ng Hormone (TSH) in newborns before clinical symptoms appear. The timing of blood sample collection is a critical factor because TSH levels physiologically surge within the first 24 hours of life. This study aims to determine the accuracy of TSH sampling time in CH screening at Prima Medika General Hospital, Denpasar. A descriptive analytical method was used with a total sampling technique involving 105 neonates who underwent CHS from October to December 2024. Secondary data were obtained from laboratory request forms and the Laboratory Information System (LIS). Results showed that 92.4% of samples were collected on the second day of life, which aligns with the ideal window of 48–72 hours, and only 1.9% of neonates had elevated TSH levels. The study concludes that most sample collections met the recommended timing, contributing to valid results and effective CHS implementation. Timely sampling plays a vital role in early CH detection and reflects the overall quality of neonatal laboratory services.

(Riau Province) roads with the highest accident rates. The analysis used secondary data, including traffic accident records and average daily traffic (ADT) from 2019 to 2023. The study followed a descriptive method with data collection through observation and documentation. The findings show that Soekarno Hatta Street experienced the highest number of accidents, totaling 107 incidents. The accident rate for the identified black spot on Soekarno Hatta Street in Bagan Besar Sub-District reached 0.727. Meanwhile, the black site on Cut Nyak Dien Street in Bangsal Aceh Village had an accident rate of 0.10.

Karanganyar possesses rich cultural heritage in the form of batik, which holds significant potential to be developed into an educational tourism destination. However, its current management still faces various challenges. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, using in-depth interviews, field observations, and document studies for data collection. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis, referring to destination management theory (Cooper et al., 2008) and the concept of edu-tourism (Bodger, 1998). The results reveal that the management of batik educational tourism in Karanganyar has not yet been systematically integrated. Key issues identified include: (1) limited human resources with adequate competence, (2) conventional tourism practices, (3) lack of innovation in tourism product packaging, (4) insufficient institutional coordination and support, and (5) underdeveloped integration between cultural and educational tourism. While there is a strong commitment to cultural preservation from local communities and participation from business actors, structural support from the government and optimization of the media’s role require further enhancement. The implication of this research emphasizes the need for strengthened cross-sectoral collaboration through the Penta Helix framework, the formulation of specific policies for educational tourism development, as well as innovations in digital promotion and context-based cultural education curricula. This study is expected to serve as a reference for policymakers, tourism practitioners, and future researchers in promoting sustainable educational tourism rooted in local culture.

environmental impacts, and sustainable solutions related to plastic waste management in both
countries. The method used is qualitative analysis based on secondary data from scientific
literature, reports of international institutions. The results show that Indonesia faces serious
problems in plastic waste management that cause marine pollution to other countries, while
Thailand struggles with the high volume of domestic and imported plastic waste. The
resulting environmental impacts include damage to marine ecosystems, threats to
biodiversity, and human health risks from microplastics. Recommended solutions include the
implementation of national regulations that support sustainability principles, 3R (Reduce,
Reuse, Recycle) strategies, promotion of eco-friendly packaging, and public education to
reduce the use of single-use plastics. The study concludes that regional collaboration among
ASEAN countries is needed to effectively address the plastic waste crisis to protect
ecosystems and human health in the long term.

lects and analyzes publications from Scopus indexed journals in the last 10 years to identify conceptual frameworks and indicators of budget efficiency that can be synergized with the principles of Maqashid Al-Quran. The findings of the study show that the implementation of maqashid values—such as the protection of soul, religion, intellect, descent, and property—can be the basis for formulating budgeting policies that are not only efficient but also socially just. In addition, this article develops an innovative analysis model, integrates budget efficiency indicators with the maqashid principle, and offers practical implementation recommendations for researchers and policymakers. The implications of this research are expected to help in the formulation of more holistic and progressive Islamic economic policies. This research has shown that the integration of the principles of Maqashid Al-Quran into budget management has the potential to improve fiscal policy by strengthening aspects of justice, transparency, and efficiency. Using the systematic literature review method, this article not only identifies gaps in the conventional literature, but also offers an innovative framework that can be used as a reference for researchers and practitioners in the development of Islamic economics. The implementation of this framework requires a joint commitment between stakeholders to reform fiscal governance and integrate ethical values at every policy stage. Through a systematic and comprehensive literature review, this article aims to present a complete picture of the “roadmap” of quantitative research, including the essence, principles, key stages (starting from problem formulation, sample determination, instrument development, data collection, to analysis and interpretation of results), and its various types, rooted in the positivist paradigm that emphasizes objectivity and hypothesis testing. Although quantitative research offers significant advantages such as time efficiency and generalizability, challenges such as difficulty in data collection and lack of in-depth analysis also need to be overcome, so improving methodological and statistical training is crucial to producing valid, accountable scientific work that contributes significantly to the development of science.
