Keadaan tersebut memunculkan sejumlah kendala, seperti lambatnya proses pengolahan nilai, kesalahan perhitungan, duplikasi data, serta kesulitan saat pencarian dan penyimpanan data akademik. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web guna mendukung pengelolaan nilai siswa secara lebih efektif, efisien, serta terintegrasi. Metode yang dipakai dalam kajian ini ialah prototype melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pembuatan prototype, evaluasi, penyempurnaan, serta implementasi sistem. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan memakai Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor, XAMPP menjadi web server lokal, serta localhost guna pengujian aplikasi berbasis web. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, serta basis data MySQL. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwasannya sistem informasi akademik berbasis web mampu melakukan peningkatan efisiensi pengolahan data, menekan human error, mempercepat penyusunan laporan nilai, serta memperkuat keamanan dan transparansi data akademik siswa di SMPI Hidayatul Athfal.
The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the field of education, particularly in the management of academic data and student assessment systems. SMPI Hidayatul Athfal still uses a manual and semi-computerized grading system, where scores are recorded in books and processed using Microsoft Excel. This system creates several challenges, such as delays in grade processing, calculation errors, data duplication, and difficulties in searching and storing academic data. Therefore, a web-based academic information system is needed to support the management of student grades in a more effective, efficient, and integrated manner. The research method used in this study is the prototype method, which includes the stages of requirements gathering, prototype development, evaluation, refinement, and system implementation. The system was developed using Visual Studio Code as the text editor, XAMPP as the local web server, and localhost as the web-based testing environment. The programming languages used include PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL as the database management system. The results of the study show that the web-based academic information system improves data processing efficiency, reduces human error, accelerates the generation of grade reports, and enhances the security and transparency of students’ academic data at SMPI Hidayatul Athfal.

Kesenjangan antara penguasaan konsep keagamaan dan manifestasi moral dalam kehidupan nyata menjadi problem epistemologis dan pedagogis yang memerlukan rekonstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan kerangka konseptual Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta sebagai paradigma alternatif dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan dengan analisis hermeneutik terhadap konsep mahabbah dalam tradisi intelektual Islam, khususnya pemikiran Al-Ghazali, serta dikomparasikan dengan teori pendidikan humanistik modern. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta memiliki legitimasi teologis dan koherensi pedagogis dalam mengintegrasikan dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan spiritual secara utuh. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pemosisian cinta bukan sekadar sebagai nilai moral, melainkan sebagai prinsip epistemologis dan kurikuler yang menstrukturkan tujuan, proses, dan evaluasi pembelajaran secara sistematis dan transformatif.
The moral decline of students in the di’Ital era, reflected in rising intolerance, bullying, diminished empathy, and weakened social integrity, indicates a fundamental problem in contemporary value education. In Akidah Akhlak instruction, learning practices remain predominantly cognitive and normative, while affective development and systematic value internalization are insufficiently integrated into curricular design. This gap between conceptual mastery of religious teachings and their moral enactment in lived experience represents an epistemological and pedagogical challenge requiring reconstruction. This study aims to formulate a conceptual framework for a Love-Based Curriculum as an alternative paradigm in Akidah Akhlak education. Employing a qualitative library-based approach, the study applies hermeneutic analysis to the concept of mahabbah within the Islamic intellectual tradition, particularly in the thought of Al-Ghazali, while comparatively engaging modern humanistic educational theory. The findings demonstrate that a Love-Based Curriculum possesses theological legitimacy and pedagogical coherence in integrating cognitive, affective, and spiritual dimensions of learning. The novelty of this study lies in positioning love not merely as a moral value but as an epistemological and curricular principle that structures the aims, processes, and evaluation of Akidah Akhlak instruction in a systematic and transformative manner.

Definition of Graduate Competency Standards are criteria regarding the qualifications of graduates' abilities which include attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The results of research at SMAN 1 Bandung City and SMA Al Azhar Syifa Budi Parahyangan West Bandung in general indicate that the implementation of integrated quality management of ICT-based chemistry learning in both schools has been going well so that it can improve the quality of graduates.

acher performance management that has not been running optimally, especially in MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. The sample in this study was the staff management of the schools, especially the principal, and teacher or educator staff in both schools studied, and the students, both at MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. Then, the research method used in this study was descriptive-holistic aiming at finding out descriptive and holistic explanations as well as examining the assumptions used in more depth based on the findings and interpretations of the data in the research field. The data were collected through documentation techniques, interviews, and direct observation by the researcher. The results showed that the management of teacher performance improvement was able to make teachers professional, when the management of improving teacher performance was carried out based on the principles of scientific management and adjusted to the needs and characteristics of the school. Both schools (Madrasah) have been quite successful in implementing teacher performance management optimally. It could be seen in the efforts of both schools in several aspects examined. The planning aspects of both schools (Madrasah) involved a contextual analysis of all school resources and the school’s goals. The implementation of the aspects, in both schools (Madrasah), involved various performance indicators such as; (1) providing the guidance and distributing teacher self-evaluation tools; (2) carrying out academic supervision; (3) studying and concluding the results of academic supervision; (4) communicating the results of academic supervision to the teachers individually; (5) discussed the follow-up including; (a) conducting a non-formal program covering of handling cases that were individual and casuistic in nature (curative); (b) conducting a formal program, namely handling cases that were general in nature, and carried out by all teachers through training in the form of developing and deepening performance points such as composing a lesson plan. Both schools (Madrasah) showed their uniqueness, especially in the indicators of problem solving and following up. The evaluation aspects of both schools (Madrasah) were quite good at measuring existing education services, as well as measuring the extent to which the school elements have achieved predetermined qualifications. In general, this study concluded that both schools (Madrasah) were quite optimal in implementing teacher performance management by referring to the functional aspects of management; planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Logika Fuzzy diterapkan untuk mentransformasikan istilah linguistik menjadi Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFN) dan skor tegas (crisp), sementara metode Weighted Product digunakan untuk mengagregasikan skor tersebut berdasarkan bobot multi-kriteria. Model ini dievaluasi melalui studi kasus yang melibatkan sepuluh pegawai honorer berdasarkan lima kriteria: disiplin, tanggung jawab, kualitas kerja, kerja sama, dan inisiatif. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model hibrida ini berhasil meminimalkan subjektivitas penilai dan menghasilkan perengkingan yang dapat direproduksi secara matematis. Analisis sensitivitas mengonfirmasi stabilitas hasil peringkat akhir, sehingga model Hibrida Fuzzy Weighted Product yang diusulkan ini sangat sesuai untuk digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja utama dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kinerja di sektor publik.
Performance evaluation of honorary employees in public institutions often relies on subjective linguistic assessments, leading to evaluator bias and limited accountability. To address this, this paper proposes a Hybrid Fuzzy-Weighted Product (Fuzzy-Weighted Product) model. Fuzzy Logic is adopted to transform linguistic terms into Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFN) and crisp scores, while the Weighted Product method aggregates these scores based on multi-criteria weights. The model was evaluated using a case study of ten honorary employees across five criteria: discipline, responsibility, work quality, cooperation, and initiative. The experimental results demonstrate that the hybrid model successfully minimizes evaluator subjectivity and delivers mathematically reproducible rankings. A sensitivity analysis confirms the stability of the final rankings, making the proposed Hybrid Fuzzy–Weighted Product model highly suitable as a core framework for decision-support systems in public sector performance appraisal.

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memberikan solusi atas keterbatasan literasi digital guru di SD Brainfor Islamic School melalui pelatihan intensif pemanfaatan Generative AI. Fokus kegiatan meliputi penggunaan AI Teks (ChatGPT, Notion AI) untuk administrasi, serta AI Multimodal (Gemini AI, Canva AI, Suno AI) untuk pembuatan RPP, ilustrasi kelas, dan musik edukatif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) yang terdiri dari tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan hands-on, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan lonjakan rata-rata pemahaman peserta dari 35% pada tahap pre-test menjadi 88% pada tahap post-test. Seluruh peserta berhasil menghemat 50% waktu penyusunan administrasi dan menghasilkan minimal satu produk media pembelajaran interaktif secara mandiri. Pemanfaatan AI terbukti mereduksi kebosanan belajar siswa dan sangat membantu guru berinovasi.
The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought massive transformation in various sectors, including education. Teachers are required to adapt to digital tools to create interactive learning environments for Generation Z and Alpha students. This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide a solution to the limited digital literacy of teachers at SD Brainfor Islamic School through intensive training on Generative AI. The focus includes the use of Text AI (ChatGPT, Notion AI) for administration, and Multimodal AI (Gemini AI, Canva AI, Suno AI) for creating lesson plans, class illustrations, and educational music. The implementation method uses the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) approach consisting of socialization, hands-on training, and evaluation stages. The results showed a surge in participants' average understanding from 35% in the pre-test to 88% in the post-test. All participants successfully saved 50% of their administration time and independently produced at least one interactive learning media product. The use of AI is proven to reduce student boredom and greatly helps teachers innovate.

This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. Data were analyzed using triangulation to ensure validity. The research results show that a strong and healthy company culture can increase employee achievement motivation. A company culture that is innovative, supportive and open to evaluation and attention to detail regarding employee needs, such as a safe and comfortable work environment, plays a role in creating creative, committed and motivated employees. PT United Tractors also shows that good company support, continuous employee training and development, as well as a fair and transparent performance appraisal system, can encourage employees to achieve higher achievements. These findings support the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee achievement motivation, that the stronger the company culture, the higher the employee achievement motivation.
