With digital technology, people can record and monitor their family finances through digital financial platforms, making family financial management more efficient. Research Objectives: (1) To analyze the level of digital financial literacy among low-income communities and identify the factors influencing it. (2) To evaluate the role of digital financial platforms in helping low-income families manage their finances effectively. (3) To identify the challenges faced by low-income communities in accessing and utilizing digital financial services. (4) To assess the impact of using digital financial technology on family financial management and the well-being of low-income communities. This study employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Participatory Action Research is a research method that involves the active participation of the community or group being studied throughout the research process, from planning, implementation, and reflection to corrective actions. The research findings indicate that the community lacks sufficient education regarding financial literacy in the use of digital tools for managing family finances. This lack of education poses a significant challenge in adopting digital finance for financial management among low-income communities. However, with the financial revolution, low-income communities have begun to understand the use of digitalization in managing family finances.

The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the production process implemented by UD. Alwin is still dominated by the use of manual tools and traditional methods. This has an impact on limited production capacity and high dependence on weather conditions, especially in the drying stage. The main obstacles faced are weather factors, limited labor, and minimal modernization of production equipment. However, the synergy between the owner and employees in identifying problems and formulating solutions is a major strength in maintaining business continuity. Overall, improvements in the production process have been proven to have a positive impact on increasing production capacity, although not optimal. Thus, this study concludes that the increase in red brick capacity at UD. Alwin is greatly influenced by the effectiveness of production process management. The recommendations given are the need for innovation in the use of appropriate technology, improving workforce skills, and more efficient work time management to support business desires and competitiveness.

experiences and perceptions of MSME actors and incubator managers regarding the impact of incubation on their business development. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation related to the incubation program run by Makassar Technopark and Makassar City Business Incubator. The results of the study indicate that business incubators have a positive impact on improving managerial skills, wider market access, and strong business networks for MSMEs. However, there are challenges related to the suitability of training materials to the needs of specific sectors, difficulties in accessing capital, and limited time that MSME actors can invest in participating in the incubation program. Lack of ongoing mentoring after the incubation is complete is also one of the obstacles faced by business actors. Therefore, this study recommends adjusting the incubation program to be more relevant to the needs of each MSME sector, as well as increasing post-incubation support to ensure business sustainability.

The results of this digital transformation were notable: recruitment time was reduced by 30%, performance evaluations became more transparent and objective, and employee engagement increased through self-service portals and online learning platforms. The integration of real-time data analytics enabled HR managers to make more informed decisions, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Despite facing resistance to change and technical challenges related to system integration, the company effectively managed the transition through comprehensive training and ongoing support. The research results show that the causes of bad credit can be categorized into four main factors: internal factors of the borrower, external factors of the borrower, internal factors of the bank, and regulatory and policy factors. The borrower's internal factors include poor management and weak financial capabilities, while external factors include unstable macroeconomic conditions and intense business competition. Internal bank factors include weak credit assessment processes and inappropriate credit policies, while regulatory and policy factors include less effective regulations and erratic changes in government policy. To reduce the risk of bad credit, banks and financial institutions are advised to improve credit assessment processes, tighten supervision of the use of funds, develop credit policies that are more flexible but based on in-depth risk analysis, and strengthen regulations and supervision. Macroeconomic risk mitigation strategies are also important to maintain financial stability. By implementing these strategic steps, it is hoped that the risk of bad credit can be minimized, support the stability and sustainability of the banking sector, and increase trust and security for all parties involved. Descriptive, namely research that aims to describe the nature, circumstances, phenomena, of an individual or group that you want to study. Qualitative research emphasizes quality not quantity and the data collected does not come from questionnaires but comes from interviews, direct observation and other related documents, and in this study the respondents are known as resource persons. The findings of this study explain that E11evenkick Academy is being faced with threats from outside the company but currently these threats can be suppressed and minimized by maximizing and optimizing the internal strengths of E11evenkick Academy. Based on the SWOT analysis, E11 Evenkick Academy is in quadrant II of the SWOT diagram. The strategy that must be implemented is to use the company's strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities by way of a diversification strategy. The diversification strategy in question is how E11evenkick Academy can increase growth, sales and profits through expanding its market sector. This strategy will serve as the basis for E11evenkick Academy to increase competitiveness, especially in Makassar City.

blems faced by partners, both farm owners and farm workers: 1) lack of knowledge and understanding of the concept and application of biosecurity 2) lack of sanitation application, which increases the risk of diseases emerging and spreading 3) not yet aware that the use of open house system, unfenced farms and no procedures for entering the farm area, are not in accordance with the principles of biosecurity system. The activity was carried out in stages: survey, socialization on the concept and implementation of the 3-zone biosecurity system, provision of disinfectants and examples of regulation for laying hen farming as well as evaluation. The evaluation results show that during the extension activity, out of 8 participants only 2 were actively asking questions, and it turned out they were the farm owners, while the farm workers were passive. It was found after the outreach activity, that the farm owners or farm workers who were partners had not been implemented the 3-zone biosecurity system, therefore outreach activities regarding biosecurity on poultry farm still need to be provided again to them, so that the concept and application of biosecurity will be truly understood and they would be willing to do so. However, at least 2 farms have prepared signboards with rules for entering the farm area. The occurrence of outbreaks and pandemics should be a lesson-learned that biosecurity measures are highly relevant to the saying “it is better to prevent than cure”. If, chicken remain healthy, they produce high-quality and safe products, and so, farmers can minimize health costs and maximize profits, even enabling farms owner to expand their businesses scale. In conclusion, this activity has not been given a significant impact on partner’s farm management because all partners have not been implemented the 3-zone biosecurity system, and it would be better if, all farm owners as decision makers to participate in this kind of activity, as well as the need for synergy between relevant agencies in the livestock sector in Tomohon city and academics with poultry farming business practitioners in an effort to maintain livestock health, poultry communities and maintain food security.
