With digital technology, people can record and monitor their family finances through digital financial platforms, making family financial management more efficient. Research Objectives: (1) To analyze the level of digital financial literacy among low-income communities and identify the factors influencing it. (2) To evaluate the role of digital financial platforms in helping low-income families manage their finances effectively. (3) To identify the challenges faced by low-income communities in accessing and utilizing digital financial services. (4) To assess the impact of using digital financial technology on family financial management and the well-being of low-income communities. This study employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Participatory Action Research is a research method that involves the active participation of the community or group being studied throughout the research process, from planning, implementation, and reflection to corrective actions. The research findings indicate that the community lacks sufficient education regarding financial literacy in the use of digital tools for managing family finances. This lack of education poses a significant challenge in adopting digital finance for financial management among low-income communities. However, with the financial revolution, low-income communities have begun to understand the use of digitalization in managing family finances.

ovide character education in response to this phenomenon, so that students are able to build awareness and resilience in facing digital social pressure. The service methods used include interactive lectures, value simulation, and case study-based mentoring. This activity involved 34 students as the main target and 3 resource persons as facilitators The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the form and impact of digital bullying, as well as the growth of concern and proactive attitude to create a safe school environment. Participants also showed improved ability to manage emotions, understand the importance of strong character, and not respond to pressure with aggressive actions. Based on these results, it is recommended that character education based on anti-bullying values continue to be strengthened through continuous habituation and training programs, in order to form a resilient and adaptive young generation in the digital era.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemikiran Kuhn secara komprehensif berdasarkan dokumen “Paradigma Kuhn” yang diunggah, kemudian memperkaya analisis tersebut dengan literatur ilmiah terbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan analisis isi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma memegang peran sentral dalam mengarahkan cara ilmuwan bekerja, memecahkan teka-teki ilmiah, serta menentukan kriteria kebenaran ilmiah. Perubahan paradigma bukan proses kumulatif, melainkan lompatan revolusioner yang terjadi ketika anomali tak dapat lagi diselesaikan dalam kerangka teori lama. Kritik Kuhn terhadap Karl Popper menegaskan bahwa dinamika ilmu lebih bersifat historis dan sosiologis dibandingkan rasional-matematis semata. One of the most disruptive technological innovations that has become the primary focus in educational transformation is Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has demonstrated extraordinary potential in revolutionizing various aspects of learning management through sophisticated adaptive capabilities, deep learning personalization, and comprehensive administrative automation. This research aims to comprehensively and systematically examine the multidimensional role of AI in enhancing the quality of learning management in the digital era, with in-depth analytical focus on three fundamental pillars: strategic learning planning, pedagogical process implementation, and learning outcome evaluation. The research methodology employs a rigorous Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, analyzing over 150 high-quality scientific articles from leading national and international journals published between 2014-2024, utilizing a thematic synthesis framework to identify emergent patterns and significant trends in AI implementation in education. Research findings reveal that AI implementation in learning management produces multifaceted transformative impacts, including significant improvements in pedagogical decision-making quality through predictive analytics and data-driven insights, strengthening the strategic role of teachers as adaptive and responsive learning facilitators, and expanding democratic learning accessibility through adaptive learning systems and intelligent tutoring systems technologies. AI has also proven effective in optimizing educational resource allocation, enhancing student engagement through intelligent gamification, and facilitating inclusive and equitable learning.
However, this research also identifies complex challenges that must be addressed in AI implementation, including significant technological infrastructure gaps particularly in remote areas, limitations in educators' digital literacy affecting technology adoption, and ethics and data privacy issues requiring comprehensive regulatory frameworks. Thomas Kuhn, through his theory of scientific revolutions , argued that the development of science does not occur linearly and cumulatively, but rather through paradigm leaps triggered by internal crises in the scientific community and resolved through collective consensus. On the other hand, Ibn Rushd, as a representative of rationalist philosophers in the classical Islamic thought treasury, places reason and logic as universal epistemic foundations in revealing scientific truth, and firmly rejects the dominance of theological authority that hinders freedom of thought. This study reveals that although both come from different traditions and historical contexts, there is a common ground in the critical attitude towards intellectual stagnation and the drive to open up space for renewal of thought. However, epistemologically, both show sharp divergences: Kuhn is based on contextual paradigmatic relativism, while Ibn Rushd is rooted in transhistorical rational objectivism. Using a comparative-philosophical approach, this article concludes that a critical synthesis of the two views can enrich contemporary discourse on the foundations and direction of the development of science.

This study aims to identify and analyze the market segments of Android smartphone users among students at STMIK Royal. The data used in this research were collected from 122 student respondents. The study employs clustering using the K-means algorithm. The resulting data modeling will categorize market segments into several clusters. This segmentation yields three clusters: Cluster 1 (features), consisting of 36 respondents who prioritize price, battery, camera, and warranty; Cluster 2 (product), with 49 respondents who value all attributes except warranty; and Cluster 3 (superiority), comprising 37 respondents who prioritize camera, brand, and RAM.
