The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher capacity in designing and using digital media pedagogically, changes in learning interaction patterns to be more dialogic, and increased verbal participation of children in storytelling activities. In addition, a community of teacher practice was formed that collaboratively developed Islamic storytelling media as a sustainable innovation. The implications of this activity confirm that the integration of technology, Islamic values, and a participatory approach effectively encourages the transformation of early childhood learning practices. This model has the potential to be replicated in similar contexts to strengthen the quality of adaptive and character-building early childhood education.

udi, a tool and heirloom typical of the Banyumas people, so that it continues to exist, even to be developed as an economically valuable heritage. This Science and Technology for the Community uses a participatory action research approach by involving craftsmen, community leaders, and the village government. Data collection techniques were carried out using field observation techniques and in-depth interviews with craftsmen. The community also conducted workshops and mentoring training. The IbM results show that, to revive the Tosan Aji MSME, craftsmen need training in contemporary tosan aji making techniques that combine contemporary equipment with modern equipment. Craftsmen need assistance in creating e-commerce and digital promotional content. It is possible for these Tosan Aji craftsmen to become more advanced if their lives are packaged in an educational tourism package that includes a tosan aji making workshop, even the creation of a mini museum.

esearch, this article synthesizes various contemporary management literatures and Islamic leadership treasures to find the most effective leadership model for educational institution development. The results show that transformational leadership is crucial in accelerating vision, innovation, and organizational culture change oriented towards quality (itqan). On the other hand, servant leadership provides a foundation for strengthening teamwork through a service-oriented approach (khidmah) and empathy, which is aligned with prophetic values. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the synergy between transformational vision and a service-oriented spirit is the key to building a sustainable quality culture in Islamic educational institutions, where leaders are able to encourage organizational achievement while maintaining internal team harmony through the spirit of ukhuwah and ta’awun.

Abstract:The digital transformation in education presents both challenges and opportunities for Islamic educational institutions in maintaining their value orientation amidst changes in media and learning interaction patterns. These…
ese changes require efforts to reactualize Islamic educational values to remain relevant and operational in creating an effective and character-based learning climate. This study aims to analyze the process of reactualization of Islamic educational values in the transformation of the learning climate in the digital era at Madrasah Ibidaiyah Al Umm. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that value reactualization occurs through three main patterns: the integration of values into digital learning planning, the establishment of an etiquette-based classroom culture in online interactions, and teacher role models in digital communication ethics. Technological transformation is interpreted as a medium for strengthening character, not simply an innovation in learning tools. The resulting learning climate demonstrates consistency between madrasah policies, pedagogical practices, and classroom culture. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of values-based digital learning design as a foundation for character building in madrasahs, while also providing a conceptual contribution to the development of contextual Islamic education in the digital era.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the communication strategy employed by the NEI-DT Foundation in building community trust through a community-based healthcare service program in Tritunggal Hamlet, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra,…
tra, Indonesia. The study is motivated by the importance of organizational communication strategies in enhancing public participation and program legitimacy within rural communities characterized by limited access to information, geographical constraints, and community-oriented social structures. Adopting a constructivist paradigm, this research employs a qualitative approach using an intrinsic case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis involving seven informants, including foundation representatives, community leaders, and program beneficiaries. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the foundation’s communication strategy involves identifying community characteristics, developing simple and contextually relevant messages, utilizing a combination of digital and traditional communication channels, and engaging local leaders as communication intermediaries. Program information is disseminated through village heads, neighborhood leaders, women’s community groups (PKK), social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook, and mosque loudspeaker announcements. The study further demonstrates that the communication pattern reflects the Two-Step Flow of Communication model, in which community leaders function as opinion leaders who mediate organizational messages before they reach the wider community. Community trust is cultivated through the social legitimacy of local leaders, interpersonal communication, direct experiences with program benefits, and the consistency of services provided by the foundation. The study concludes that the effectiveness of community-based organizational communication strategies in rural settings is determined not only by message content and media utilization but also by the organization’s ability to establish interpersonal relationships, adapt communication practices to local cultural contexts, and actively involve community leaders within the communication network. This research contributes to the advancement of community-based organizational communication studies by providing empirical insights into trust-building processes in rural community development programs
