itions, use of working time, work standards, and work stress was measured through indicators of task demands, role demands, organizational leadership, and interpersonal demands. The research population consisted of 36 people with a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were obtained from Likert-scale questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis conducted, it was found that the research data met the normality assumption, as indicated by a significant value of 0.087, meaning that the data were normally distributed. In addition, the results of the linearity test showed a significance value of deviation from linearity of 0.500, which means that the relationship between workload and work stress is linear. Furthermore, the results of the simple linear regression test showed that there was a relationship between workload and work stress with a result of 0.534, meaning that there is a fairly strong relationship between workload and work stress.
Abstract:Background: Anemia is a condition in which the level of red blood cells or hemoglobin in the body is below normal. In pregnant women, anemia can pose health risks to both the mother and the fetus. One of the non-pharmacological…
logical treatments that can be used is the administration of natural ingredients such as beetroot, which serves as an alternative due to its content of iron, folic acid, and vitamin C that can help increase hemoglobin levels. Objective: To provide an overview of the implementation of beetroot juice to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia. Methods: This study used a case study design involving one pregnant woman with anemia who met the inclusion criteria. The intervention consisted of administering 200 ml of beetroot juice per day for seven consecutive days. Evaluation was carried out by measuring hemoglobin levels before and after the intervention using the Easy Touch GCHb device. Results: The results showed that hemoglobin levels increased from 10.5 g/dL before the intervention to 11.8 g/dL after seven days, with an increase of 1.3 g/dL. Conclusion: Regular administration of beetroot juice is effective in increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia.

und management is key to preventing further complications. Modern dressings based on the moist wound healing principle have been proven more effective than conventional methods, as they maintain wound moisture and support tissue regeneration. Objective: To describe the treatment of diabetic ulcers using the modern dressing method with red fruit (Pandanus conoideus Lamk) ointment in Gelang Village, Rakit District. Methods : This study used a descriptive case study approach involving one diabetic ulcer patient who met the inclusion criteria. Wound care was performed every two days for 14 days using modern dressing and red fruit ointment. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results: There was an improvement in wound conditions after the application of red fruit ointment, marked by an increase in granulation tissue and a decrease in necrotic tissue. The active ingredients in the ointment such as β-carotene, tocopherol, oleic acid, and linoleic acid have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that accelerate the healing process. Conclusion: Modern dressing with red fruit ointment is effective in accelerating the healing process of diabetic ulcers and can serve as an alternative topical therapy to support optimal wound recovery

s through complementary therapy using natural ingredients such as tomato juice and dragon fruit juice, which contain various active compounds such as lycopene, fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. Objective: To determine the effect of tomato juice and dragon fruit juice on 2-hour post prandial blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: This research is a case study with two subjects who met the inclusion criteria. The intervention was administered for 7 days, during which subjects consumed tomato juice and dragon fruit juice. Blood glucose levels were measured before and after the intervention using an Easy Touch device. Results: The study showed a decrease in blood glucose levels after administration of both juices. This indicates that the combination of tomato juice and dragon fruit juice can significantly lower blood glucose levels. Conclusion: Administering tomato juice and dragon fruit juice can be an effective complementary therapy in lowering blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

a case study approach in administrative services in Tamalate District. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with government employees and service users, direct observation of the service process, and analysis of relevant documents. The results of the study indicate that the work ethics of government employees in providing public services is still not optimal. Some employees exhibit unprofessional behavior, such as slow service delivery, lack of empathy towards the public, and low transparency in the service process. However, there are also employees who demonstrate positive behavior, such as providing clear and accurate information, and praying friendly and patient in serving the public. This study concludes that improving the work ethics of government employees is essential through public service ethics training programs, strict supervision, and regular evaluation and monitoring of employee performance. This effort is crucial to ensure public services meet the standards of professionalism, transparency, and accountability as mandated by Law Number 25 of 2009. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the quality of public services in Tamalate District and serve as a reference for similar research in the future.

Abstract:Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under 5 years of age due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1.000 days of life (HPK), which is apparent after the child is years old, resulting in the…
e child being shorter than thein peers In Purbalingga Regency, the prevalence of stunting in toddlers is 26,8 %, wasting in toddlers is 6,5 %, and underweight in toddlers 16,1%. The prevalence of stunting in Purbalingga Regency remains relatively high, thus requiring affordable and safe local nutritional interventions to support the growth and development of children under five. One of the alternative approaches to address stunting is through the provision of moringa leaf pudding. This study aimed to determine the changes in body weight and height after the administration of moringa leaf pudding in a stunted toddler over a 14-day intervention. This qualitative case study was conducted on a two-year-old stunted toddler (An. M). The intervention consisted of providing 100 grams of moringa leaf pudding every two days (a total of seven servings) over 14 days. Anthropometric measurements were taken at baseline (before intervention), at the seventh meeting, and at the end of the intervention (fourteenth meeting). In addition, observation of pudding acceptance and a brief interview with the family regarding dietary habits were conducted. After receiving moringa leaf pudding every two days for 14 days, the toddler experienced a weight gain of 0.4 kg and an increase in height of 0.9 cm. Observations indicated that the child accepted the moringa leaf pudding well, although mild boredom occurred midway through the intervention. Interviews with the family revealed that the provision of moringa leaf pudding improved the toddler’s appetite, leading to measurable weight and height gains. The provision of moringa leaf pudding every two days for 14 days had a positive effect on increasing body weight and height in this case of a stunted toddler. Therefore, moringa leaf pudding may serve as an alternative nutritional support to improve the growth of stunted children, particularly in regions with a high prevalence of stunting.
Abstract:Febris fever is a condition in which body temperature rises above normal due to an increase in the temperature-regulating center located in the hypothalamus. Red Onion can be used for compress because they contain the organic…
ganic sulfur compound Allylcysteine Sulfoxide. After applying an onion compress, body temperature decreases because blood flow returns to the blood vessels near the skin's surface, thus optimizing heat dissipation. To determine the effectiveness of applying onion compress to children with fever. This study used a descriptive case study approach and was conducted in Kemojing Village. After applying onion compresses for three days, with each session lasting 15 minutes, the children's body temperature decreased. The initial body temperature was 38.4°C, which decreased to 36.8°C by the end of the third day. Using onion compresses on children with fever can effectively reduce their body temperature.
