The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Negative EWOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) and variety seeking on brand switching behavior, with customer engagement as an intervening variable for Scarlett facial serum among Gen Z consumers. This study employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal research methods. Data collection is done through a questionnaire survey with 300 respondents who use Scarlett facial serum in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS for research data analysis. The research findings indicate that Negative EWOM have a positive influence on brand switching behavior, Negative EWOM have a negative influence on customer engagement, variety seeking have a negative influence on customer engagement, variety seeking have a positive influence on brand switching behavior, customer engagement have a negative influence on brand switching behavior, Variety seeking on brand switching behavior through customer engagement as an intervening variable have a positive influence, Negative E-WOM on brand switching behavior through customer engagement as an intervening variable also have a positive influence.This research has implications for companies, including the need for companies to enhance product quality and their brand image in response to Negative E-WOM. Companies should also continue to innovate by improving product quality and uniqueness. Additionally, understanding customer preferences and market trends is crucial for competing in a market with many similar products. Maintaining customer interactions can also keep the company top of mind among customers, preventing them from switching to other brands. These actions are necessary to retain customers and prevent brand switching. Referring to several previous studies, research on negative word of mouth, brand switching behavior, variety seeking, and customer engagement has never been conducted simultaneously with the same variables and object.

The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. Effective cyber risk management requires integrated preventive, detective, and corrective measures to safeguard information systems and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated attacks. This study also examines the factors that affect the success of the implementation of diagnostic assessments in the school. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires to the teachers and students involved. Data analysis was carried out thematically to obtain a holistic picture of the implementation of diagnostic assessments. The results of the study show that the implementation of diagnostic assessments at SMP Negeri 1 Watansoppeng is in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum, although there are still some challenges. The main obstacles faced by teachers include the diversity of students' abilities, limited facilities and infrastructure, and teachers' inadequate understanding of diagnostic assessments. Factors that affect the implementation of diagnostic assessments include teacher readiness, school support, large number of students, and the diversity of student learning styles. This study suggests that more intensive training for teachers be carried out and the improvement of facilities that support diagnostic assessments so that the implementation of assessments is more effective and in accordance with the needs of students.

and analyze effective technology adaptation strategies in improving Islamic boarding school quality management. The method used was a systematic literature review (SLR) and meta-analysis using the PRISMA protocol, resulting in 8 high-quality articles that met the inclusion criteria from a total of 578 articles identified. The research results show that technology adaptation strategies have a significant positive influence on Islamic boarding school quality management with a combined effect size of 0.65 (medium-strong category), with the strongest influence on financial management (d=0.83) and administrative efficiency (d=0.78). The three main patterns of technology implementation in Islamic boarding schools identified are the gradual digital transformation model, the selective adaptation model, and the comprehensive digital transformation model, with implementation success rates between 68-75%. This research recommends a gradual approach in implementing technology by considering the unique characteristics of Islamic boarding schools, developing human resource capacity through continuous digital literacy training, and establishing strategic collaborations with the government and private sector to overcome technological infrastructure limitations..

The findings reveal that mortgage approval involves a comprehensive evaluation of the borrower's financial capability, including credit analysis and compliance with banking regulations. Additionally, several challenges were identified, such as the lengthy administrative process and credit risk factors that the bank must consider. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that mortgage lending requires a balance between the bank's interests and customer needs, necessitating innovations in procedures and service optimization to improve process efficiency.

Women's Prison in Padang reported experiencing vaginal discharge accompanied by itching and an unpleasant odor. They received medical treatment at the prison clinic. The incidence of vaginal discharge in West Sumatra is approximately 3.51%. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the occurrence of vaginal discharge among female inmates of childbearing age. A quantitative research approach was used, employing a cross-sectional design and a total sampling technique, with 57 respondents. The variables examined include knowledge level, access to reproductive health information, and personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods with chi-square tests. The findings revealed that 43.9% of respondents experienced vaginal discharge, 71.9% had a low level of knowledge, 57.9% faced difficulties in accessing reproductive health information, and 56.1% exhibited poor personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. There was a significant relationship between knowledge level and the incidence of vaginal discharge (p=0.045), as well as between personal hygiene behavior and vaginal discharge occurrence (p=0.037). However, no significant correlation was found between access to reproductive health information and vaginal discharge (p=0.426). This study concludes that improving reproductive health education and providing adequate hygiene facilities in the prison environment are crucial steps in reducing the incidence of vaginal discharge among female inmates.

the development of halal certification in West Java MSMEs in 2023, identify the challenges faced, and evaluate the government's efforts and targets in supporting the acceleration of halal certification. This research approach is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with the Secretary of the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) and supported by statistical data related to the development of halal certification. The findings show that the development of halal certification in West Java in 2023 shows significant achievements with the realization of 189,886 certificates, although it is still faced with challenges in MSME literacy, administrative obstacles, and limited BPJPH resources.
