rsity Malang. The background of this research is rooted in the low level of participation and awareness of social and political issues among the younger generation in the midst of globalization. To understand this phenomenon, the research used a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods through structured interviews and direct observation. Social awareness indicators were measured based on the theory of Yoyo Sudaryo and Agus Ribowo, while political awareness refers to the theory of Almond and Verba. The data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that Pancasila learning is able to increase students' social and political awareness through the internalization of values such as empathy, honesty, tolerance, and active participation in community life. In addition, this learning also encourages students' participation in political activities, strengthens their awareness of their rights and responsibilities as citizens, and forms a critical attitude toward various social issues. The implications of the results of this study indicate the importance of strengthening Pancasila learning as a character building tool for students who are active, critical, and empowered to face socio-political challenges in the future.

The usefulness of this research is to enrich the scientific paradigm in the field of Islamic Education Management, specifically in the study of Human Resource Management.This research is qualitative, employing interviews and observations as its methods. The research informants consist of madrasah principals and stakeholders, particularly educators and education staff at Madrasah Aliyah in Riau Province. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations, using data collection instruments as interview guidelines. The collected data is then analyzed.The findings of the study are as follows:(1) The planning conducted by the madrasah principal involves policy formulation through deliberations, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders, including vice principals, educators, education staff, and even parents, during the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Policies to enhance the competency and commitment of principals and educators are implemented through workshops, training sessions, and seminars.(2) The organization of work procedures by the madrasah principal includes direct coordination with teachers, delegation of duties to vice principals, clear job specifications, and structured task distribution based on the organizational hierarchy.(3) The management of stakeholder performance, particularly educators and education staff, focuses on self-competence, commitment, self-motivation, perseverance, humanity, economic factors, salaries, certifications, and effective leadership by the madrasah principal, including teacher development programs.(4) The supervision of stakeholder performance by the madrasah principal follows an open system monitoring model, which includes input, process, output, and outcome. The input refers to educators with at least a bachelor's or master's degree specializing in the required field of education. The process involves training, education, and supervision by the principal. The output is reflected in the quality of services provided to both internal and external stakeholders of the madrasah. The outcome is the achievement of organizational goals and the improvement of madrasah quality.Based on the research findings, it is concluded that the managerial competencies of madrasah principals enhance the commitment of Madrasah Aliyah stakeholders in Riau Province. Recommendations are proposed to the Provincial and District Education Offices to develop training programs for madrasah principals and stakeholders.

The research results show that influencer credibility, audience engagement, and product suitability with the audience have a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing behavior. Additionally, transparency and authenticity in the relationship between influencers and brands has also proven important in building audience trust. This research provides practical implications for companies to select the right influencers, increase audience engagement, and maintain authenticity in their marketing campaigns. daches, embarrassment, and feeling afraid to socialize in social environments. Increasing students' understanding regarding bullying behavior can reduce bullying cases. Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.
