of financial reports and their impact on the operational efficiency of Korem 083/BDJ. With quantitative descriptive methods and path analysis using SmartPLS and SEM-PLS, this research involved employees in the planning and finance fields. The variables studied include work competency, IT utilization, financial report quality, and operational efficiency. The research results show that IT utilization has a positive impact on operational efficiency, while work competency has a negative impact. However, work and IT competencies contribute positively to the quality of financial reports, which ultimately increases operational efficiency. The quality of financial reports has also been proven to mediate the relationship between work competency, IT utilization and operational efficiency. These findings confirm that increasing operational efficiency is very dependent on the quality of financial reports as well as optimizing information technology and work competencies.

Artikel ini mengkaji keterkaitan antara ekonomi hijau, kebijakan publik, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai kebijakan yang telah diterapkan di berbagai negara, tantangan dalam penerapannya, serta peran pendidikan dalam membentuk pola pikir wirausahawan hijau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpaduan antara kebijakan adaptif dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan dapat menjadi katalisator dalam mengakselerasi transformasi ekonomi hijau. Selain itu, dukungan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, baik pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, maupun sektor swasta, sangat penting agar kebijakan ekonomi hijau dapat berjalan efektif. such as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), advocates, and the press in Padang City in the aspect of social geography studies. The methods used in this research are observation and literature study. Observations were conducted to identify the location of government offices, law firms, and press offices, while literature studies used secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report and thematic maps. The results show that the civil servant profession is concentrated in the centre of government to support the efficiency of public services, particularly in West Padang and East Padang. Advocate firms are located around economic centres and courts, which facilitate access for people who need legal services. Meanwhile, the press profession is concentrated in the city centre to support fast and efficient information distribution. The distribution of these professions is influenced by accessibility, population concentration, and the socio-economic needs of the community. The findings provide an overview of how geographical factors play an important role in the distribution of professions in Padang City. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for more strategic development planning and human resource management in the future.

Kesimpulan: Implementasi pemberian terapi nonfarmakologis berupa senam kegel dilakukan 2 kali sehari selama 7 hari 10-15 menit efektif untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka perineum dengan hasil sebelum dilakukan skala REEDA skor 12 (luka buruk) menurun menjadi 2 dengan kategori luka sedang.

litative, with textual analysis of mawaris verses in the Qur'an, Hadith, and the study of the theory of maqaṣid shari'ah. Case studies in several Muslim countries were also conducted to assess the implementation of modified mawaris laws within the national legal framework. The results of the study show that mawaris law, although textual in the Qur'an, provides space for reinterpretation through the maqaṣid shari'ah approach. This approach emphasizes aspects of justice, benefit, and equality that are in line with Islamic values. The study also found that the reconstruction of mawaris law can support the strengthening of women's position in the family and society without eliminating the principle of justice that is the core of sharia. This study concludes that mawaris law can be adapted to the modern context through reinterpretation based on maqaṣid shari'ah. Thus, this reconstruction not only answers the challenges of the modern era but also maintains the relevance of Islamic law as a universal guideline.

impact of social media in encouraging public engagement in environmental movements, both at the local and global levels. Using a qualitative approach with a combination of systematic literature analysis and multiple case studies, this research examines how social media platforms facilitate the dissemination of environmental information, promote collective action, and create spaces for discussions on environmental sustainability. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in mobilizing individuals to take concrete actions on environmental issues through three main mechanisms: (1) democratization of environmental information, (2) facilitation of the formation of environmental communities, and (3) acceleration of collective responses to urgent environmental issues. However, the study also identifies critical challenges, including the spread of false information, digital divide, and slacktivism phenomena that may hinder the effectiveness of digital environmental campaigns. Further analysis reveals that the effectiveness of social media use in environmental campaigns heavily depends on content strategies, timing, and the involvement of environmental influencers. The study also finds a positive correlation between the intensity of social media usage for environmental purposes and the level of public awareness and active involvement in environmental preservation. Additionally, the research highlights the significant role of social media as a catalyst for pro-environmental behavior among younger generations. These findings contribute significantly to the development of more effective environmental communication strategies in the digital era, emphasizing the importance of digital literacy in the context of environmental activism. The study recommends combining social media power with concrete actions to achieve optimal impact in addressing environmental challenges.

Results: Case studies on Mr. S clients with diabetes mellitus, the results showed that foot exercises can reduce blood sugar levels during the 3 visits to do foot exercises a week.
