udy is to increase user capacity in viewing content specifically in the field of women's empowerment. By using content-based filtering techniques, the system will analyze user preferences and interests through recommendations for women's empowerment content. The data source is via the YouTube API and is analyzed using PHP programming content-based filtering techniques. The system's recommendations provide a list of women's empowerment content with a user request display. The results of the research evaluation obtained a precision value of 62%, meaning that the recommendations match the topic being searched for, namely women's empowerment. The recall value of 84% indicates that the system has succeeded in finding relations from the database. The f1-score value of 72% indicates that there is a balance between precision and recall, meaning that a system is needed that is not only accurate but also complete. While the cosine value shows a score of 0.7071 approaching the maximum value (1.0). The recommendation of the content-based filtering method produces quite effective women's empowerment content.

Abstrak: Mengenali minat dan bakat seseorang sejak dini sangat penting dalam membimbing individu menuju masa depan yang sukses. Meskipun berbeda, minat dan bakat memiliki hubungan yang erat. Minat mengindikasikan ketertarikan yang tulus terhadap sesuatu tanpa tekanan eksternal, dan ketika terus-menerus dibina, berkembang menjadi keterampilan atau bakat. Pembelajaran mesin, khususnya dengan menggunakan algoritma SVM dan kernel RBF, dapat digunakan untuk mengelompokkan minat dan bakat. Sebelum pemodelan SVM, melakukan Analisis Data Eksploratif (EDA) sangat penting untuk mengkaji minat dan bakat. Analisis ini memfasilitasi identifikasi variabel, memungkinkan penghilangan nilai yang hilang, dan memastikan pemilihan variabel minat dan bakat yang tepat. Tujuan utamanya adalah mencapai akurasi optimal dalam pemodelan klasifikasi minat dan bakat. Temuan dari penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan aplikasi yang ditujukan untuk mengkategorikan minat dan bakat di sekolah SDN XYZ. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk digunakan oleh siswa, membantu mereka membuat keputusan yang terinformasi mengenai pendidikan dan karier masa depan mereka.

This study aims to provide recommendations for the best elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district based on the criteria desired by prospective students by applying the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method to a system The SAW method helps in solving simple unstructured problems so that by applying the SAW method a more effective decision-making process can be carried out. The data used as alternative data are elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district. The criteria used in decision making include accreditation, facilities, extracurricular activities, number of classrooms, number of students, and distance between schools.

Abstrak: Salah satu aspek pendidikan utama seperti pendidikan sekolah dasar yang tahap awal bagi anak untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Sekolah Dasar jenjang pendidikan pertama memegang peranan penting dalam mengembangkan sikap, keterampilan, serta minat dan bakat siswa. Setiap tahun ajaran baru, siswa dan orang tua akan memilih sekolah terbaik sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Ada banyak pilihan sekolah dengan beragam penawaran berbeda yang disediakan. Dengan begitu, banyak orang tua siswa yang bingung dengan banyaknya pilihan jenis sekolah untuk anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi sekolah dasar terbaik di kecamatan Sei Dadap berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan oleh calon siswa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) pada suatu sistem. Metode SAW membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah sederhana yang tidak terstruktur sehingga dengan menerapkan metode SAW dapat dilakukan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Data yang digunakan sebagai data alternatif adalah sekolah dasar yang ada di kecamatan Sei Dadap. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi akreditasi, fasilitas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, jumlah ruang kelas, jumlah siswa, dan jarak antar sekolah.

Abstrak: Menyebarnya virus covid-19 yang terjadi sejak awal tahun 2020 mengakibatkan pelarangan berkumpul/berkerumun, salah satu dampak pada dunia pendidikan adalah diberlakukannya perkuliahan online/e-learning. Beberapa aplikasi e-learning yang di gunakan adalah classroom dan googlemeet, hal ini tentu mengakibatkan perubahan minat belajar terhadap mahasiswa. Perubahan tersebut terekam dalam nilai dari perkuliahan online yang telah berjalan selama dua semester yang mana dapat diekstrak menjadi pengetahuan dengan bantuan data mining rough set dan aplikasi rosetta. Dengan membaca rule yang di hasilkan oleh rough set maka dapat dilihat pola dari minat belajar mahasiswa selama perkuliahan online, yang mana minat belajar mahasiswa terbagi menjadi lebih baik untuk matakuliah yang memiliki materi hitungan dan sebaliknya untuk matakuliah dengan materi teori.

The Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) has a crucial role in protecting customer deposits when banks experience liquidation. In this context, LPS functions as a legal protection strategy for customer deposits held in banks. This action is important to maintain public confidence in banking amidst economic uncertainty. In response to the 1998 monetary crisis, the Indonesian government issued a policy of guaranteeing bank payments, including public deposits, through LPS. The importance of LPS is revealed when banks experience failures that have the potential to threaten the security of customer funds. In this situation, LPS guarantees the customer's refund up to a certain limit, providing the necessary financial protection. This creates a sense of security for customers and promotes banking system stability. With LPS, customers can be assured that their funds are safe even if unexpected events occur in the banking world. The role of LPS as a deposit insurance institution is inherent in the government's efforts to regulate and supervise the financial sector. to analyze how Islamic law and positive law interact in regulating marriage and to what extent their convergence occurs in the practice of religious courts and within the Muslim community in Indonesia. The research employs a normative approach by analyzing sources of Islamic law, statutory regulations, and religious court rulings related to marriage. The findings indicate that although Indonesia’s marriage law is based on Sharia principles, several adjustments have been made to align with positive law to ensure justice and protection for all parties, particularly in aspects such as marriage registration, minimum marriage age, and women's rights. The convergence between Islamic law and positive law reflects efforts to harmonize religious values with national legal interests. However, challenges remain in its implementation, particularly concerning child marriage, polygamy, and divorce, which often spark debates in society. Therefore, further studies are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of Indonesia’s marriage regulations and how Islamic law can continue to adapt within the framework of a modern legal state.
