s a qualitative method with a systematic literature review, analyzing and synthesizing scientific sources including books, international and national journals, articles, proceedings, and relevant research findings. Data sources were obtained from scientific databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, ERIC, and national digital repositories. The findings consistently demonstrate that the Sam'iyah Syafawiyah method integrated with the communicative approach has a positive and significant influence on students' self-confidence in speaking Arabic. This effect operates through four main mechanisms: (1) repetitive drilling builds mastery experience; (2) native speaker audio models provide vicarious experience; (3) the communicative approach reduces affective filters; and (4) intensive practice promotes automaticity in Arabic speech production. This study concludes that the integration of both methods constitutes an effective and recommended pedagogical strategy for improving self-confidence in Arabic speaking.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan metode Sam'iyah Syafawiyah berbasis pendekatan komunikatif terhadap kepercayaan diri peserta didik dalam berbicara bahasa Arab melalui pendekatan library research (studi kepustakaan). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan kajian literatur sistematis, yakni menganalisis dan mensintesis berbagai sumber ilmiah berupa buku, jurnal nasional dan internasional, artikel, prosiding, dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai basis data ilmiah seperti Google Scholar, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, ERIC, dan repositori digital nasional. Hasil kajian secara konsisten menunjukkan bahwa metode Sam'iyah Syafawiyah yang diintegrasikan dengan pendekatan komunikatif memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri peserta didik dalam berbicara bahasa Arab. Pengaruh ini bekerja melalui empat mekanisme utama: (1) latihan drill berulang membangun mastery experience; (2) model audio native speaker memberikan vicarious experience; (3) pendekatan komunikatif menurunkan filter afektif; dan (4) latihan intensif mendorong otomatisasi produksi ujaran bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi kedua metode tersebut merupakan strategi pedagogis yang efektif dan direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri berbicara bahasa Arab.

The results of the study indicate that the success of establishing a bi’ah lughawiyah is influenced by the role of madrasah management, which includes planning language programs, organizing language activities, implementing Arabic language habituation, and continuously evaluating the programs. In addition, the support of madrasah principals, teachers, and the educational environment are important factors in creating an active and communicative language atmosphere. This study aims to analyze the role of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Tanimbar Islands Regency in efforts to prevent vote-buying during the 2024 Regional Head Election. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings indicate that Bawaslu implemented various preventive strategies, such as public outreach, vulnerability mapping, and anti–vote-buying patrols. However, several constraints were identified, including limited human resources, difficult and remote geographic conditions, and a local political culture that remains tolerant of vote-buying transactions. This study recommends increasing community participation, utilizing technology in oversight activities, and strengthening cross-institutional collaboration to make efforts to prevent vote-buying more effective.

The discussion emphasizes that direct experience in nature is not a hindrance but a catalyst for formal academic achievements. In conclusion, effective integration requires teachers capable of mapping nature activities into national curriculum indicators. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pemasyarakatan dalam pemenuhan hak pelayanan kesehatan warga binaan dengan HIV/AIDS di Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Jakarta menggunakan model implementasi kebijakan George C. Edwards III. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap 13 informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi telah berjalan, namun belum optimal, dengan dimensi disposisi menjadi kekuatan utama, sementara keterbatasan tenaga medis dan kesenjangan sosialisasi regulasi menjadi hambatan paling kritis. Melalui empat dimensi Edwards III, yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi celah sekaligus kekuatan dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan agar warga binaan dengan HIV/AIDS dapat memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan yang manusiawi dan bermartabat.

The implementation of correctional policy faces ongoing systemic obstacles in fulfilling the health service rights of inmates with HIV/AIDS. Despite Law Number 22 of 2022 on Corrections mandating equivalent health services for inmates, practical challenges persist, including a shortage of medical personnel, inadequate dissemination of regulations, misaligned bureaucratic procedures, and limited support from non-governmental organizations. This study argues that these barriers significantly hinder the realization of humane and dignified health services for inmates with HIV/AIDS. Using George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model, the study examines these issues at the Class IIA Narcotics Correctional Institution in Jakarta. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, it draws on in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis with 13 informants. Findings indicate that while policy implementation is underway, it is not yet fully optimal; disposition emerges as a strength, but medical resource limitations and weak regulatory communication remain significant barriers. Through Edwards III’s four dimensions—communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure—the study identifies gaps and strengths to guide more effective health service delivery for inmates with HIV/AIDS.

plans, as well as to examine the differences, strengths, and weaknesses of both in
supporting the learning process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach
using a library research method and comparative analysis. Data were obtained from
official documents, books, and relevant scientific journals. The results show that the 2013
Curriculum lesson plan has complete, detailed, and systematic components, providing
structured guidance for teaching, but it tends to be complex and burdens teachers
administratively. Meanwhile, the simplified lesson plan only consists of three main
components, namely learning objectives, learning activities, and assessment, making it
more flexible, practical, and efficient. In Social Studies learning, the simplified lesson
plan is considered more relevant as it accommodates contextual and student-centered
learning. However, the effectiveness of the simplified lesson plan highly depends on
teachers’ pedagogical competence in designing and implementing learning activities.
Therefore, teachers’ skills and creativity are required to ensure that the simplified lesson
plan can optimally achieve learning objectives.

eading worksheet, sourced from 20 ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan. Techniques for collecting data included distributing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and documentation. Instruments used were interview sheets, printed documents, and questionnaires. This study involved six key stages of Borg and Gall method, which included: gathering data and information, analyzing the data, designing the product, expert validation, revising and finalizing the product. The result of gathering and analyzing data showed that students had low interest in descriptive reading text due to monotonous and unvaried worksheets. This data identified students’ necessity (85%), lacks (55%) and wants (65%) for an interactive worksheet, engaging worksheet to develop reading understanding. The material designing and revising stage resulted in the Topworksheet Web, which consists of interactive descriptive reading practices, utilizing Canva-based visualization and educational games, including a glossary and word search. The expert validation involved a lecturer and a teacher, was 87.2%, and 98.4%, achieving an "Excellent" category. Based on the high validation scores from the experts, it can be concluded that the final product, the Topworksheet Web, is a highly appropriate and effective students' descriptive reading worksheet tailored to the specific needs of students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan.

The method used in this study is library research, which collects and analyzes various related literature to explore the concept of technology, and the integration model in the implementation of KDKMP technical guidance in Gorontalo, as well as the role of the cooperative office and facilitators in its implementation. The findings indicate that the management and implementation of KKDMP Technical Guidance runs smoothly and with quality thanks to the use of technology. In addition, cooperative facilitators who pass the 2025 test from the Ministry of Cooperatives are expected to be able to implement practices in accordance with the implementation journal and applicable regulations effectively. The Red and White Cooperative is a government program to establish village/sub-district-based economic institutions that aim to improve the welfare and independence of the community through the principles of mutual cooperation and kinship. This cooperative functions as a joint forum for carrying out various local economic efforts, such as providing basic necessities, savings and loan services, and strengthening MSMEs, so as to encourage food security and shorten the supply chain. The Red and White Cooperative Program (Kopdes Merah Putih) is a national initiative to establish cooperatives in every village and sub-district to strengthen the local economy and improve community welfare through the principles of mutual cooperation.

A total of 95 respondents were selected using accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software.
The results indicate that tourist attractions, facilities, and accessibility individually have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Furthermore, the simultaneous test confirms that these three variables collectively have a strong influence on tourist satisfaction. The coefficient of determination reveals that a substantial proportion of tourist satisfaction can be explained by the combined effects of tourist attractions, facilities, and accessibility. These findings suggest that integrated destination management focusing on attraction quality, adequate facilities, and ease of access is essential to enhance tourist satisfaction and support sustainable tourism development.
