dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 7 siswa kelas 6 di sebuah sekolah dasar. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah Project-Based Learning (PjBL). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik paired sample t-test dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa setelah menggunakan media wayang tulang rangka, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis wayang tulang rangka efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran sistem gerak manusia.

n jumlah pegunungan berapi mencapai 400 bahkan 100 diantaranya masuk kategori aktif. Dengan banyaknya jumlah pegunungan tersebut menjadikan Indonesia sebagai negara vulkanis yang sebagian besar masyarakatnya bekerja pada sektor pariwisata. Salah satunya adalah Gunung Rinjani yang berada di Pulau Lombok. Optimalisasi pemanfaatan gunung berapi sebagai objek wisata ini berpotensi besar untuk dikembangkan dikarenakan tingginya minat dalam mendaki hingga 75%. Berdasarkan data tahun 2023 dari April hingga Desember total pendaki mencapai 62.486 yang terdiri atas pendaki lokal maupun mancanegara. Masalah yang sering dialami pendaki adalah keadaan kesehatan. Pada tahun 2020 merupakan presentase kecelakaan terbesar hingga 0,093% dimana 0,012% disebabkan oleh kasus kesehatan ditambah juga permasalahan lainnya seperti rawan pendaki hilang atau tersesat dan sulitnya evakuasi oleh tim SAR. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, kami memiliki inovasi Smowatch yaitu jam pintar berbasis sistem lora (long range) terintegrasi iot sebagai teknologi navigasi dan explorer search and rescue di gunung Rinjani. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan merancang teknologi navigasi yang akan membantu pendaki ketika berada dalam keadaan darurat selama berada di Gunung Rinjani. The research method employed is a quantitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders at PTPN III and analyzing documents related to the depreciation policies and the company's tax planning strategies. The results of this research show that by incorporating the straight-line depreciation method (tax) into its fixed asset depreciation, with a total accumulated depreciation smaller than declining balance (tax), PTPN III has saved on taxes, thus achieving its tax planning objectives.

The test method uses the Valadity and Reliability test, Classical Assumption test, and Multiple Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows Version 25 program. The results of this study found that the variables of Taxpayes Awareness, Tax Sanctions, Tax Knowledge and Fiscus Services have a positive and significant effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in District Southeast Aceh. Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu laporan keuangan pada realisasi anggaran dan penerimaan pajak daerah Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan. Jenis Data yang digunakan berbentuk Deskriptif Kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah dikategorikan mampu karena daerah tersebut sudah mandiri dalam urusan otonomi daerah. Sedangkan untuk rasio efektivitas PAD pada tahun 2017 tergolong cukup efektif dan tahun 2018 tergolong kurang efektif yaitu sebesar 95,79% dan 78,50%, pada tahun 2019,2020, dan 2021 mengalami penurunan yaitu sebesar 69,56%, 68,05%, dan 54,76%, memiliki rata-rata rasio efektivitas sebesar 73,33% yang termasuk golongan tidak efektif. Untuk rasio pertumbuhan menggambarkan bahwa pemerintah daerah tidak dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan keberhasilan dari periode ke periode berikutnya

wards Muhammad Rudi's leadership as Mayor of Batam. The theory used in this study is the leadership theory of Path-Goal. The theory of Path-Goal has 4 indicators, namely steering leadership, supporting leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The research location is in the Batam area of Sekupang District by taking 7 villages, from Tiban Baru, Tiban Lama, Sungai Harapan, Tanjung Riau, Tanjung Pinggir, Patam Lestari, and Tiban Indah Villages. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents spread across 7 sub-districts. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula. Based on the results of research from the four indicators of directed leadership get a percentage value of 77.86% with the good category, supporting leadership gets a percentage value of 77.6% with the good category, participatory leadership gets a percentage value of 72.2% with the good category, and achievement-oriented leadership gets a percentage value of 78% with the good category. The conclusion of the four indicators consisting of 12 statements using the percentage formula that public perception produced for the assessment of the overall leadership indicators of Muhammad Rudi as Mayor of Batam is 95.52% is at the Likert scale interval of 81-100% with the very good category.

daches, embarrassment, and feeling afraid to socialize in social environments. Increasing students' understanding regarding bullying behavior can reduce bullying cases. Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.

The data collection technique uses a performance test in writing a book review. Based on the research results, at the pretest the average score obtained was 66.1 and at the posttest 90.31. The significant value obtained is greater than ttable, namely tcount > ttable, namely 80.7>1.68 and 80.7>2.41. This proves that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a significant influence from the use of the Group Investigation model on the ability to write book reviews in class.
