Abstract: A complete medical record is a crucial part of healthcare delivery, serving as a communication tool between healthcare professionals, legal evidence, and the basis for evaluating and planning hospital services. The completeness… eteness of medical record documentation, particularly in the emergency department, is an indicator of service quality that requires serious attention. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The population was all 330 medical records of emergency patients diagnosed with hypertension. A sample of 199 files was drawn using a probability sampling technique using a simple random sampling approach. The results showed that completeness of identification reached 100%, authentication reached 176 documents (88.44%), recording reached 174 documents (84.44%), and reporting reached 159 documents (79.90%). It can be concluded that identification had the highest level of completeness, while reporting had the lowest level of completeness. Researchers suggest that hospitals increase outreach and supervision of medical staff, especially in emergency installations, regarding the importance of completeness and timeliness of filling out medical record documents.

Henny Pratiwi, Rasidah Sihombing
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the development strategy of cassava leaf-based animal feed ( Manihot utilissima ) in Sumberejo Village, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study uses a nonprobability sampling method… thod with a saturated sampling technique. With a total of 53 respondents consisting of 50 consumers, 1 business owner and 2 employees. This study uses primary and secondary data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine what factors influence the development strategy of cassava leaf animal feed and descriptive analysis to analyze the development strategy for the potential and opportunities of using cassava leaves as animal feed. This research method uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that cassava leaves have a high crude protein content, which is around 20-30%, and contain crude fiber, fat, and minerals that are beneficial for livestock growth. Multiple linear regression analysis in this study shows that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Among these factors, the economic aspect makes the largest contribution, making it the main factor influencing the dependent variable. Furthermore, social aspects and external support also play a significant role in determining the results. In addition, other factors such as technology, resources, and marketing and distribution also have a significant impact, although with a smaller influence compared to economic and social aspects. Thus, the regression model shows a positive relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, so that improvements in these aspects will increase the dependent variable, with the main priority on economic and social aspects.

Compliance is the degree to… which a person carries out health-related behavior, either taking medication, following diet therapy and changing lifestyle according to recommendations given by health workers. Diet or nutritional therapy is used to regulate the patient's food intake so that it remains fulfilled and does not result in an increase in blood sugar so that it is necessary to regulate the schedule, type and amount of food as nutrition. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Kabila Health Center work area. The design in this study is quantitative correlational. The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method with a total sample of 52 diabetes mellitus participants at the Kabila Health Center. The instrument used in the study used a questionnaire instrument with open questions about the variable health locus of control and compliance with the diet of patients with diabetes mellitus. Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in diabetes mellitus patients in the Kabila Health Center work area, with a significance value or p-value showing 0.000 (p <0.05). This is based on the alternative Fisher exact test because there are 3 cells with an expect count value <5.

THE EFFECT OF MICROMANAGE LEADERSHIP STYLE ON GENERATION Z WORKERS: SELF-EFFICACY AS A MEDIATION OF JOB SATISFACTION

Sinaga, Boy Andika
Abstract: In order to show how a micromanaged leadership style impacts job satisfaction among generation Z employees, this study used self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The study's sample and demographic were Riau Province's Generation… eneration Z workers, who were born between 1997 and 2012. The sample size consisted of 203 respondents using a non-probability sampling approach and a questionnaire survey for data collection. The study's conclusions were tested using SmartPLS 3. It featured an outside model, like a validity and reliability test, and an interior model, such a model fit test and a research hypothesis test. The results of the investigation demonstrated the validity and accuracy of each indicator. The hypothesis test results demonstrated that job satisfaction was positively and significantly impacted by self-efficacy, that self-efficacy was positively and significantly impacted by micromanaged leadership style, and that job satisfaction was not significantly impacted by leadership style. Indirect hypothesis testing using self-efficacy as a mediator between job satisfaction and the micromanaged leadership style produced positive and significant results. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between work happiness and micromanagement leadership style can be totally mediated by self-efficacy.

PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PEMADAM KEBAKARAN PADA SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA DAN PEMADAM KEBAKARAN KABUPATEN MERAUKE

Sumarwati, Syahrabudin Husein Enala, Aenal Fuad Adam
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees at the Police Pamong Praja and Fire Department of Merauke Regency. Work discipline is considered one of the factors that is expected… d to enhance employee performance, especially in carrying out operational tasks that require punctuality and responsibility. This study uses a quantitative method with a simple linear regression approach to test the effect of work discipline (independent variable) on employee performance (dependent variable). The sample used in this study consists of 40 respondents, who are employees of the Police Pamong Praja and Fire Department of Merauke Regency. The results of the study show that the t-value for work discipline (X) is 8.479, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.026. In addition, the significance value for work discipline (X) is 0.000, which is smaller than the probability value of 0.005. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Police Pamong Praja and Fire Department of Merauke Regency. These findings indicate that the better the work discipline of employees, the higher the performance produced. This study provides important contributions in understanding how work discipline can play a role in improving employee performance in government institutions, particularly in the fire department sector.
