The population in this study is probabilistic and cannot be determined precisely, but the sample calculation used the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 96 people rounded up to 100 respondents. This research is quantitative, and the data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 24. Based on the analysis results, the variable of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application has a significant partial effect on the Quality of Public Services. This study was able to demonstrate that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police has a 44.9% effect on the Quality of Public Services, while the remaining 55.1% is affected by other unobserved factors not included in this study. These results suggest that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police is an important factor in technological development for improving the quality of mobile-based public services that are easily accessible to the public for receiving services or information related to the police

of financial reports and their impact on the operational efficiency of Korem 083/BDJ. With quantitative descriptive methods and path analysis using SmartPLS and SEM-PLS, this research involved employees in the planning and finance fields. The variables studied include work competency, IT utilization, financial report quality, and operational efficiency. The research results show that IT utilization has a positive impact on operational efficiency, while work competency has a negative impact. However, work and IT competencies contribute positively to the quality of financial reports, which ultimately increases operational efficiency. The quality of financial reports has also been proven to mediate the relationship between work competency, IT utilization and operational efficiency. These findings confirm that increasing operational efficiency is very dependent on the quality of financial reports as well as optimizing information technology and work competencies.

s of the interviews conducted, it was revealed that before participating in this activity, most students had never tried playing angklung. However, after participating in the angklung learning activity at Saung Angklung Udjo, a significant increase in their skills was seen. In addition, students also showed an increase in understanding of the cultural values of angklung as a traditional musical instrument. Several factors that contributed to the success of this learning included the quality of teaching, adequate facilities, time and intensity of practice, and student motivation and interest. The positive experiences gained during learning at Saung Angklung Udjo not only improved technical skills, but also instilled cultural values and togetherness among students. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for the development of arts and culture education curriculum in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of creative problem solving learning media based on technology using the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cina, Bone Regency. The research was conducted in March-May 2024. The research location was at SMP Negeri 1 Cina, Bone Regency. Respondents were 35 students consisting of 19 male respondents and 16 female respondents. Data analysis techniques used the help of excel and spss applications. ,62 per 100.000 penduduk, termasuk peningkatan tujuh kasus di RW 07, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.Penelitian berjudul "Hubungan Perilaku PSN Ibu Rumah Tangga dengan Tingkat Kepadatan Nyamuk Aedes aegypti di RW 07 Cipete Utara, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2024" ini mengkaji hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan ibu rumah tangga terhadap pencegahan demam berdarah. Fokus penelitian mencakup pengelolaan tempat penyimpanan air, daur ulang barang bekas, penggunaan larvasida, dan keberadaan larva nyamuk. Dengan pendekatan analitik cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan dari 105 responden melalui Simple Random Sampling, wawancara, dan observasi.Analisis statistik dengan uji chi-square (95% confidence level) menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dan indeks larva (p=0,034), tetapi tidak ditemukan hubungan antara sikap (p=0,503) maupun tindakan (p=0,649) dengan kepadatan larva. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) mempengaruhi kepadatan larva Aedes aegypti, sehingga diperlukan penguatan edukasi, pemantauan, dan intervensi oleh puskesmas serta kader jumantik. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan praktik PSN, program berbasis data, dan pemantauan rutin. Program "Satu Rumah Satu Jumantik" didorong untuk menjaga lingkungan bebas nyamuk.

This research aims to analyze the prospective added value stemming from the pempek businesses in Melayu Sub-District, Tenggarong, Kutai Kertanegara. The acquired data underwent meticulous processing, tabulation, and subsequent analytical examination, characterized by both descriptive and value-added analyses, utilizing the Hayami model. The research showed that the managed pempek businesses are predominantly of small scale, utilizing relatively simple technology. On average, a single production cycle yields 126.64 kg, or monthly output of 633.2 kg. The value-added analysis reveals a figure of 186,734 IDR per kg, with a commendable value-added ratio of 70.95%. This signifies that the conversion of belida fish into pempek not only imparts substantial value but also presents a highly promising avenue for further expansion and development.

the development of halal certification in West Java MSMEs in 2023, identify the challenges faced, and evaluate the government's efforts and targets in supporting the acceleration of halal certification. This research approach is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with the Secretary of the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) and supported by statistical data related to the development of halal certification. The findings show that the development of halal certification in West Java in 2023 shows significant achievements with the realization of 189,886 certificates, although it is still faced with challenges in MSME literacy, administrative obstacles, and limited BPJPH resources.

The impact of these violations not only harms the image of the notary profession, but also has the potential to reduce public trust in legal institutions as a whole.This research adopts a normative-juridical method, which involves literature study and analysis of secondary data. Data that includes secondary sources such as statutory regulations, scientific journals, research results, and so on is an important reference in understanding the authority of Article 67 paragraph (1) of the Law on the Position of Notaries (UUJN) which states that supervision of notaries is carried out by the Minister. In carrying out this supervision, the Minister formed a Notary Supervisory Council which is tasked with ensuring notary compliance with applicable regulations. Supervising notaries is a Supervisory Council created by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This institution consists of the Regional Supervisory Council (MPD), Regional Supervisory Council (MPW), and Central Supervisory Council (MPP).According to I Gede A.B. Wiranata, there are eight factors that can influence the decline in morality in the legal profession. These factors include profession, business orientation in carrying out the profession, lack of social awareness and care, stagnation in the justice system, influence of position, consumer lifestyle, weak faith, and the influence of family characteristics. If a notary is involved in violations such as falsifying client data, making deeds that favor one party, or providing false information to clients, this can threaten his career. The client has the right to report the action to the Honorary Council to provide sanctions to the notary in accordance with the applicable code of ethics. Apart from that, clients can also report these actions to the police, which could potentially result in criminal legal consequences for the notary concerned. Therefore, notaries are obliged to carry out their duties based on a professional code of ethics.In general, the position of a notary is regulated in Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries, which has been updated through Law Number 2 of 2014, and based on the guidelines contained in the Notary Code of Ethics prepared by the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) in 2005 and updated in 2015.
