The findings indicate that integrating morality toward Allah and the Prophet serves as the fundamental foundation in shaping a strong character, while morality toward parents and oneself reinforces the social and psychological dimensions of a Muslim individual. Consistent application of these moral values contributes to the formation of a harmonious, responsible, and virtuous Muslim personality in daily life. This study used the narrative literature review method. Based on the analysis of the article, the researcher obtained articles including, the span of the article publication within a period of 12 years. From the 10 journals studied and analyzed above, it can be concluded that the prevention and treatment of hamstring injuries requires a comprehensive approach, both through education and physiotherapy.

d with the goal of improving farmers' welfare through digitally integrated agricultural services. However, initial observations indicate resistance from some farmers and signs of political interest dominance in both the formulation and implementation processes. The study aims to identify the political motives behind the policy, the sustainability of the program, farmers' literacy regarding the E-KPB system, and the extent to which the program empowers farmers and engages stakeholders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with thematic analysis and source triangulation techniques, data were collected through in-depth interviews with academics and government officials, as well as document studies. The findings reveal that the dominance of regional leaders in decision-making has led to a program orientation that is more symbolic and electoral in nature. The dynamics of competing interests emerge both vertically and horizontally, resulting in weak coordination and reduced policy effectiveness. The transition from KPB to E-KPB has also shifted the program’s focus and reduced its tangible benefits for farmers. The study recommends strengthening multi-stakeholder collaborative governance in agricultural policy, reevaluating the structure of the E-KPB system, and actively involving academics and farmer associations. These findings contribute theoretically to the study of public policy and policy framing, and practically to improving the implementation of programs based on the real needs of farming communities.

Through an analysis of examples of Hadith interpretations, this research demonstrates the significance and unique contribution of Sufi Hadith hermeneutics to the understanding of Islamic spirituality, while also identifying contemporary issues and academic debates related to these methods. ctivity are crucial elements for the success and sustainability of organizations amidst intense business competition and dynamic changes in the work environment, including adaptation to work models such as Work From Home (WFH). This article uses a qualitative literature study method on articles/journals covering various key variables such as organizational/work culture, work environment, compensation, motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, workload, work discipline, work stress, and work-life balance. The results of the analysis indicate a complex and interrelated relationship between these variables. It is consistently found that a positive organizational culture, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment have a significant influence on improving performance and productivity. A conducive work environment and job satisfaction often act as important mediators in this relationship. However, the influence of variables such as compensation, workload, and work discipline show varying results depending on the organizational context and individual characteristics. This study underlines the importance of a holistic and integrated human resource management approach to optimize employee performance and productivity. Practical implications and suggestions for further research are also discussed.

However, amidst the rapid development of technology and the rapid flow of religious information through digital media, serious challenges have emerged in the process of verifying hadith, especially on platforms with minimal scientific studies. This study aims to examine the sustainability and application of the principles of Jarh wa Ta’dil in responding to the rampant disinformation of hadith in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and literature study, this article concludes that the critical principles in the Science of Jarh wa Ta’dil remain relevant and can be developed to support digital religious literacy. One solution is through a digitalization system of hadith based on sanad and the authority of the narrators. The synergy between the heritage of classical science and advances in information technology is an important step in maintaining the authenticity of Islamic teachings from deviant narratives.

caused by a misunderstanding of the message of religious tolerance, which causes its adherents to appear with different faces. Therefore, the Qur'an explains what tolerance really is in Islamic teachings. Based on this problem, the researcher is interested in conducting a comparative analysis of how the interpretations of Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī are related to religious tolerance, as well as the strengthening of the socio-historical background of both of them towards this interpretation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Data collection consists of literature studies and observations. Descriptive analysis is used in the comparative analysis method. Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism theory is one of the theories used to strengthen research as a surgical tool. This theory explains that a work or text is the work of its own author, along with the historical reality that conditions the emergence of the work or text. To improve the analysis of this research, discussions of scholars and interpreters of the verses of the Qur'an related to religious tolerance are also used. Research shows that Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī generally agree that coercion in embracing religion is not allowed. However, Hamka directs the meaning of religious tolerance with the applicable conditions and limitations. This study also refers to the theory of genetic structure which states that the tendency of general and specific interpretations of poems on religious tolerance cannot be separated from the socio-historical context of each community in which the two figures lived. This assumption is that the works of the two figures are not only personal works, but also the works of their respective communities and the social and historical realities of their respective times.
