n menyediakan suplai cadangan sebagai sumber daya alternatif. Selain itu, suplai cadangan dapat digunakan untuk mengisi daya perangkat elektronik, seperti handphone. Panel surya digunakan sebagai sumber energi utama untuk mengisi suplai cadangan melalui Solar Charge Controller (SCC) berbasis Maximum Power Point Tracking-Constant Voltage Controller (MPPT-CVC). Data real-time kondisi aki, suplai cadangan, dan panel surya dipantau melalui platform IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu mempertahankan kestabilan suplai daya untuk starter sepeda motor dan perangkat eksternal dengan efisiensi rata-rata SCC mencapai 70%. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi inovatif dalam penggunaan energi terbarukan yang lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan pada kendaraan roda dua.

The implementation method included problem identification, tool design and construction, implementation at partner locations, and mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that the tool can help IoT-based systems maintain stable fermentation temperatures, improve dough quality consistency, and increase production efficiency. This initiative also has a positive impact on increasing partners' capacity to utilize appropriate technology.

Leadership Communication that makes HR as planners, implementers and controllers who always play an active role in achieving organizational goals, and have thoughts, feelings and desires that can influence their attitudes in work. Conversely, the organization where they are sheltered is expected to provide rewards and awards fairly or objectively so that through these rewards ASN can be motivated to improve the quality and quantity of their work. This study aims to describe the form of leadership communication strategies, employee work motivation, and at the same time determine the effect of leadership communication strategies in increasing employee work motivation at the Medan City Cultural Office. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach and type of research through interviews and observations of informants to obtain research data. The results of the study indicate that the leadership communication strategy of the Cultural Office still needs to be improved in the area of clarity and even distribution of organizational messages that should be adjusted to its main duties and functions. Furthermore, it was found that intrinsic motivational factors, such as recognition, were the dominant factor in driving work motivation. Finally, it was found that the leadership communication strategy implemented influenced the increase or decrease in employee work motivation at the Medan City Cultural Service.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi aplikasi "Live Report" sebagai solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelaporan magang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan survei, wawancara, observasi, dan analisis data untuk mengukur dampak aplikasi terhadap kualitas pelaporan, keterlibatan mahasiswa, dan kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan perusahaan mitra. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas program MBKM dan menjadi model bagi pengembangan platform pelaporan magang lainnya di Indonesia.
