Bobihu, Hazrah, Olii, Rahmat, paputungan, frezy
Abstract: Efforts to improve the quality of human resources are carried out through learning activities. The learning that is expected is learning that can explore self-potential so that quality improvement can be realized. In learning… rning there are learning models and methods. In this study, the learning carried out applies the direct learning model and the Kumon method. This descriptive study aims to describe the management of learning carried out by teachers in implementing direct learning models with the Kumon method, student activities during the learning process, student learning outcomes after the learning is implemented and student responses to learning and carried out at SMAN-1 Krian with the subjects of the study being students of class XI IPA 6 and mathematics teachers of class XI IPA 6. The results of the study are that the management of learning carried out by teachers is included in the good criteria, namely with a score of 3.03, student activities that are desired during the learning process other than irrelevant activities appear with a percentage of 90.09% with the dominant activity being listening / paying attention to the teacher's explanation, student learning outcomes in this study are out of 34 students, 31 students completed and 3 students did not complete. Classically, students completed with a percentage of 91.18%, the students' response to this learning was positive, namely out of 34 students, 75% expressed a positive response to the learning.

Balu, Fauzan, Olii, Rahmat, Paputungan, Frezy
Abstract: This research is a quasi-experimental study conducted to improve students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, one of which is through the use of the Self-Directed Learning (SDL) instructional model. The objectives of… f this study are to determine (a) the learning process using the Self-Directed Learning model; (b) the difference in improvement of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities between those using the Self-Directed Learning model and those receiving conventional (expository) instruction; and (c) students' attitudes toward mathematics learning using the Self-Directed Learning model. Data were collected using research instruments including tests in the form of mathematical problem-solving ability questions and non-tests such as student response questionnaires toward learning using the Self-Directed Learning model. This study was conducted at MAN 1 Gorontalo, with class X IPA-1 as the experimental class and class X IPA-2 as the control class, focusing on vector material. Based on the research results and n-gain data analysis, it was found that: (a) the description of the teacher and student learning process on quadrilateral vector material using the Self-Directed Learning model falls into the good category; (b) the improvement in mathematical problem-solving ability of students who received learning with the Self-Directed Learning model showed a moderate increase. Meanwhile, the improvement in mathematical problem-solving ability of students who received conventional learning showed a low increase. Therefore, there is a difference in the improvement of mathematical problem-solving ability between students using the Self-Directed Learning model and those using conventional learning; (c) most students who received learning using the Self-Directed Learning model responded positively to mathematics learning using this model.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest among students at Lingga Buana PGRI University Sukabumi. Entrepreneurship is a key driver of economic growth and job creation,… tion, thus higher education institutions need to optimize entrepreneurship education to foster students' entrepreneurial interest. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and correlational design. The population consists of students who have taken entrepreneurship courses, with a sample of 300 respondents selected using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument is a structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 software. The results show that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interest with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.721 and coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.520. This means that 52% of the variation in entrepreneurial interest can be explained by entrepreneurship education. Descriptively, entrepreneurship education received a "Good" rating (mean = 3.78) and students' entrepreneurial interest was in the "High" category (mean = 3.92). This research provides an important contribution to developing more effective entrepreneurship education strategies in higher education institutions.

MENELISIK ADAB DALAM IBADAH: DIMENSI SPIRITUAL DAN ETIKA DALAM THAHARAH, SHALAT, ZAKAT, PUASA, DAN HAJI

Manzilah Syahidaturrahma, Amna Mauliza, Siti Masyithoh
Abstract: Worship in Islam is not merely the performance of rituals, but also reflects ethical and spiritual values embodied through etiquette. Without etiquette, worship can lose its inner meaning and fail to bring about spiritual… l and social transformation. Etiquette is a reflection of a deep understanding of the purpose of worship and a servant's closeness to his Lord. It balances the physical and spiritual dimensions, as well as the formal and substantial aspects of every religious practice. This article aims to examine in depth the role of etiquette in perfecting the performance of the five main acts of worship in Islam, namely thaharah, prayer, zakat, fasting, and hajj. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method based on literature review. Data sources include the Qur'an and Hadith of the Prophet SAW, classical literature such as Riyadhus Shalihin and Ihya Ulumuddin, as well as contemporary references such as Tafsir Al-Azhar and scientific studies published in 2020 and beyond. The findings reveal that etiquette plays a crucial role in all forms of worship: purity reinforces both physical and spiritual cleanliness, prayer cultivates spiritual devotion and discipline, zakat instills social awareness and empathy, fasting trains patience and self-control, while the pilgrimage teaches orderliness, humility, and tolerance within the framework of global Islamic interaction. Adab is not merely etiquette but the essence that gives worship meaning and broad impact. Adab also serves as a tool for self-transformation toward becoming an outstanding Muslim in moral, spiritual, and social aspects in the modern era.
