Abstract: Cyber risk management has become a critical issue as the number of cybersecurity incidents continues to rise each year. This study aims to analyze the trends in cyber incidents, the most prevalent types of cybercrimes, and… nd the efforts in mitigation and cyber risk management in Indonesia. According to data from the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) for the period 2019 to 2023, the number of incidents increased significantly from 290,000 cases in 2019 to 1,031,389 cases in 2023. The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. Effective cyber risk management requires integrated preventive, detective, and corrective measures to safeguard information systems and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated attacks. Through collaboration among the government, private sector, and the public, Indonesia’s digital ecosystem is expected to become more secure and resilient in the face of cybercrime threats..

APPLICATION OF THE MIND MAPPING TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE STUDENT MEMORY IN PAI SUBJECTS

Ervina, Mardiana, Nurlidia Putri, Sri Rahayu Ratna Ningsih
Abstract: This study examines the effectiveness of the mind mapping method in improving student memory in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. Conventional learning methods are often less effective in stimulating students'… memory because they only activate the left brain. Mind mapping, as a visual and holistic approach, is believed to overcome this limitation by involving the right brain in information processing. The results showed a significant improvement in students' memory and understanding of PAI materials after the implementation of the mind mapping method. Mind mapping's ability to systematically connect ideas and build comprehensive understanding contributed to the improvement in memory. This method proved to be flexible and effective for various PAI materials, including fiqh, SKI, akidahakhlak, and Al-Qur'an Hadith. This study recommends the use of mind mapping as an innovative learning strategy to improve the quality of PAI learning and student learning outcomes

Riky Fernando, Muhammad Ibnu, Helvi Yanfika, Kordiyana K. Rangga, Indah Listiana
Abstract: This study analyzes the competing interests within the Kartu Petani Berjaya (KPB) policy as part of efforts to promote sustainable community-based agricultural development in Lampung Province. The KPB program was launched… d with the goal of improving farmers' welfare through digitally integrated agricultural services. However, initial observations indicate resistance from some farmers and signs of political interest dominance in both the formulation and implementation processes. The study aims to identify the political motives behind the policy, the sustainability of the program, farmers' literacy regarding the E-KPB system, and the extent to which the program empowers farmers and engages stakeholders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with thematic analysis and source triangulation techniques, data were collected through in-depth interviews with academics and government officials, as well as document studies. The findings reveal that the dominance of regional leaders in decision-making has led to a program orientation that is more symbolic and electoral in nature. The dynamics of competing interests emerge both vertically and horizontally, resulting in weak coordination and reduced policy effectiveness. The transition from KPB to E-KPB has also shifted the program’s focus and reduced its tangible benefits for farmers. The study recommends strengthening multi-stakeholder collaborative governance in agricultural policy, reevaluating the structure of the E-KPB system, and actively involving academics and farmer associations. These findings contribute theoretically to the study of public policy and policy framing, and practically to improving the implementation of programs based on the real needs of farming communities.

This analysis aims to predict the value of the dependent variable by considering changes in the value of the independent variable. In addition, multiple regression analysis helps in determining the direction of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, whether the correlation is positive or negative. The regression equation formula for two dependent and independent variables . The tests used are classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and data quality tests. The sample is determined by taking a representation of the population that is predicted to represent the entire population. The sample in this study were employees at the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (Persero) I Office Regional I . Determination of samples for employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I (Persero) Regional I was carried out using the Saturated Sampling method . The results of the study showed that X1 telling t count -1.113 < t table 5.409 and significance 0.316 > 0.05 (no effect). X2 selling t count -0.365 < t table 5.409 and significance 0.730 > 0.05 (no effect). X3 participation t count 8.090 > t table 5.409 and significance 0.010 < 0.05 (influential). X4 delegation t count 9.320 > t table 5.409 and significance 0.000 < 0.05 (influential). The results of the simultaneous significance test of the F test are f count 6.076 > f table 5.409 and the prob (F-statistic) is 0.0000 < 0.05. H0 : β1 = β2 = • • • = βk = 0 This means that the independent variable has an overall influence/relationship on the dependent variable
