Abstract:Abrogation (abrogation) holds a central, vexed position in Islamic legal-theological hermeneutics. Classical uṣūl al-fiqh elaborated a technical theory of abrogation that attempted to mediate the diachronic process of revelation…
revelation and the demands of fixity of legal judgment (ḥukm). Tradition receipts that later scripture abrogates earlier scripture wherever actual, unavoidable contradiction is found, classically expressed as "al-nāsikh wa-l-mansūkh.". Pre-modern thinkers classified modes and cases of abrogation, inferred them from revelational phases, and counted suspected cases throughout the Qur'an and Sunna. Modern scholarship avoids both epistemic pretensions and hyperbolic earlier assertions of abrogation. The article tracks early meanings, introduces intratraditional caution that moderated abrogation, and evaluates recent re-analyses based on coherence theory, maqāṣid (purposes), historicization in context, and ethics. It argues that abrogation was included in pre-modern dogmatics as a component of a package of other hermeneutical strategies (specification, restriction, prioritization, suspension) and that available resources allow for a less ambitious, economy-of-means approach. A renovated dogma leaner, evidence-based, and syncretized with maqāṣid and semantics can ensure the normativity of revelation and make the law more attentive to modern moral concerns, such as gender justice, religious pluralism, and violence. The paper reaches its climax with the proposal of a "manifest conflict resolution" regime. where abrogation is held in reserve as a last resort and not the initial starting point and has ramification for legal rulings (fatwā), legal codification and education more widely.
Tahap hulu (the setup) diawali dengan rekayasa akuntansi melalui penyalahgunaan kapabilitas manajemen.
Abstract:The aviation sector is vital for improving national connections and influencing a nation's reputation. Garuda Indonesia is the national airline of Indonesia that faces the challenge of maintaining the corporate image amid…
d competition and rapid digital innovation. Social media, especially Instagram, has become an important medium to improve digital branding and interact with consumers. This study seeks to analyze the impact of brand performance, brand relationship, and brand personality on corporate image via Instagram as a digital branding platform. This research is using quantitative methodology with survey technique with purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis wasperformed on data of 142 Instagram followers of Garuda Indonesia. The findings indicate that brand performance, brand relationship, and brand personality exert positive and significant influences on corporate image, both individually and collectively. Brand personality was the most influential of these elements. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.583, which means that the model explains 58.3% of the variance in corporate image. Results show the relevance of integrating functional, emotional and symbolic dimensions in digital branding, with brand personality being a central factor in shaping corporate image.
Abstract:This study analyzes the financial condition of the Osseda Faolala Perempuan Nias Consumer Cooperative during the period January 2021–December 2024, focusing on the management of current assets, short-term liabilities, and…
and the repayment rate of member loans. Data were processed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression to assess the cooperative's financial balance and factors influencing business growth. The classical assumption test showed that the regression model met the feasibility criteria, both in terms of normality and autocorrelation, thus the analysis results were reliable. The t-test results proved that working capital had a positive and significant effect on cooperative business growth with a significance value <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.887) confirmed that 88.7% of the variation in business growth was explained by working capital management. This means that the more optimal the management of working capital—including current assets, short-term liabilities, and member loans—the higher the cooperative's chances of growth and development. In addition to strengthening the existing literature, this study is consistent with the findings of Winata et al. (2023) on manufacturing companies and Herawati (2023) on savings and loan cooperatives, both demonstrated the importance of working capital management to financial performance. However, these results differ from the research of Rezki Erdian et al. (2022) on the retail sector, which found that receivables had no significant effect on profitability. This difference indicates that the relevance of working capital is highly dependent on the institutional context. Overall, this study confirms that optimal working capital management is not merely an administrative issue, but a strategic factor determining cooperative business growth and improving welfare. member.
Abstract:This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work compliance and work motivation on the work results of apparatus at the Makassar Regional Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office. The background of this…
s study is based on the importance of improving the performance of the apparatus in providing effective, responsive, and quality public services. Work compliance is seen as the attitude of the apparatus in obeying applicable rules, procedures, discipline, and work standards, while work motivation reflects the motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness of the apparatus to complete tasks. The population in this study is all apparatus in the agency, with a sample of 59 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS software version 23.00. The results of the study show that work compliance has a positive and significant effect on the work results of the apparatus. This means that the higher the level of compliance of the apparatus with work rules and procedures, the better the work results achieved. Meanwhile, work encouragement has a positive but insignificant effect on the work results of the apparatus. These findings show that work motivation needs to be supported by a conducive work system, supervision, and organizational environment in order to be able to improve performance optimally. The implication is that agencies need to strengthen the culture of discipline and design a more targeted motivation strategy according to the needs of public service apparatus in a sustainable manner in the region

group is 252 people. The number of samples used was 71 people by using Slovin's sample theory. Data collection was carried out by using observation and questionnaire methods. Technical data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using statistics Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v.21. The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 5.451 + 0.697X1 + 0.052X2. Thus the results of this study found that The Word of Mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on decisions Consumer. The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) were 0.487 or 48.7%. This shows that the percentage influence of the independent variable amounting to 48.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 51.3% was influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. F count (32.327)> F table (3.128) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. So hypothesis that is accepted is H1 which means variable X (Organic WOM and Amplified WOM) simultaneously has a significant influence on variable Y (Consumer Decision). Meanwhile, the t test results explain the calculated t for variable X1 is (7.185) > t table (1.995) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and the accepted hypothesis is H2 which means variable Organic WOM partially has a significant influence on the variables Y (Consumer Decision). The results of the partial test for variable X2 explain that t count 0.0494 > 0.05. So H3 is rejected and the accepted hypothesis is H0 which means that the Amplified WOM variable partially has no influence significant to variable Y (Consumer Decision).
