Demikian juga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pango Raya Kota Banda Aceh kejadian penyakit diare yang menyerang balita juga cukup banyak sehingga peneliti ingin mengetahui keterkaitan sanitasi dengan penyakit diare pada balita. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2023. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 22 balita. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian diare pada anak usia 1-4 tahun dengan p value = 0,000, pada hubungan status gizi terdapat hubungan dengan p value =0,026, pada pemberian ASI ekslusif terdapat hubungan denga nilai p value =0,013, dan pada pengolahan makanan dan minuman terdapat hubungan dengan nilai p value = 0,000.

BSPS recipients must meet several criteria, such as income, house ownership status, house size, floor type, wall type, roof type, and water source. To address issues based on these criteria, Data Mining techniques using the Naive Bayes method were employed. This study utilized a dataset of BSPS recipients in Air Genting Village, Air Batu Sub-district, comprising 88 samples. The classification results from applying Naive Bayes yielded a precision value of 84%, a recall value of 81%, an F1-score of 82%, and an accuracy of 81%. The objective of this research is to facilitate the classification of eligible and rightful recipients of government assistance in the form of BSPS. lationship between the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages and the incidence of overweight among adolescents at SMP Negeri 28 Surabaya. This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 164 respondents were selected using proportional random sampling. Data on sugar-sweetened beverage consumption were collected using a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), while nutritional status was assessed using Body Mass Index-for-Age (BMI-for-Age). Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results showed a significant association between the consumption of sweetened tea (p = 0.023) and carbonated soft drinks (p = 0.000) with overweight, whereas the consumption of coffee, bubble tea, sweetened milk, isotonic drinks, syrup, and yogurt was not significantly associated with overweight (p > 0.05). It can be concluded that frequent consumption of sweetened tea and carbonated soft drinks is associated with an increased risk of overweight among adolescents. Therefore, nutrition education and limiting the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages are recommended as preventive strategies to reduce overweight among adolescents.

The results of this study illustrate that the effectiveness of the work of village officials in improving services in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency in the implementation of services has not been carried out effectively. This happens because there is still a lack of government responsibility, especially village officials in providing good services to the community. The lack of initiative of the village officials to adapt to the community environment and also the lack of village office facilities so that all activities do not run well and efficiently. For the Yanggandur village apparatus to be able to improve the quality of service, meet the needs of the community well and also build relationships with a more participatory approach with the community so that the services provided will produce good results.

The differences and uniqueness of the church demand leaders to implement suitable leadership styles, such as democracy, to support the potential of each member. From this research, it can be observed that effective leadership management in the church plays a crucial role in achieving spiritual and organizational objectives. However, the relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD remains inconsistent, particularly in populations exposed to high environmental risk factors. This study aimed to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD hospitalized at RSUD dr. Suhatman MARS Dumai, Kota Dumai. This research employed an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach involving 73 patients selected through total sampling based on medical record data. Bivariate analysis using the Spearman correlation test showed no significant relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation (r = 0.098; p = 0.412), indicating a very weak and statistically insignificant correlation. The study concluded that hemoglobin levels do not directly influence the oxygenation status of patients with acute exacerbation COPD, where impaired oxygenation is more strongly affected by respiratory factors such as ventilation-perfusion imbalance and structural lung damage. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence demonstrating the limited role of hemoglobin as a predictor of oxygenation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD within a population with specific environmental characteristics, thereby providing a basis for developing more comprehensive clinical approaches in monitoring and managing COPD patients.
