feature extraction stage, finally the classification and evaluation stage. The results of manual data inspection (73:27) showed accuracy of 70.66%, precision of 70.68%, and recall of 99.76%. Testing the second data (82:18), found accuracy 86%, precision 86.21%, recall 99.71%. The results of manual data checking (82:18) showed accuracy of 70.66%, precision of 70.68%, recall of 99.76%. e fastest growing online travel agencies in Indonesia, demonstrates success by understanding the value of technology and maintaining strong partnerships. Users of this platform often provide reviews, viewing user reviews can be done manually but this will have a less effective impact, so it needs to be done automatically with sentiment analysis. This research the Naïve Bayes method in sentiment analysis of PegiPegi.com reviews, with a focus on understanding customer satisfaction and service improvement. By combining these approaches, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of user responses to OTA services and presents the evaluation results of the Multinomial Naive Bayes classification model with an accuracy rate of 89.5%. The high precision in the Negative class demonstrates the model's ability to identify negative reviews. However, there are challenges in classifying the Neutral class, indicating the potential for further improvement. Nevertheless, the F1 score of 0.522 reflects a good balance between overall precision, recall so it can be concluded the naïve bayes algorithm is successful for performing sentiment analysis.

Abstract: Saat ini banyak pengguna platform online dibandingkan offline untuk pemesanan tiket, yang melibatkan berbagai layanan seperti penerbangan, hotel, kereta api, bus, dan hiburan. PegiPegi.com, sebagai salah satu agen perjalanan online yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, menunjukkan keberhasilan dengan memahami nilai teknologi dan mempertahankan kemitraan yang kuat. Pengguna platform ini sering memberikan ulasan, melihat ulasan pengguna bisa saja dilakukan secara manual tetapi hal ini akan memberikan dampak yang kurang efektif, sehingga perlu dilakukan secara otomatis dengan analisis sentiment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode klasifikasi Naïve Bayes dalam analisis sentimen ulasan PegiPegi.com, dengan fokus pada pemahaman kepuasan pelanggan dan peningkatan layanan. Dengan menggabungkan pendekatan ini, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang tanggapan pengguna terhadap layanan OTA dan menyajikan hasil evaluasi model klasifikasi Multinomial Naive Bayes dengan tingkat akurasi 89,5%. Presisi tinggi di kelas Negatif menunjukkan kemampuan model untuk mengidentifikasi ulasan negatif. Namun, ada tantangan dalam mengklasifikasikan kelas Netral, menunjukkan potensi untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut. Namun demikian, skor F1 0,522 mencerminkan keseimbangan yang baik antara presisi keseluruhan dan daya ingat sehingga dapat disimpulkan algoritma naïve bayes berhasil untuk melakukan analisis sentimen.

Abstrak: Pada era transformasi digital, situs web pendidikan menjadi platform penting untuk menyebarkan informasi secara transparan kepada para pemangku kepentingan. Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas situs web Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Jember menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kegunaan situs web Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten Jember dengan menyelaraskannya dengan kebutuhan yang berkembang dari para pemangku kepentingan melalui evaluasi komprehensif dan rekomendasi yang ditargetkan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti masalah optimasi seluler, waktu muat yang lambat, kerentanan keamanan, dan kekhawatiran tentang relevansi konten. Meskipun aksesibilitasnya baik, tantangan-tantangan ini secara signifikan memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dan kredibilitas situs web. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengoptimalan situs web, peningkatan langkah-langkah keamanan, dan pembaruan konten yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk menyelaraskan situs web dengan standar tata kelola TI, menawarkan panduan untuk peningkatan. he animal adoption system on Eidos has not been carried out and there is a problem that there is confusion with the process flow in this animal adoption system. This usability testing uses the Heuristic Evaluation method and the System Usability Scale (SUS), which involves in-depth interviews to obtain results that are not only statistical assessments, but also deeper insights from the user's perspective. The results of the evaluation using Heuristic Evaluation obtained 59 problems, with an average severity rating of 3 or major, whose improvements have resulted in several draft design recommendations. The recommendation design has gone through final testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) which managed to achieve a score of 78, or categorized as good, along with some minor critical feedback for system improvement. Therefore, users as a whole feel very satisfied in using the online adoption system from the results of the existing recommendation design. The implications of the resulting recommendation design have been tested for usability by three UI/UX design experts and users directly so that they can be used as a basis for developing a better online animal adoption system.

Abstrak: Pengujian usability sistem adopsi hewan secara online penting untuk diperhatikan karena tidak hanya berkaitan dengan kenyamanan dan keamanan penggunanya saja, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesejahteraan hewan yang diadopsi. Sejauh ini, pengujian usability dari sistem adopsi hewan pada Eidos masih belum dilakukan dan ditemukannya masalah bahwa adanya kebingungan dengan alur proses dalam sistem adopsi hewan ini. Pengujian usability ini menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation dan System Usability Scale (SUS), yang melibatkan in-depth interview untuk memperoleh hasil yang bukan hanya berupa penilaian statistik saja, melainkan juga wawasan yang lebih mendalam dari sudut pandang pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan Heuristic Evaluation mendapatkan 59 permasalahan, dengan rata-rata perhitungan severity rating sebesar tiga atau major, yang perbaikannya telah menghasilkan beberapa rancangan desain rekomendasi. Adapun desain rekomendasi tersebut telah melalui pengujian akhir menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) yang berhasil meraih skor sebesar 78, atau terkategori good, disertai beberapa umpan balik kritis yang bersifat minor untuk peningkatan sistem. Dengan demikian, pengguna secara keseluruhan merasa sangat puas dalam menggunakan sistem adopsi online dari hasil desain rekomendasi yang ada. Implikasi desain rekomendasi yang dihasilkan telah teruji kegunaannya oleh sebanyak tiga ahli UI/UX design dan pengguna secara langsung sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai landasan bagi pengembangan sistem adopsi hewan secara online yang lebih baik.

Abstrak:. Puskesmas Gambir Baru Kisaran adalah satu satunya yang berada di gambir baru kisaran. Data kunjungan peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Gambir Baru Kisaran Tahun 2023 dari bulan Januari – Desember ada 3.048 peserta BPJS. Jika pelayanan puskesmas yang diberikan pada masyarakat sangat baik tehadap pasien BPJS, maka akan semakin banyak peserta BPJS yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan berbagi informasi kepada masyarakat tentang manfaat dari BPJS Kesehatan melayani Poli Umum, Poli Gigi, Instalasi Farmasi, Ahli Gizi, Rawat Jalan dan Bersalin. Berdasarkan permasalahan di masa yang akan datang seperti lama waktu layanan di loket penerimaan pasien yang diterima pasien lebih lama dari waktu estimasi yang ada pada SOP klinik yaitu 10 menit, petugas klinik harus berprilaku 5S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan dan Santun) pada saat melayani pasien, proses pengambilan obat yang memakan waktu lama setelah pasien selesai melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan, pihak puskesmas harus memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan keinginan dan memahami kebutuhan pasien, tenaga medis dan petugas lainnya, serta dapat membantu jika ada permasalahan pasien, tenaga medis melakukan tindakan secara tepat dan cepat, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan klinik. Hasil dari perhitungan jawaban realita dan harapan pasien/responden Puskesmas Gambir Baru terhadap 16 pertanyaan, hasil rekomendasi keputusan adalah 4 atribut harus ditingkatkan dan 12 atribut lagi harus dipertahankan dari 201 responden- pasien/pasien di Puskesmas Gambir.

The purpose of this research is to identify trainer performance quality criteria, evaluate their performance, and contribute knowledge in the development of a Scout trainer performance evaluation system. Then, the exponential comparison method (MPE) is used to provide a comprehensive assessment of the trainer's performance based on predetermined criteria. The results of this research are a web-based decision support application by applying the Exponential Comparison Method to evaluate the quality of Scout trainer performance, which can help improve the quality of training and provide guidance for Scout education providers. This research makes an important contribution to the development of a more efficient and effective Scout trainer performance evaluation system.

Pentingnya kualitas kinerja para pelatih dalam Gerakan Pramuka tidak dapat dianggap rendah, karena mereka mempunyai peranan sentral dalam membimbing, melatih dan memberikan inspirasi kepada peserta didik. Untuk itu kebutuhan akan evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pramuka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria kualitas kinerja pelatih, mengevaluasi kinerja mereka, dan menyumbangkan pengetahuan dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka. Kemudian, metode perbandingan eksponensial (MPE) digunakan untuk memberikan penilaian komprehensif terhadap kinerja pelatih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebuah aplikasi pendukung keputusan berbasis web dengan menerapkan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial untuk mengevaluasi kualitas kinerja pelatih Pramuka, yang dapat membantu meningkatkan mutu pelatihan dan memberikan panduan bagi penyelenggara pendidikan Pramuka. es from Accelerated Segment Test (FAST) method in a web-based Inventory Information System to increase the speed of object detection and recognition in the stock monitoring process. The system development method in this research uses the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) which consists of 7 development phases. The FAST method helps ensure that the objectives are clear, specific, and achievable, ultimately leading to a more efficient and effective system. Implementing of this method in the web-based Inventory Information System is expected to provide faster and more accurate results in identifying stock changes, thereby minimizing the risk of shortages or excess inventory. Users can easily access real-time stock information via a responsive web interface. The system performance evaluation’s findings demonstrate that the FAST approach can speed up object detection, which benefits inventory management. Implementing the FAST method in a web-based inventory information system can bring many strategic and operational benefits and is expected to significantly increase the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management in an increasingly competitive market.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode FAST pada Sistem Informasi inventaris berbasis web guna meningkatkan kecepatan deteksi dan pengenalan objek pada proses monitoring stok barang. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) yang terdiri dari 7 fase pengembangan. Metode FAST membantu memastikan bahwa tujuan jelas, spesifik, dan dapat dicapai, yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan sistem yang efisien dan efektif. Implementasi metode ini pada aplikasi inventaris berbasis web diharapkan bisa membagikan hasil lebih cepat dan akurat mengidentifikasi perubahan stok barang, sehingga meminimalkan risiko kekurangan atau kelebihan persediaan. Pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi stok barang secara real-time melalui antarmuka web yang responsif.Hasil evaluasi performa sistem menunjukkan bahwa metode FAST mampu meningkatkan kecepatan deteksi objek, sehingga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap manajemen persediaan barang. The method employed includes building a CNN model with the ResNet-18 architecture and using diverse datasets. The results show a training accuracy of 100%, validation accuracy of 98.01%, and accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score each at 100%. This study concludes that the developed model successfully achieves a high level of accuracy and contributes positively to the development of Javanese Hanacaraka character recognition technology.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan melatih komputer untuk mengenali huruf aksara Jawa Hanacaraka. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap penggunaan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan arsitektur ResNet-18 dalam pengenalan karakter tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengatasi hambatan pengenalan karakter tradisional dan meningkatkan akurasi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pembuatan model CNN dengan arsitektur ResNet-18 dan penggunaan dataset yang beragam. Hasilnya menunjukkan akurasi pelatihan 100%, validasi 98.01%, dan akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score masing-masing sebesar 100%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa model yang dikembangkan berhasil mencapai tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dan memberikan kontribusi positif pada pengembangan teknologi pengenalan karakter Hanacaraka Jawa.

IDPS performance analysis for mitigating SQL injection and syn flood attacks will use Suricata tools, where performance analysis will include evaluation of system accuracy and efficiency in detecting attacks, as well as the impact of the system on network or information system performance. By doing this performance analysis, it can be seen how effective the IDPS is in providing defences against such attacks. The results of the IDPS performance analysis can help an organisation or company select and implement the right IDPS according to the needs and conditions of the information system. Thus, organisations or companies can improve the security of their information systems from threatening cyber attacks.

Abstrak: Serangan cyber seperti SQL Injection dan Syn Flood Attack dapat mengancam keamanan sistem informasi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS) digunakan sebagai solusi untuk mendeteksi, mencegah, dan merespons serangan-serangan ini. Namun, efektivitas IDPS dalam melindungi sistem informasi perlu dievaluasi melalui analisis performa. Analisis performa IDPS untuk mitigasi SQL Injection dan Syn Flood Attack ini akan menggunakan tools suricata dimana analisa performa akan meliputi evaluasi terhadap akurasi dan efisiensi sistem dalam mendeteksi serangan, serta dampak dari sistem terhadap kinerja jaringan atau sistem informasi. Dengan melakukan analisis performa ini, dapat diketahui seberapa efektif IDPS dalam memberikan perlindungan terhadap serangan-serangan tersebut. Hasil dari analisis performa IDPS dapat membantu organisasi atau perusahaan dalam memilih dan mengimplementasikan IDPS yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi sistem informasi yang dimiliki. Dengan demikian, organisasi atau perusahaan dapat meningkatkan keamanan sistem informasi mereka dari serangan-serangan cyber yang mengancam.
