Determinants Of Public Shopping Through E-Commerce in The Jabodetabek Area

Abstract: In the digital era, shopping with e-commerce is a necessity for the community, especially the millennial generation who have high mobility. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables Customer Satisfaction,&#8230; tisfaction, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Product Quality on the decision to buy e-commerce products. The object of research is the living community in Jabodetabek area, with a design using descriptive quantitative. The research data source is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to the population of communities who live in Jabodetabek area with the sample selection technique using random sampling of 107 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS 3.0 software. The research results prove that The Customer Satisfaction variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 0.174 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.862 > 0.05, it means that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.The Technology Acceptance Model variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 2.99 > 1.96, so it can be stated that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.003 < 0.05, it means that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. The Product Quality variable based on the statistical t value obtained a value of 1.304 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. While based on the P-Value obtained 0.193 > 0.05, it means that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.

Assessment of Facilities Management Performance in Selected Real Estate Business: Basis for Crafting a Policy Framework

Abstract: Facilities Management (FM) role becomes more significant in the day-to-day operations of most of organizations. The FM team ensures that operations of organizations will run smoothly without downtime, provide safe working&#8230; g environment, comply with regulators, and provide one-stop-shop service for employees that can benefit the organization in retaining and attracting top talents. This research aims to assess the performance of FM before the pandemic, and the start of the new normal and compare the operations on these timelines to identify the inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement that can lead to an effective, efficient, and consistent quality performance. The researcher includes the assessment of gaps, management capabilities, technologies, factors influencing performance and productivity, and ways of adapting to the changing external business landscape. To interpret the collected data, frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, Pearson-r correlation were used in quantitative data, and thematic analysis for the qualitative responses. The data gathered from the FM team supporting different clients and as senior leaders, signifies that there is no significant difference in operations and technology to support clients. However, minor improvements and recommendations by senior leaders can be considered and can contribute to effective and efficient operations.

Implementation Of the National Movement Program To Increase The Production And Quality Of Cocoa Plants In Sigi District

Abstract: This study aims to determine and understand the performance of plantation field extension workers who work in the context of managing the National movement program of cocoa in Sigi Regency. This research uses the performance&#8230; ance theory proposed by Robbins, consisting of 3 main aspects of assessment, namely: motivation, ability, and opportunity. The research method used, qualitative with a descriptive approach, involved a number of informants interviewed during the study, in addition to displaying as supporting data secondary, the results of the study of literature and the study of documents. This study concluded that the performance of agricultural extension workers working in the National movement program for cocoa in Sigi Regency has not been maximized, not only due to aspects of: motivation, ability, and opportunity, but also caused by various other factors.

Abstract: Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a significant role in supporting the economic development of countries, including Indonesia. In 2019, SMEs has reached 63,95 million units which took over 99,62% of all businesses&#8230; in Indonesia. SMEs also have contributed 61.79% to Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product in 2020, hence making them an important contributor to the country’s economic growth. However, SMEs hold some weaknesses compared to large and modern businesses which its limited financial condition and difficulties when applying for funding to the bank due to their lack of proper reporting financial statements in accordance with the accounting standards. In order to resolve this issue, the role of independent auditors holds essential part in making SMEs more bankable by auditing their financial statements. Therefore, the financial statement of SMEs will be more reliable so that the bank will approve SMEs credit application.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that lead to fraud in a commercial entity. The company that manufactures food, is the subject of this study. You will undoubtedly discover fraud done by connected parties&#8230; ies when carrying out producing operations until sales. The owners and staff of production, sales, and delivery companies were observed, and interviews with them were conducted as major data sources for this study. This study provides evidence of fraud. The company should take early preventative measures to avoid risks (risks that are not anticipated by the company) from emerging. And with it, perhaps, the use of fraud risk management will help the business reduce current fraud. Implementing fraud risk management involves a number of processes, beginning with an analysis of the internal environment of the corporate organization, followed by the identification of the hazards (risks) that frequently occur so that risk identification and risk mapping may be done. The final point is how to control those risks. Overall, Wanda Putra Kencana's risk management has been fairly effective; the company has implemented physical control, monitoring, and enforcement, as well as rewards and penalties.

Strengthening Bali's Reserve Economic Base: The Identification Made Pre And During Pandemic

Abstract: Bali is the province hardest strike by the Covid-19 pandemic. The drying up of tourist arrivals strike accommodation and transportation businesses. Until now, the government has not heard any special actions to restore that’s&#8230; hat’s Indonesian tourism icon. Therefore, in a decentralized system, understanding the economic characteristics of a region is important to increase economic productivity to make it more optimal. In this regard, this analysis aims to provide an overview of the economic characteristics in the province of Bali before the pandemic and during the pandemic and identify potential sectors that need to be developed. This study uses the Location Quotient, Shift-Share, Klassen Typology, and Overlay analysis methods from 2010 to 2021. From the results of the research, Bali Province before the pandemic had five leading sectors, but during the pandemic, Bali Province did not move only one base sector can become a mainstay, further innovation strategies are needed to stimulate Bali's economy to rise to the way it was before the pandemic. It takes the right policies from the Central and Regional Governments to make innovations and strategies so that the Bali economy returns to what it was before the pandemic.

The Effect of Macroeconomic Factors on The Financial Performance of Banking in Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of short-term and long-term macroeconomic factors on the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The dependent variables in this study are Return on Assets (ROA), Financial&#8230; nancial to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operating Costs of Operating Income (BOPO) as proxies of financial performance. While the independent variables are industrial production index (IPI), inflation, BI rate, composite stock price index (CSPI) and exchange rates. The analytical method used is Vector Error Correction Models (VECM). The data used in this study are monthly time series data from January 2010 - December 2015. The results of the study state that in the long term the influence of the Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets ( ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a positive and significant impact on Return on Assets (ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a positive and significant influence on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a negative and significant effect on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). The short-term effect of macroeconomic variables on financial performance (ROA, FDR and BOPO) does not show a significant relationship.

The Effect of Compensation and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Anugerah Riau Mustika

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. This research was conducted from September 2021 to April 2022 at PT Anugerah Riau&#8230; iau Mustika which is located on Jalan Paus No. 127 Pekanbaru. The target of this study is employees at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika who are still working in 2022. The population in this study was 52, to determine the sample used the slovin technique with a sample of 34. Data obtained from through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, analysis of multiple linear regression equations, classical assumption test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS (Statistics Product Service and Solution) program version 20.0. Based on the hypothesis and analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that compensation has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Work motivation does not have a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation contributed 50.2% to employee performance at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika, while the rest were outside the regression equation or variables that were not studied in this study.

Management Increasing Work Motivation to Adaptation of Work Culture During Work From Home (WFH) at PT. Gemilang Rizky Medika

Abstract: Working from home can be a very effective behavior for cost efficiency or consumption expenditure and transportation costs that must be issued when working in the office. This should make employees more comfortable and more&#8230; ore productive at work. However, in practice there are many problems faced by companies when applying the WFH method, one of which is the lack of increasing employee motivation at work and even decreasing motivation as happened at PT Gemilang Rizky Medika. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data was obtained by interviewing the owner of the company. The results of this study state that the causes of employees of PT Gemilang Rizky Medika losing work motivation when organizational culture changes occur, among others, being unfamiliar with the work system at home, lack of work facilities at home and lack of coordination between teams. The forms of motivation given by the leadership of PT Gemilang Rizky Medika to employees during WFH include: 1) communication between leaders and subordinates must run well; 2) awarding employees; 3) work flexibility that is not too tight and 4) providing supervision and punishment to employees.

Utilization of Instagram as a Marketing Media (Case Study of Online Buying Services @my_shopper.id)

Abstract: The rapid development of the world of information and communication has made changes in the world of marketing, one of which is the existence of social media marketing. Various social media platforms are now provided including&#8230; luding TikTok, Line, WhatsApp, YouTube and so on. Instagram is no exception, which is used as a marketing medium by the courier service (jastip) @my_shopper.id. The purpose of this study is to find out the use of Instagram as a marketing medium for the courier service business @my_shopper.id. A service for depositing branded goods such as clothes, bags, perfumes and others. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive type to clearly know the information from the jastip account owner regarding the use of Instagram social media as a marketing tool. Data collection is carried out by in-depth interviews with account owners, then collects documentation by capturing content layers used in Instagram accounts. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman, namely by data reduction, data presentation and verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques for conducting interviews and collecting documents to informants. The results of the study indicate that the surrogate service account (jastip) @my_shopper.id does social media marketing through an Instagram account. Account owners use various available features such as comment fields, Instagram bio, Instagram traffic, feeds, reels. The content created also varies such as product photos, product review videos, uploading customer testimonials to uploads regarding the order packaging process. The use of Instagram as a marketing medium has the advantage of increasing traffic and making people know about this jastip. Weaknesses obtained include missing information, sometimes customers do not know branded products and entrusting services.
