Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk menganalisis peran bahasa Tansidan budaya gotong royong dalam mempromosikan kohesi sosial. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Tansiberfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi yang menyatukan dan memperkuat identitas kolektif serta ikatan emosional antarwarga. Selain itu, budaya gotong royong memfasilitasi integrasi sosial yang inklusif dengan melibatkan semua kelompok etnis dalam kegiatan kolektif, sehingga meningkatkan rasa saling percaya dan menghargai. Keberhasilan Desa Sikalang dalam mencapai kerukunan sosial menjadi model bagi daerah lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa, menekankan pentingnya kearifan lokal dan pendekatan partisipatif dalam mengelola keragaman.

ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

to improve the understanding and skills of cooperative administrators in financial administration through a hybrid Pelatihan (online and offline). This program aligns with the government's "Red and White Cooperative" initiative, which promotes digitalization and professional cooperative governance. The Pelatihan was conducted using a participatory approach involving lecturers, students, and cooperative actors. Results showed an increase in participants' understanding of transaction recording, the preparation of simple financial reports, and the importance of transparency in cooperative fund management. Technical challenges in the hybrid implementation can be overcome with active mentoring and the use of appropriate digital platforms. The method used in this service is to educate elementary school students about affixes to improve their Indonesian language skills. The implementation adopted a participatory and collaborative approach, engaging participants particularly university students in ritual activities, Dharma discussions, and the practice of moral precepts (sīla). The selection of Muaro Jambi Temple also served as a strategy to revitalize the site’s function as a center for spiritual cultivation and cultural preservation. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the Dharma, adherence to moral precepts, and awareness of the importance of Buddhist cultural heritage. The program fostered the development of religious character and cultural identity, enhancing participants’ commitment to preserving the noble values of Buddhism within the local context. Furthermore, it opened opportunities for the development of history-based religious tourism. In conclusion, this PKM effectively integrates religious education, character building, and cultural preservation. Its sustainability requires multi-stakeholder support to ensure that the values, history, and spirituality of the Nusantara heritage are preserved authentically and meaningfully.

This study aims to assist Al Huda Plastic and Baking Supplies Store in Kebumen in preparing financial statements in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This topic was chosen due to the importance of accounting literacy in managing small businesses, as the understanding of MSME actors regarding accounting standards is still relatively low. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, utilizing observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that Al Huda Store has been recording its finances manually. However, these records do not yet cover the components of financial statements required by SAK EMKM, such as the income statement, statement of financial position, and notes to the financial statements. The preparation of financial statements based on these standards has been carried out and demonstrates more accurate and structured financial information. In conclusion, the implementation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM in MSMEs plays a very important role in increasing accountability and quality in business decision-making. The results of this study also provide practical examples that can be used as references and re-applied by other MSMEs with similar characteristics

This community service project aimed to educate students of SMPIT Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang on how to use Indonesian properly, accurately, and politely in digital communication. The method involved initial observation, development of a contextual learning module based on social media content, implementation of interactive training, and follow-up evaluation and mentoring. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ understanding of language norms and online communication ethics. Students became more aware in choosing appropriate diction, composing grammatically correct sentences, and maintaining polite interactions in social media posts and comments. Post-training mentoring also showed consistency in the students’ application of polite language in their digital interactions. This program demonstrates that language education integrated with digital literacy and character-building can shape ethical and productive communication behaviors among junior high school students. Such education is recommended to be continuously implemented as part of school literacy programs.
