In managing current financial flows, DKM Masjid Al Ashlah Kopo Bandung still uses conventional manual recording methods. Such a system raises problems, including documentation of donors, calculations of zakat to be paid by congregations that are not in accordance with procedures. This makes the management and recording of cash flows less effective and efficient and also makes the management of the Bendahara DKM limited. SiKeMas is a system that has the goal of providing convenience in facilitating various DKM needs in managing financial flows, as well as informing DKM about the management of financial flow data. The research method used is the Object Oriented approach with various tools the design uses the UML. The system development is carried out using the prototype method. The results of this research are an application based on Desktop Client-Server with JAVA NetBeans IDE 7 and MySQL DBMS.

Arus keuangan merupakan sarana arus kas dalam suatu periode yang berkaitan dengan tanggung jawab manajemen perusahaan atau instansi dalam mengelola kas baik yang berasal dari kegiatan operasional, pendanaan maupun investasi. Dalam mengelola aliran keuangan saat ini, DKM Masjid Al Ashlah Kopo Bandung masih menggunakan metode pencatatan manual yang konvensional. Sistem seperti itu menimbulkan masalah, antara lain dokumentasi donatur, perhitungan zakat yang harus dibayarkan jamaah tidak sesuai prosedur. Hal ini membuat pengelolaan dan pencatatan arus kas menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien serta membuat pengelolaan DKM Bendahara menjadi terbatas. SiKeMas merupakan sistem yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam memfasilitasi berbagai kebutuhan DKM dalam mengelola aliran keuangan, serta menginformasikan kepada DKM tentang pengelolaan data aliran keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Object Oriented dengan berbagai tools perancangan menggunakan UML. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis Desktop Client-Server dengan JAVA NetBeans IDE 7 dan MySQL DBMS.

Mitra Sejahtera is a beauty business venture that sells brand products such as, wardah, emina, implora, garnier, etc. One of the efforts in improving services is by applying the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and implementing Up-Selling and Cross-Selling strategies. The goal achieved in this stage is the operability of the results of the system design that has been made. With this CRM design and Up-Selling and Cross-Selling strategy, it can increase sales in meeting customer needs. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat terutama internet. Internet memberikan kontribusi yang sangat membantu dalam bidang bisnis. Persaingan bisnis yang ketat dan pesatnya pertumbuhan teknologi informasi memudahkan pelanggan untuk beralih ke toko lain. Mitra Sejahtera belum menerapkan layanan yang memudahkan pelanggan untuk membeli barang dengan mudah dan masih menggunakan layanan secara manual, data laporan penjualan masih digunakan dalam buku besar sehingga tidak efisien untuk melakukan pencatatan yang tertata rapi, pelanggan harus datang langsung ke toko untuk mengetahui produk apa yang dijual maka pelanggan tidak mengetahui diskon terbaru dan produk yang dijual di toko. Mitra Sejahtera adalah usaha bisnis kecantikan yang menjual produk brand seperti, wardah, emina, implora, garnier, dll. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pelayanan adalah dengan menerapkan konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan menerapkan strategi Up-Selling dan Cross-Selling. Tujuan yang dicapai pada tahap ini adalah operabilitas hasil desain sistem yang telah dibuat. Gestures can define as physical movements of the hands, arms, or body as expressive messages, besides that this hand gesture system can explain the contents of commands that have meaning. In this research, a virtual mouse system will be developed using hand gesture recognition based on the hand landmark model for pointing devices. The resulting application can be run on a desktop device using a webcam. The results of the tests carried out to analyze the implementation of the hand landmark model into the system show that the average system accuracy reaches 96% and the speed reaches 0.05 seconds.

Abstract: Teknologi semakin pesat dan sudah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan manusia yang harus dimiliki untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Perkembangan piranti masukan tanpa sentuhan atau hand gesture recognition menggunakan kamera adalah salah satu bentuk dari machine learning. Gestur mampu mendefinisikan sebagai gerakan fisik dari tangan, lengan, maupun badan sebagai pesan yang ekspresif, selain itu sistem gestur tangan ini mampu menjelaskan isi perintah yang memiliki arti. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikembangkan sebuah sistem virtual mouse menggunakan hand gesture recognition berbasis hand landmark model untuk pointing device. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan dapat dijalankan pada perangkat desktop dengan menggunakan webcam. Hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan untuk menganalisa penerapan hand landmark model kedalam sistem menunjukkan rata-rata akurasi sistem mencapai 96% dan kecepatan mencapai 0.05 second.

The Population and Civil Registration Office of Kubu Raya Regency utilizes IT in carrying out public service activities using the SIPEMUDA Application. An information system audit is needed to improve system performance. In this study, using the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) to determine whether the organization's needs have been supported by management and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management to determine suggestions for improvement. Capability level assessment in this study using COBIT Performance Management. The results of the capability assessment are that there are 6 processes reaching level 1, 33 processes reaching level 2, 28 processes reaching level 3, 18 processes reaching level 4, 7 processes reaching level 5 while the level that does not meet the capabilities is 19 processes. Furthermore, the results of process recommendations that do not meet the capabilities are prioritized using the Action Priority Matrix.

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan TI dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, mendorong kemudahan dalam pelayanan publik dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau dan efisiensi kinerja. Tata kelola TI yang mencakup kepemimpinan, struktur organisasi, dan proses, dalam pengelolaannya untuk memastikan bahwa TI dimanfaatkan seoptimal mungkin memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi saat ini dan yang akan datang. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kubu Raya memanfaatkan TI dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan publik menggunakan Aplikasi SIPEMUDA. Audit sistem informasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) menentukan apakah kebutuhan organisasi sudah didukung oleh pengelolaan serta Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management untuk menentukan saran perbaikan. Penilaian level kapabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT Performance Management. Hasil penilaian kapabilitas yaitu terdapat 6 proses mencapai level 1, 33 proses mencapai level 2, 28 proses mencapai level 3, 18 proses mencapai level 4, 7 proses mencapai level 5 sedangkan level yang tidak memenuhi kapabilitas yaitu 19 proses untuk diberikan rekomendasi. There were several complaints that were felt by users, namely that there was information on the option selection feature in the moving certificate service which was difficult to understand and when resetting an account they were required to come directly to the Kediri Regency Dispendukcapil office. Despite these problems, people still use SAHAJA ONLINE in submitting population documents. With the conditions in the field, it certainly affects the acceptance of SAHAJA ONLINE. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors affect the acceptance of the SAHAJA ONLINE application at the Kediri Regency Civil and Civil Registration Office using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The sample in this study were 365 SAHAJA ONLINE users. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.3.9. Based on the research results of the 10 hypotheses proposed, there are 9 accepted hypotheses. So that Information Quality, Complexity, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Actual Usage are acceptance factors of SAHAJA ONLINE.

Abstrak: Salah satu contoh penerapan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan publik yaitu penggunaan SAHAJA ONLINE. SAHAJA ONLINE adalah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang fungsinya untuk kebutuhan layanan dokumen kependudukan Kabupaten Kediri dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengurus dokumen kependudukan dan mengurai antrian di kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Ditemukan beberapa keluhan yang dirasakan oleh para pengguna yaitu terdapat informasi pada fitur pemilihan opsi dalam layanan surat keterangan pindah yang sulit dimengerti dan saat melakukan reset akun yang diharuskan datang langsung ke kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Meskipun terdapat permasalahan tersebut, masyarakat masih tetap menggunakan SAHAJA ONLINE dalam melakukan pengajuan dokumen kependudukan. Dengan adanya kondisi dilapangan tersebut tentunya berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan SAHAJA ONLINE. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi SAHAJA ONLINE Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 365 pengguna SAHAJA ONLINE. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.3.9. One example of its development in this millennial era is the development of data processing tools in the form of a repository system. The repository is a storage-based service that offers digital materials in various formats managed by certain parties to its users. UPT.PTPH North Sumatra Province is a government agency engaged in the plant and horticulture sector that does not yet have a computerized information system. To obtain related information, workers or staff must manually search for the desired data. The prototyping model used in the design proved to be adaptive in dealing with change. The results of the study reveal that a multi-platform-based financial statement repository system in the form of websites and Android applications can speed up the report processing process, provide valid financial data and a more transparent and structured data management process.

Abstrak: Peran teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi merupakan dua bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Keduanya berkembang atas respon urgensi manusia, yang kemudian memiliki pengaruh dan implikasi yang cukup krusial pada zaman ini. Perkembangan keduanya yang cepat dan variatif, mengikuti dari aspek peningkatan kebutuhan manusia terhadap informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Salah satu contoh dari perkembangannya pada zaman millenial ini adalah berkembangnya alat bantu pengolahan data berupa sistem repository. Repository adalah sebuah fasilitas storage-based service yang menawarkan bahan digital dalam berbagai format yang dikelola oleh pihak tertentu kepada kalangan penggunanya. UPT.PTPH Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak di sektor tanaman dan hortikultura yang belum memiliki sistem informasi terkomputerisasi. Untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait, para pekerja ataupun staff harus secara manual mencari data yang diinginkan. Prototyping model yang digunakan dalam perancangan terbukti adaptif dalam menangani perubahan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa sistem repository financial statement berbasis multi platform berupa website dan aplikasi andoid dapat mempercepat proses pengerjaan laporan, memberikan data keuangan yang valid serta proses pengelolaan data yang lebih transparan dan terstruktur.

Abstrak: Memilih makanan yang tepat untuk dikonsumsi oleh bayi bukanlah hal yang mudah. Usia 0 sampai 5 tahun merupakan masa-masa emas bagi bayi dalam tumbuh kembangnya, baik fisik maupun kecerdasan. Salah memilih makanan yang tidak sesuai kebutuhan dapat menyebabkan resiko obesitas, sedangkan makanan yang tidak memenuhi angka kecukupan gizi bayi juga dapat menyebabkan stunting. Sistem cerdas yang diambil dari pengetahuan para pakar gizi bayi dapat dijadikan solusi pendamping orang tua dalam memilih menu makanan yang tepat bagi bayi di masa tumbuh kembangnya. Fuzzy Tsukamoto dapat digunakan untuk mengelompokkan bayi berdasarkan usia dan berat badan, untuk memutuskan makanan mana yang cocok dikonsumsi oleh bayi tersebut, berdasarkan tabel angka kecukupan gizi yang telah disusun oleh kementrian kesehatan sebagai panduan pemberian nutrisi yang sesuai. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan sistem yang mampu membantu orang tua dalam memilih menu makanan yang sesuai bagi bayi sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya stunting.

E-grocery provides a variety of services, delivery services, and ease of use of applications to users. The design of the E-Grocery system significantly provides several operational advantages such as making data processing easier to trace and building personal relationships with customers and couriers so that they become closer. This is the company's competitiveness in selling their daily needs. This research aims to provide benefits to the community, sellers, and couriers to make it easier to shop for daily necessities such as fruits, vegetables, and other necessities, and also to help reduce the unemployment rate of the community by becoming a courier for delivery orders. The design of the E-Grocery system uses the agile method, with the software modeling language using UML. The result of this research is the E-grocery application, an android-based mobile application. With the e-grocery application, sales have been digitized to facilitate the distribution of daily goods to busy working people.

Kota Batam sendiri, khususnya daerah Tiban, mayoritas masyarakatnya adalah pekerja, dengan kesibukan dari pagi sampai sore bahkan tak jarang hingga malam hari, membuat masyarakat memiliki sedikit waktu untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari – hari ke pasar. Saat ini, E-grocery mulai banyak bermunculan memungkinkan orang-orang untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-sehari secara online. E-grocery menyediakan berbagai macam pelayanan, layanan pesan antar, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi kepada pengguna. Perancangan sistem E-Grocery secara signifikan memberikan sejumlah kelebihan operasional seperti pemrosesan data menjadi lebih mudah ditelusuri, dapat membangun hubungan personal dengan pelanggan dan kurir sehingga menjadi lebih dekat. Hal ini merupakan daya saing perusahaan dalam menjual kebutuhan sehari – hari mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberi kemanfaatan kepada masyarakat, penjual dan kurir untuk mempermudah dalam berbelanja kebutuhan sehari - hari seperti buah - buahan, sayur mayur, serta kebutuhan lainnya, juga membantu mengurangi tingkat pengangguran masyarakat dengan menjadi kurir pengantaran pesanan. Perancangan sistem E-Grocery menggunakan metode agile, dengan bahasa pemodelan perangkat lunak menggunakan UML. Dalam perancangan sistem menggunakan metode peramalan DoubIe Moving Average (DMA) untuk proses pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan jumlah stok produk elekronik yang akan dijual untuk buIan berikutnya. Aplikasi Peramalan ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman visualbasic net 2010 dengan database microsoft office acces. Dari pembuatan sistem dapat dihasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengendalikan permintaan yang optimal dan ekonomis dan dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi serta dapat memprediksi jumlah permintaan produk elekronik pada periode yang akan datang di Toko Elektronik Santi sehingga hasil prakiraan peramalan tersebut dapat membantu usaha dagang agar tidak terjadi kehabisan stok permintaan produk elektronik pada Toko Elektronik Santi.

hat occurs in the 35,000 department store is the difficulty of predicting the number of clothing sales, resulting in an accumulation of goods. The method used in this study is the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) forecasting method. The purpose of this study is to apply the Weighted Moving Average method to the forecasting system in determining clothing sales at 35,000 convenience stores. The results of the application of the Weighted Moving Average method to predict clothing sales that have been made, then get the prediction results for June 2022 using 3 weights totaling 203 Pcs with an error accuracy of 33.40% and prediction results for June 2022 using 6 weights totaling 220 Pcs with accuracy 34.31% error. The conclusion is that the Weighted Moving Average method can accurately predict clothing sales at 35,000 department stores.

Abstrak: Toko serba 35.000 adalah usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan baju yang beralamat di jalan Sisingamangaraja. Baju merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia untuk melindungi, dan mempercantik diri. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada toko serba 35.000 adalah Sulitnya memprediksi jumlah penjualan baju, sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya penumpukkan barang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode peramalan Weighted Moving Average (WMA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan metode Weighted Moving Average pada sistem peramalan dalam menentukan penjualan baju pada toko serba 35.000. Hasil penerapan metode Weighted Moving Average untuk memprediksi penjualan baju yang telah dilakukan, maka mendapatkan hasil prediksi bulan juni 2022 dengan menggunakan 3 bobot berjumlah 203 Pcs dengan akurasi kesalahan 33,40% dan hasil prediksi bulan juni 2022 dengan menggunakan 6 bobot berjumlah 220 Pcs dengan akurasi kesalahan 34,31%. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa metode Weighted Moving Average dapat memprediksi penjualan baju pada toko serba 35.000 dengan akurat.
