rue experiment design method. The sample in this study was 14 female athletes. The instrument in this study was a 10-second sickle kick speed test with 3 trials and the best value was taken. Data analysis and testing of the research hypothesis used the t-test analysis technique (t-test) with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after athletes followed a training program using rubber weights with an average value of 13.71 in the pre-test and increased by 6.72 or 7% to 20.43 in the post-test. The statistical results showed that the sig-2 tailed value was 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (2) there is an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after the athlete follows a training program without rubber weights with an average value of 13.43 in the pre-test increasing by 5% to 18.43 in the post-test. With statistical results showing that the sig-2 tailed value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (3) there is an increase in kick speed between training using rubber weights and without weights with a sig-2 tailed value of 0.013 ≤ 0.05. It can be concluded that training using rubber weights is more effective in increasing the speed of the sickle kick compared to training without rubber weights in the Pen-cak Silat PSHT Ranting Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan.

Primary data were collected using questionnaires on nurses’ characteristics, knowledge, attitude, motivation, and head nurse supervision. Data analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test. The results showed a significant relationship between head nurse supervision (p = 0.027) and nurses' compliance in documenting nursing care in EMRs. The study concludes that there is a relationship between head nurse supervision and nurses’ compliance in nursing care documentation within EMRs. Nurses who receive regular supervision tend to have higher compliance in documentation compared to those who are not supervised by the head nurse.

The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the procedures and special requirements in submitting a contentious determination of heirs, to explain the evidence of the applicants against the heirs, and to explain the efforts made to overcome obstacles in determining heirs contentiously. This research is an empirical legal research, data is obtained directly through interviews and literature reviews. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that there are still many heirs who submit the determination of heirs voluntarily with a lack of parties and result in their decisions being declared unacceptable, but in terms of contention there are still many heirs, judges and lawyers who do not know that there are provisions in the Circular of the Supreme Court (SEMA) Number 5 of 2021- Formulation of the Law of the Religious Chamber-2.b there are special procedures and requirements and proof in the submission as well as obstacles and efforts that must be made in the application for determination of heirs contentiously which is different from voluntary. Therefore, the Qur'an explains what tolerance really is in Islamic teachings. Based on this problem, the researcher is interested in conducting a comparative analysis of how the interpretations of Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī are related to religious tolerance, as well as the strengthening of the socio-historical background of both of them towards this interpretation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Data collection consists of literature studies and observations. Descriptive analysis is used in the comparative analysis method. Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism theory is one of the theories used to strengthen research as a surgical tool. This theory explains that a work or text is the work of its own author, along with the historical reality that conditions the emergence of the work or text. To improve the analysis of this research, discussions of scholars and interpreters of the verses of the Qur'an related to religious tolerance are also used. Research shows that Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī generally agree that coercion in embracing religion is not allowed. However, Hamka directs the meaning of religious tolerance with the applicable conditions and limitations. This study also refers to the theory of genetic structure which states that the tendency of general and specific interpretations of poems on religious tolerance cannot be separated from the socio-historical context of each community in which the two figures lived. This assumption is that the works of the two figures are not only personal works, but also the works of their respective communities and the social and historical realities of their respective times.

The study's results indicated that the soil texture in the research region is classified as sandy loam and loamy sand, with an average pH of 4.5. To enhance soil conditions, 100 grams of lime is necessary for each planting hole, totaling 625 trees. Therefore, 62.5 kg of dolomite lime per hectare is required for soil rehabilitation in the post-mining region.

One therapy to reduce the discomfort of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is the use of citrus lemon aromatherapy. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy on the degree of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women during the first trimester. Methods: This paper uses a type of qualitative research whit a case study design. Results: The results of the nursing implementation stated that after the administration of citrus lemon aromatherapy inhalation, there was a decrease in the PUQE-24 score, namely from the category of moderate nausea and vomiting with a score of 12 to no nausea and vomiting with a score of 3. Conclusion: The effect of inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy on the degree of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women during the first trimester is quite effective in helping to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.

There are three variables that have a positive and significant influence on the choice of tourists to NTT, namely the ENT variable, TJJ and the PW variable; while the other three variables have no significant influence, namely, TJD , HOS and IP . For domestic tourists, Simultaneously, the five independent variables contribute 87.3% of the influence on the decision of domestic tourists to visit the Province of East Nusa Tenggara.
