e pattern of tofu marketing channels, to analyze tofu marketing costs, profits and margins; and to analyze the level of economic efficiency of each tofu marketing channel in Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The choice of research location was done purposively. The sample in this study were 19 respondents who owned the tofu industry. Field research was conducted from March 2022 to April 2022. The method used is marketing margin analysis to determine differences in price levels in marketing channels, this study also uses farmer's share analysis to determine marketing efficiency. The results of the study concluded that the fried tofu housing industry in Dolok Masihul District has 2 (two). In marketing channel I, the total marketing cost is Rp. 30/ptg, the total marketing profit for retailers is Rp. 303.33/ptg, and the marketing margin is Rp. 83.33/ptg. For marketing channel II there is no marketing fee. On stock farmers that marketing channels I and II are included in the efficient category.

were as many as 918 findings of diarrhea in toddlers at Gang Sehat Health Center. Mother's factor also affects the occurrence of diarrhea in toddlers. Knowledge is one of the factors causing the high mortality rate due to diarrhea. The importance of maternal knowledge and attitudes in handling diarrheal diseases needs to be discussed because diarrhea that is delayed or improperly handled can cause pain and adverse effects on children, namely infant mortality. Objective: To determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge and attitudes about diarrhea management and the classification of diarrhea in toddlers at the Gang Sehat Health Center. Methods: This study used the accidental sampling method with bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. Results: The Chi Square test resulted in a value of 0.934, meaning that the P value > 0.05 indicates that there is no relationship between maternal knowledge and diarrhea classification in toddlers. With the results of the value of 0.443, meaning that the P value > 0.05, there is no relationship between the mother's attitude and diarrhea classification about diarrhea management in toddlers. measuring glomerular filtration rate, accurately reflecting kidney function. This study aims to evaluate Cystatin C levels based on gender among patients with kidney function disorders at the Prodia Cibubur clinic laboratory. The research was conducted from February to March 2023 using a descriptive cross-sectional approach. The sample comprised 120 patients with kidney function disorders selected through total sampling. The findings indicate that 16 patients (13.3%) had normal Cystatin C levels, while 104 patients (86.7%) had elevated Cystatin C levels. Notably, among males, 61 individuals (50.8%) tended to exhibit higher Cystatin C levels, suggesting a greater potential for kidney function disorders due to factors such as activity intensity, body mass influence, and hormonal factors.

The method used in this study is through a literature study which collects several previous studies to answer the role of English. Use of English and the influence of using English for the purpose of applying knowledge regarding business management, e-commerce and career planning. It is hoped that all SMK Jayawisata 1 students who have taken part in training in the lecturer's role, namely PKM (Community Service), can broaden their knowledge of Business English. Based on the results of this literature study, it can be concluded that English plays an important role as a communication tool for business purposes.

The research results concluded that training partially influences work performance with a calculated t value of 5.085> t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, competency has no effect on work performance with a calculated t value of 0.223 < t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.824 > 0.05. Simultaneously training and competency influence performance. This can be seen from the F test results which show that the calculated F value is 27.522> F table 3.18 and the sig value is (0.000 <0.05). Then it was discovered that based on the coefficient of determination test, the adjusted R square value was 0.510 or 51%. This can be explained by the fact that the training and competency variables have 51% of the ability to explain the work performance variable and there is still 49% of the variance explained by other variables.

Participants in this activity were attended by MSME owners and staff. The participants who attended were 10 (ten) people. The service was carried out through the provision of socialization and counseling materials to business actors related to tax administration sanctions. The methods applied included lectures, practices, discussions, and questions and answers. The evaluation showed an increase in knowledge and understanding of MSME actors on tax administration after participating in this program. Participants showed great enthusiasm during the activity, as seen from active participation in question and answer sessions, discussions, and consultations. This shows that the program successfully attracted their interest and resulted in productive interactions between the resource persons and the participants. The output of this activity is expected to improve MSME tax literacy and create better awareness and compliance with tax regulations, thereby reducing the risk of tax administration sanctions and promoting sustainable growth of MSMEs.

This describes the lack of public awareness and concern regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. The aim of this community service activity is firstly to provide knowledge of non-traditional threats, especially human security issue to residents of RT 03 RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Second, increase citizens' insight into Islamic conceptions of environmental cleanliness, and third, grow and increase citizens' awareness and concern in solving waste problems. Service activities start from the observation stage, carrying out counseling, recruiting volunteers, and monitoring. The result of this service activity is that residents' knowledge about the threat of environmental damage and good waste management techniques has increased. The increase in knowledge can be seen in the questionnaire results which reached 83%. Apart from that, residents' awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness is also starting to be seen from implementing the 4R concept in daily life and the formation of environmental care movement by carrying out routine mutual cooperation actions and monitoring the environment.

o identify the differences in hemoglobin levels using the Dirui BCC-3600 and Quick Check devices in the elderly population at Puskesmas Biromaru. This research is descriptive-comparative in nature. The sample consisted of 30 patients undergoing hemoglobin examination at the Puskesmas Biromaru laboratory between March 29th and April 30th, 2023. The sampling method used was accidental sampling, with venous blood samples from 30 respondents. The results of the study showed that the average hemoglobin level using the Dirui BCC-3600 device was 12.86 g/dL, while with the Quick Check device it was 11.77 g/dL. Normality testing was conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk test, which yielded a p-value of 0.023. A p-value < 0.05 indicates non-normal data distribution, thus followed by the Mann-Whitney test. The Mann-Whitney test resulted in a significant value (p) = 0.011. In conclusion, there is a significant difference in hemoglobin levels using the Dirui BCC-3600 and Quick Check devices in the elderly.
