These factors directly influence team capability as a mediating variable, which in turn affects employee performance as the dependent variable. The research was conducted through a survey of 146 respondents from the Digital Business and Technology Division of PT Telkom Indonesia. The findings are expected to provide strategic insights for optimizing the use of project management tools to enhance employee performance, ensuring that their implementation aligns with team characteristics, organizational culture, and technical readiness.

Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam, Iqbal proposed a way out of this stagnation by revitalizing the Islamic intellectual heritage while engaging in a critical dialogue with modernity. This study aims to examine the key concepts of Iqbal's project, including his critique of Greek philosophy, his dynamic view of ijtihad (legal reasoning), his theory of the "Khudi" (Self), his dynamic concept of God and the universe, and his vision of spiritual democracy. Using a qualitative approach with philosophical-hermeneutic analysis, this research concludes that while Iqbal's thought has been widely appreciated as a revitalizing force for Islamic intellectualism, it has also faced criticism concerning its practical implementation and philosophical consistency. The study finds that Iqbal's ideas remain profoundly relevant today, particularly in navigating the challenges of modernity without sacrificing Islamic identity.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the driving school project, Parents' Employment, and Family Environment, on the Entrepreneurial Interest of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang students. This research uses a quantitative research design with a linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between variables X1, X2, and X3 based on the well-being of students in the Jombang schools. The results showed that 1) the driving school project variable did not affect the entrepreneurial interest of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang students. 2) The variable of parents' occupation affects the entrepreneurial interest of students of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang. 3) Family environment variables affect the entrepreneurial interest of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang students. 4) The variables of driving school projects, parents' work, and the family environment simultaneously and positively affect the variable of entrepreneurial interest of students of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang. curriculum, resulting in low student achievement in mathematics, particularly in the topic of algebraic function limits. This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of a Mathematics Learning Module developed using the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) Model for the topic of Algebraic Function Limits for Grade XI students at MA Al-Junaidiyah. The research follows the Research and Development (R&D) methodology with the ADDIE development model comprising five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Module validation involved experts in content, media, and language. The trial was conducted with 23 students of class XI-2. Two validators were assigned for each area. Results showed that the module achieved an overall validity score of 84.29%, categorized as valid. Its practicality reached 89.75%, categorized as practical. Student learning effectiveness reached 47%, showing the module is effective in improving learning outcomes. Therefore, the module is deemed feasible, engaging, and beneficial for enhancing student achievement.

This study employed a qualitative case study methodology, using interviews and document analyses of social studies educators in Jakarta. The results showed that Teachers' successful use of Trello was hindered by inadequate knowledge, poor digital infrastructure, and difficulties integrating it into the curriculum. Still, teachers stayed open to the adjustments given direction and assistance. This study proposes enhancing teachers' digital literacy and offering continuous training as a preliminary measure to optimize the use of Trello in social studies education in junior high schools.

Through a nethnography approach, this study examines the comments of netizens in response to the issue, revealing various expressions of digital politics, social identity, and criticism of public policy. Using the Public Sphere theory, and media equation theory, this study highlights the dynamics of interaction between satirical media, public opinion, and digital political participation. he results of the study indicate that netizens' comments serve not only as a means of political expression but also as a reflection of collective negotiation and public discourse surrounding IKN policies. The findings indicate three predominant patterns in netizens' opinions. The first is a rejection of the IKN project, encompassing controversies over its development, concerns regarding its potential impacts, and widespread public skepticism. Second, the perspective of governance and leadership, including the management of the capital city and the political situation of Indonesia. and the third development project of the capital city is considered good which includes community support. This research contributes to a new understanding of digital political literacy and the importance of social media platforms in shaping contemporary political discourse. The novelty of this research lies in the use of nethnography to examine public responses in the context of satirical media, which is rarely the focus of political communication studies.

Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik paired sample t-test dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa setelah menggunakan media wayang tulang rangka, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis wayang tulang rangka efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran sistem gerak manusia.

The data collection method used consisted of interview and documentation methods. Primary data used in the form of interviews. While the secondary data used are the financial statements of CV. XYZ in 2017 and a list of fixed assets of CV. XYZ in 2017. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the preparation of the final project show that the accounting treatment of fixed assets at CV. XYZ is in accordance with PSAK No. 16. CV. XYZ continues to be guided by PSAK No. 16 regarding fixed assets and continues to follow developments so that the financial statements produced remain reliable with accounting guidelines generally accepted.
