in integrity and public trust. However, factors such as gender are thought to influence the way legal practitioners perceive and apply these ethical principles. The research method used is Qualitative by using a literature-based approach. The data collected is analyzed using a quantitative approach to see if there is a significant difference between the perception of professional ethics between men and women. The results showed that there are differences in perspectives on several ethical issues, where women tend to emphasize the values of social justice and diversity, while men focus more on compliance with formal regulations. This research is expected to provide deeper insights into gender dynamics in the legal world and its contribution to the development of a more inclusive and equitable legal professional ethics.

used by the monotonous classroom atmosphere. To increase learning motivation, an interesting and innovative approach is needed, especially for teenage and early adult participants. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The research subjects were beginner level participants of the Indonesian for Foreign Speakers Program (BIPA) at Prima University Medan, while the research object was the use of comic media in BIPA learning. The results showed that comic media can be used effectively to support BIPA learning objectives. Comics are able to facilitate the learning of listening, speaking, reading, and grammar, while creating a more pleasant classroom atmosphere. In addition to entertaining and attracting participants’ interest, comics also have various other benefits in BIPA learning. It is recommended for practitioners to continue to develop and integrate comic media into BIPA learning materials.

There are four competencies that must be possessed by a teacher, namely pedagogical, social, professional, and personality competencies. In this study focuses on the teacher's personality competence, where ustad is expected to have attitudes and behaviors that can be emulated by the students. Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad is a modern cottage that emphasizes Arabic and English in its daily conversation, and uses a curriculum using the term KMI (Kulliyatul Mu'alimin Al-Islamiyah) in its learning. This study aims to analyze how management at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad and how pesantren management in improving teacher competence at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad. The method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that pesantren management at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad Klaten has been running well in improving the personality competence of teachers/ustad.

ll reach 5.7% in 2023. One of the factors is the high rate of postpartum infections, namely low knowledge about infection prevention. One effective management is perineal wound care using NaCl 0.9%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl in normal primiparous post partum mothers with indications of perineal rupture in Kejobong Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. After treating the wound twice for 3 days using 0.9% NaCl, it was found that the wound looked better and there were no signs of infection as indicated by a decrease in the REEDA score from 11 categories of unhealed wounds to 2 categories of moderate wounds. This is supported by cleanliness of the wound area and choosing the right food. Wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl is effective for healing perineal ruptures.

The method used in this community service activity was lectures and discussions. The activity received a positive response from the TPQ Bustanul Ulum Sejati students and their parents. The program was conducted through material presentations and discussions using a relaxed conversational approach, making the activity feel less formal and more comfortable. This atmosphere allowed all the students to express their opinions without hesitation. This activity left a positive impression on the participants about the importance of literacy and avoiding excessive use of mobile phones to access social media and online games.

To achieve this, a systematic literature review is conducted, establishing a structured theoretical framework by drawing on findings from previous research. The study concludes that essential language competencies for global business success include verbal communication, writing skills, cross-cultural understanding, listening, and negotiation abilities. Among these, verbal skills in English, as an international language, are especially crucial in settings such as presentations, meetings, and negotiations. Effective verbal communication requires not only mastery of grammar but also the ability to use non-verbal cues, like intonation and body language, to reinforce and clarify messages. . The World Health Organization in 2021 stated that the prevalence of schizophrenia in the world increased to 26 million people. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where a person experiences changes or disturbances in sensory perception involving the five senses. The most common hallucination is auditory hallucination. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done in patients with auditory hallucination is Murottal Therapy. Murottal therapy is a therapy by reading or listening to Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the nursing process regarding the application of murottal therapy as an effort to control auditory hallucination. The research method used is a case study with the target of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations at Banyumas Hospital. After Murottal Therapy for 6 days, the results showed that the patient could control his hallucinations as evidenced by the Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale score which decreased, score of 22 on the first day and a score of 10 on the sixth day. Therefore, it can be concluded that Murottal Therapy Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1-78 which is performed once a day for 6 days with a duration of 16 minutes, has proven effective for controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.
