. The World Health Organization in 2021 stated that the prevalence of schizophrenia in the world increased to 26 million people. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where a person experiences changes or disturbances in sensory perception involving the five senses. The most common hallucination is auditory hallucination. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done in patients with auditory hallucination is Murottal Therapy. Murottal therapy is a therapy by reading or listening to Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the nursing process regarding the application of murottal therapy as an effort to control auditory hallucination. The research method used is a case study with the target of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations at Banyumas Hospital. After Murottal Therapy for 6 days, the results showed that the patient could control his hallucinations as evidenced by the Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale score which decreased, score of 22 on the first day and a score of 10 on the sixth day. Therefore, it can be concluded that Murottal Therapy Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1-78 which is performed once a day for 6 days with a duration of 16 minutes, has proven effective for controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.

Based on a pre-survey at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih, it was found that more than half of the elderly experienced hypertension due to a lack of elderly knowledge about hypertension. This community service activity aims to educate the elderly about hypertension and invite the elderly to have a good lifestyle. This activity was carried out at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih attended by 27 participants. The PKM method is carried out by checking the blood pressure of the elderly using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Screening of PKM participants is elderly people with a minimum age of 60 years who can hear and see. The provision of education is carried out by lecture method using power points containing the definition of hypertension and elderly causative factors and ways to prevent hypertension, then a question and answer session is held. Data collection on the level of knowledge was carried out using pre-education and post-education questionnaires. The results of this activity show an increase in knowledge in the elderly after providing education for 3 meetings.

The results showed the average post-test score (mean = 7.60; SD = 1.02) increased almost twice as much as the pre-test average score (mean = 4.58; SD = 1.26). The implications of this training can be applied by teachers to process data, for example, student scores into tables or graphs, so errors are easier to detect. This information can be used to determine decisions, for example, whether a student passes a course or not.

were as many as 918 findings of diarrhea in toddlers at Gang Sehat Health Center. Mother's factor also affects the occurrence of diarrhea in toddlers. Knowledge is one of the factors causing the high mortality rate due to diarrhea. The importance of maternal knowledge and attitudes in handling diarrheal diseases needs to be discussed because diarrhea that is delayed or improperly handled can cause pain and adverse effects on children, namely infant mortality. Objective: To determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge and attitudes about diarrhea management and the classification of diarrhea in toddlers at the Gang Sehat Health Center. Methods: This study used the accidental sampling method with bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. Results: The Chi Square test resulted in a value of 0.934, meaning that the P value > 0.05 indicates that there is no relationship between maternal knowledge and diarrhea classification in toddlers. With the results of the value of 0.443, meaning that the P value > 0.05, there is no relationship between the mother's attitude and diarrhea classification about diarrhea management in toddlers. -Dimer. Salah satu pemeriksaan laboratorium yang digunakan untuk memastikan apakah seseorang terinfeksi penyakit Covid-19 adalah pemeriksaan SARS-CoV2 RNA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemeriksaan SARS-CoV2 RNA dengan kadar D-Dimer pada pasien yang didiagnosa Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel adalah 30 data sekunder pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan D-Dimer dan SARS-CoV2 RNA atau pun pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan D-Dimer dengan data rekam medis SARS- CoV2 RNA yang didiagnosa Covid-19 periode Januari 2021 sampai Juli 2022. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan responden dengan hasil SARS-CoV2 RNA terdeteksi sebanyak 25 (83,3%) dan tidak terdeteksi sebanyak 5 (16,7%). Kadar D-Dimer normal sebanyak 7 (23,3%) dan abnormal 23 (76,7%). Hasil uji Chi Square penelitian ini tidak ada hubungan antara pemeriksaan SARS-CoV2 RNA dengan D- Dimer pada pasien yang didiagnosa Covid-19 dengan nila Asymp. Sig 0,334. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kadar D-Dimer pada pasien yang didiagnosa Covid-19 dengan hasil SAR-CoV2 RNA terdeteksi tergantung dari tingkat derajat keparahan penyakit.

Participants in this activity were attended by MSME owners and staff. The participants who attended were 10 (ten) people. The service was carried out through the provision of socialization and counseling materials to business actors related to tax administration sanctions. The methods applied included lectures, practices, discussions, and questions and answers. The evaluation showed an increase in knowledge and understanding of MSME actors on tax administration after participating in this program. Participants showed great enthusiasm during the activity, as seen from active participation in question and answer sessions, discussions, and consultations. This shows that the program successfully attracted their interest and resulted in productive interactions between the resource persons and the participants. The output of this activity is expected to improve MSME tax literacy and create better awareness and compliance with tax regulations, thereby reducing the risk of tax administration sanctions and promoting sustainable growth of MSMEs.

The findings indicate that the application of information technology in MIS has had a positive impact on the financial decision-making process, including increased data accessibility, faster and more accurate analysis, and a better understanding of the organization's financial conditions. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of investing in adequate information technology infrastructure and developing competent human resources in managing management information systems. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method. The results and discussion in this research are that handling crime cases in the field of information and electronic transactions is a responsibility that has been established for investigators, especially cyber patrols, to investigate and uncover these crimes. The investigation process has a very important and strategic role in determining the success of criminal law enforcement. The quality of a good investigation greatly determines the possibility of success in the prosecution process and makes it easier to reveal material truths during the trial. This describes the lack of public awareness and concern regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. The aim of this community service activity is firstly to provide knowledge of non-traditional threats, especially human security issue to residents of RT 03 RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Second, increase citizens' insight into Islamic conceptions of environmental cleanliness, and third, grow and increase citizens' awareness and concern in solving waste problems. Service activities start from the observation stage, carrying out counseling, recruiting volunteers, and monitoring. The result of this service activity is that residents' knowledge about the threat of environmental damage and good waste management techniques has increased. The increase in knowledge can be seen in the questionnaire results which reached 83%. Apart from that, residents' awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness is also starting to be seen from implementing the 4R concept in daily life and the formation of environmental care movement by carrying out routine mutual cooperation actions and monitoring the environment.
