king area of Mapaddegat Public Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency. This research was a descriptive analytic study with a case-control design, conducted from February to May 2025, involving mothers who gave birth and were recorded in the maternal cohort data from January 2023 to December 2024. A systematic random sampling technique was applied, consisting of 21 respondents in the case group and 42 respondents in the control group. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square statistical test. The univariate results showed that 74.6% had high knowledge, and 57.2% had more than four ANC visits. The bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.011; OR = 5.455) and the number of ANC visits (p = 0.015; OR = 4.462) with the decision to give birth at home. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and the number of ANC visits with home birth decision-making. It is recommended for the Mapaddegat Public Health Center staff to strengthen health promotion regarding delivery in health facilities and develop innovations to increase the coverage of facility-based deliveries.

The results of the study indicate that communication patterns in this school run in an open, participatory, and religious atmosphere. Teachers not only act as conveyors of information, but also as guides and motivators who establish positive interpersonal relationships with students. Factors such as teaching style, student motivation, and school environmental support influence the smoothness of communication. Effective communication has been shown to improve students' understanding of the subject matter and strengthen their character and discipline. This study concludes that good communication patterns between teachers and students contribute directly to the achievement of learning outcomes and the formation of students' character holistically.

The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Sintang Regency showed that in 2017 there were 116 cases, in 2018 there were 121 cases, and in 2019 there were 164 cases. This research method uses a quantitative analytical approach with a cross-sectional design in Sintang Regency. The population is all pregnant women registered as many as 369 respondents within the scope of the Health Center services in Sintang Regency during the data collection period. The simple random sampling technique was used to select respondents, with a sample size of 192 pregnant women after calculating the population size. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 6.900, parity with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 5.040, consumption of iron tablets with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 5.271 with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Sintang Regency. The most dominant multivariate test result is knowledge with OR = 7.25 followed by consumption of iron tablets with OR = 4.61 and parity with OR = 4.26. The conclusion related to the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is knowledge, parity, and consuming iron tablets and the most dominant is knowledge and followed by consumption of iron tablets, and parity. It is recommended that pregnant women can improve their knowledge, multi and grandi para pregnant women to comply with consuming iron tablets routinely.

The main character Perseus is the center of attention in the study of narrative structure because of his role as a mythological hero who faces a series of challenges that are full of values of courage, sacrifice, and determination. Propp's theory is used to identify narrative functions such as dispatch, magical agent, struggle, and transfiguration that appear in both movies. The method used is qualitative with content analysis technique by comparing the stories, characters, and moral messages as well as narrative functions in the two movies with the theme of Greek mythology. The results show that the comparison of the narrative structure of the two movies with the character Perseus has strengths in the dramatic aspects of heroic attitudes in accepting choices and fighting for life so that the integration of heroic material can be adapted to literature learning involving character values. This finding confirms that the narratological approach through comparative literature can be an important pedagogical tool to teach story structures with character values through popular media. This research recommends the utilization of mythological movies in literature learning and character education at various levels of education as a means of strengthening narrative literacy and understanding moral values.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Kabila Health Center work area. The design in this study is quantitative correlational. The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method with a total sample of 52 diabetes mellitus participants at the Kabila Health Center. The instrument used in the study used a questionnaire instrument with open questions about the variable health locus of control and compliance with the diet of patients with diabetes mellitus. Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in diabetes mellitus patients in the Kabila Health Center work area, with a significance value or p-value showing 0.000 (p <0.05). This study aims to determine how the Relationship Between Health and Safety Behavior (K3) and Work Accidents Among Ship Crew (ABK) on Passenger Ships. The type of research uses a quantitative method with a Cross Sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study is Total Sampling with a sample size of 31 respondents. Data collection was obtained from direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted through univariate and bivariate tests, with the hypothesis testing using the Chi-square test at a confidence level (α=0.05). The results showed that there is a relationship between behavior and work accidents, with a value of (p=0.03), indicating a relationship between behavior and work accidents.

This research is qualitative because it only gives explanations about a problem in the form of words, not numbers. The writer found a structural pattern in the lendawi structure. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using instruments measuring oral and dental health maintenance and a doctor’s diagnosis to determine the presence of periodontitis. Analisis was conducted using the Fisher exact Test (p-value = 0,000). The results indicate a significant relationship between oral and dental health maintenance and the incidence of periodontitis in diabetes mellitus patients. Healthcare workers play a crucial role in educating on the importance of maintaining oral and dental health, including brushing teeth twice daily (morning after meals and before sleeping) and regularly visiting the dentist every six months.
