m projects in Indonesia. The research method applied is a double linear regression analysis of a case study involving 67 information system projects that have been completed by various organizations and companies in Indonesia. Some of the major findings of this study cover critical aspects that have a significant impact on the performance of information system projects. Analysis of project information system requirements is identified as one of the key factors affecting the success of the project. Team capabilities, both in terms of technical skills and interpersonal coordination, are also important elements that correlate with project outcomes. The involvement of stakeholders throughout the project cycle has also proved to have a positive impact. It is understood that involving stakeholders actively can enhance a better understanding of user needs and minimize the risk of change of requirements in the middle of the way. By gaining in-depth insight into these key factors, this research makes valuable contributions to the planning, development, and implementation of future information system projects in Indonesia.
Abstract:Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, yet they still face the challenge of suboptimal financial performance. This study aims to analyze the direct influence of Financial…
Attitudes and Behavioral Control on MSME Financial Performance and examine the mediating role of Financial Behavior in this relationship. This study is grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which positions attitudes and behavioral control as the primary determinants of individual intentions and behavior.
Using a quantitative approach, this study will test hypotheses on 31 MSME owners/managers in Nusaniwe District, selected through purposive sampling. Data will be collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS statistical software. Validity, reliability, and multiple regression tests will test the simultaneous influence of attitudes, control, and behavior on financial performance. The results are expected to provide insight into the importance of behavioral aspects (attitudes and control) in improving MSME financial performance and contribute to more effective mentoring programs and policy formulation

udes, and husband’s support with the incidence of unmet need among couples of reproductive age in RW 07, Karunrung Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The research was conducted from August to September 2022 using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 110 respondents. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test with SPSS version 26, and the findings were presented in distribution tables with descriptive explanations. The results showed significant associations between knowledge (p = 0.026), attitudes (p = 0.000), and husband’s support (p = 0.000) with the incidence of unmet need among couples of reproductive age. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening health education efforts and increasing husband involvement to reduce unmet need among couples of reproductive age.

eeks to strengthen the position of its Antares Eazy CCTV product in the B2B market. This study analyzes the determinants of Purchase Intention toward Antares Eazy using the PLS-SEM approach, focusing on Service Quality, product quality, Pricing, Trust, and Brand Awareness as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 47 companies that use or potentially use CCTV solutions. The findings demonstrate that Service Quality, product quality, and Pricing exert significant effects on Trust, which subsequently influences Purchase Intention. Brand Awareness reinforces this relationship. The findings highlight the need for improved after-sales service, product enhancement, and more competitive Pricing strategies to strengthen Antares Eazy’s competitiveness in the B2B CCTV market.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the attitudes and decisions of lower-class communities in adopting Islamic bank mobile banking services, with a specific focus on the BSI Mobile application. The research…
h applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1989), emphasizing two key constructs—perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness—as determinants of users’ attitudes and decisions. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 lower-class customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sibuhuan. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that perceived usefulness significantly affects both attitude and decision to use, while perceived ease of use influences attitude indirectly. The R² value for attitude (0.743) and decision (0.654) shows that the model has strong explanatory power. These findings reveal that lower-income customers are more motivated by perceived benefits, such as convenience, time efficiency, and transaction security, rather than interface simplicity. From a practical perspective, the study suggests that Islamic banks should strengthen digital literacy, user assistance, and customer trust to enhance mobile banking adoption among lower-class communities.
Abstract:This study aimed to obtain information about socio-demographic factors associated with HL of NCD patients in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The method used was quantitative method with cross sectional study design with…
a total sample of 383 NCD patients (purposive sampling) with stratified sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires both socio and demographics and HL of NCD patients. The results of this study were [education (p=0.023, OR=2.711); gender (p=0.017, OR=2.001); language (p=0.001, OR=1.013); age (p=0.020, OR=2.968); employment status (p=0.001, OR=1.248); residence (p=0.012, OR=2.068); personal health condition (p=0.031, OR=5.840); access to health information (p=0.020, OR=2.968). In the logistic regression test, the personal health condition factor was most associated with HL of NCD patients (p=0.010, OR=5.840). In conclusion, the study showed that socio-demographic factors (education, gender, language, age, employment status, residence, personal health condition and access to health information simultaneously or partially influenced the HL of patients with NCDs. The most dominant factor associated with HL of patients with NCDs was personal health conditions. The role of health workers provides many sources of information to develop and learn solutions and support for people with various types of NCDs.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the role of Personal Innovativeness in influencing the actual use of the MyTelkomsel application through an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In this model, Personal Innovativeness is…
positioned as a core construct that influences three key user perceptions: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Enjoyment. A total of 355 respondents participated in the study, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that seven out of eight hypothesized paths between constructs in the model demonstrate statistically significant effects. The only non-significant relationship is found between Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude Toward Use, suggesting that ease of use is no longer a major determinant of user attitudes toward digital applications, possibly because it is now perceived as a basic standard in technology usage. Conversely, Personal Innovativeness consistently exerts a significant influence on all three key perceptions, which in turn affect users’ attitudes, intentions, and actual behaviors. These results underscore the strategic role of innovative personal characteristics in driving adoption and active engagement with digital applications. The practical implications highlight the importance of user segmentation based on innovation levels, the development of enjoyable features, and the refinement of user experience to promote sustained engagement within digital ecosystems such as MyTelkomsel.

Abstract:This research is motivated by the large number of prospective students who simply choose a major when they want to enter a vocational school without considering their abilities. The Decision Tree or C45 method is used because…
cause it is able to make decision trees that are easy to describe, and has a level of efficiency in handling discrete and numeric attribute data. While the Naive Bayes method is used because it has a high accuracy of results. This research was conducted based on data from students of SMK Muhammadiyah 10 Kisaran which contained questions about feelings of wrong majors, interests, and determinants of other majors. Data is divided into 2 labels, namely free labels (y) and bound labels (x). Followed by dividing the dataset into training data and testing data with a ratio of 70:30 in both methods to get the level of accuracy. From the results given, it can be seen that the C45 algorithm has an accuracy of 85% and the Naive Bayes algorithm has an accuracy of 26%. This shows that the C45 algorithm is more effective in classifying the available datasets compared to the Naive Bayes.
