This study analyzes the impact of PT. Jasa Raharja’s insurance on inpatient expenses for traffic accident victims in Pekanbaru City. The research applies a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and simple regression. Data came from 120 respondents, consisting of victims and their families who received insurance benefits. The findings show that PT. Jasa Raharja’s insurance claims cover an average of 67% of total hospitalization costs, significantly reducing the victims’ financial burden. However, the coverage ceiling remains limited and does not fully meet medical expenses. This study concludes that PT. Jasa Raharja makes a substantial contribution to financing accident-related hospitalization, although increasing the claim ceiling would better align with current hospital costs.

Abstract:Urine alcohol testing plays a vital role in detecting alcohol consumption for clinical and forensic purposes, yet its results may be influenced by pre-analytical factors such as the delay between sample collection and laboratory…
boratory analysis. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of delay time before urine examination on alcohol concentration. An experimental One-Shot Case Study design was conducted involving 44 participants in Denpasar who had consumed alcohol. Alcohol concentration was measured immediately, after a 2-hour delay, and after a 4-hour delay using the Alcohol Urine Rapid Test Dipstick Allchek, and the data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The findings showed that average urine alcohol levels increased numerically after a 2- and 4-hour delay compared to immediate testing; however, this change was not statistically significant (p=0.131). These results confirm that delaying urine alcohol examination up to 4 hours does not significantly alter detectable alcohol concentrations, although prompt testing is still recommended to ensure result accuracy and minimize the risk of false positives. This study provides important insights for the development of standard operating procedures regarding urine alcohol analysis in laboratory practice.
Abstract:Marriage involving pregnant women outside wedlock remains a critical socio-cultural and legal phenomenon in Indonesia, particularly in North Halmahera where family honor, religious authority, and customary law strongly influence…
nfluence communal life. This study aimed to explore how such marriages are understood, legitimized, and practiced by families, community leaders, and legal institutions. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with religious leaders, adat leaders, government officials, parents, and young women, complemented by participant observation and document analysis, and analyzed with an interactive model of reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that marriage is primarily arranged to safeguard family honor, with communities regarding it as the only socially acceptable corrective measure, while religious leaders across traditions adopt pragmatic interpretations, invoking public interest or redemption to justify the practice, and customary rituals together with state dispensations further reinforce its legitimacy. Although marriage resolves immediate stigma and reintegrates families socially, it simultaneously generates long-term vulnerabilities, including interrupted education, economic dependence, marital instability, psychological stress, and increased maternal and neonatal health risks. This study contributes to the sociology of law and religion by demonstrating how socio-cultural confinement, Islamic legal pluralism, and adat practices converge in eastern Indonesia, while underscoring the urgent need for holistic interventions that integrate sexuality education, family communication, religious engagement, and legal reform to protect women and children more effectively.
Abstract:Green betel leaves contain compounds that can treat vaginal discharge, especially those caused by bacteria. To determine the effect of green betel leaf extract on the growth of Bacteroides in vaginal secretion cultures,…
this study used a quantitative experimental method, where vaginal secretion samples were taken from the subjects and then tested quantitatively. There were two data collection techniques used in this study: using a questionnaire and testing vaginal secretion samples with green betel leaf extract. The test for using was diffusion (paper disc) for the antibacterial test. The media used was MHA. The positive control used was a blank disc, the extract concentration series used were 20%, 25% and 30%. The diameter of the inhibition zone was observed and then analyzed. The results of the t-test analysis showed that the significance value was 0.00 <0.05, so H0 was rejected Ha was accepted or it could be concluded that there was a difference in the effect of giving green betel leaf extract on the growth of Bacteroides in vaginal secretion culture. Antibacterial activity test of green betel leaves (Piper betle L) against Bacteroides bacteria that cause Bacterial Vaginosis, namely resistant at a concentration of 20%, intermediate at a concentration of 25% and sensitive at a concentration of 30%. Green betel leaf extract (Piper betle L) has inhibitory power against Bacteroides bacteria that cause Bacterial Vaginosis. Can increase the concentration series of methanol extract of green betel leaves, find the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) and the maximum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of green betel leaf extract against Bacteroides bacteria that cause Bacterial Vaginosis
Abstract:The challenges of modern education demand not only academic achievement but also the cultivation of students’ noble character. In this context, the role of principals in Integrated Islamic Senior High Schools (SMA IT) becomes…
becomes highly strategic. This study aims to analyze and describe the role and influence of principals’ Islamic integrative leadership on improving the performance of educational staff within SMA IT. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with principals and educational staff as well as participant observation. Analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that Islamic integrative leadership which combines modern leadership models such as transformational, instructional, democratic, servant, and distributive leadership with Islamic values such as exemplary conduct (uswah hasanah), consultation (syura), trustworthiness (amanah), justice, and a clear vision significantly enhances the performance of educational staff. The integration of these values creates a work culture imbued with a spirit of worship, collaboration, and quality orientation. Educational staff become more motivated, loyal, and productive as they view their work as part of worship. This study concludes that Islamic integrative leadership is not merely a leadership style but an effective organizational culture foundation at SMA IT. Its implementation has been proven to empower educational staff, improve their performance, and support the achievement of sustainable Islamic educational goals. This leadership model is recommended for broader development in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the patterns, characteristics, and effectiveness of educational supervision in inclusive school settings through a systematic literature review approach. The methodology used PRISMA 2020 with a…
literature search in five international databases for the period 2021-2025, resulting in 20 high-quality articles for analysis. The findings show the evolution of supervision models from a traditional hierarchical approach to a collaborative-transformational paradigm. Four effective supervision models were identified: transformational supervision, instructional leadership supervision, collaborative supervision, and distributed leadership model. The transformational supervision model showed significant changes in teachers' attitudes toward inclusive education, while instructional leadership had a 63.7% correlation with student academic achievement. Components of effective supervision include academic aspects through curriculum and IEP adaptation, professional aspects through teacher self-efficacy development, and organizational aspects through systematic management. Internal factors such as supervisor competence and an inclusive culture, as well as external factors such as policy support, determine successful implementation. Key challenges include issues of bullying, technological barriers, and the complexity of AI integration in supervision. The study recommends developing a contextual supervision model for Indonesia, taking into account local cultural characteristics and resource availability.
Abstract:Education is a fundamental pillar in shaping a superior and character-driven generation, with boarding schools providing a unique 24-hour integrated learning and living environment that acts in loco parentis. This study…
examines the implementation of service quality in Islamic boarding schools in the Riau Islands Province and its influence on academic achievement, focusing on SMPIT Assakinah Tanjung Pinang, SMPS Al-Himmah Karimun, and SMP BP Tahfidz Attaubah Batam. Service quality in this context is defined as a student-centered paradigm that integrates academic, pastoral, and social dimensions. Drawing on perspectives from Crosby, Sallis, and Brewster, quality is measured by responsiveness to needs, continuous improvement, and the integration of academic rigor, pastoral care, and co-curricular enrichment. Academic achievement, as described by Bloom, is shaped by cognitive, affective, and environmental factors, where the structured environment of boarding schools can maximize outcomes. This research employed a qualitative case study approach with data gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using an interactive model. Findings reveal that service quality is implemented through four stages: (1) conceptualization with a vision integrating national and diniyah curricula; (2) implementation involving active learning, dormitory services, extracurricular programs, and Islamic character building; (3) improvement via SWOT-based evaluation, facility upgrades, teacher development, and digitalization; and (4) continuous evaluation for relevance and effectiveness. The study concludes that comprehensive, integrated service quality is a decisive factor for success in boarding schools. Effective service quality fosters both academic achievement and the development of religious, independent, and morally sound students. By applying Total Quality Management principles, Islamic boarding schools can establish an optimal educational ecosystem, producing a superior and globally competitive generation rooted in Islamic values.
