Abstract: The village is the government that communicates directly with the community and is the center of government development. As such, the village government is an important part of the administration, and the village can have… e the power to regulate and manage the interests of the community. To achieve community participation, the government has established a forum to implement development plans, namely Muslembang. If community participation is an element of the village development process, community participation has a significant impact on decision-making. The purpose of this study is to obtain an explanatory overview of community participation in the village RKP planning process in Paopao Village, Tanete Lilau District, and to clarify what are the factors that support and hinder community participation in the village RKP planning process. to clarify. Baloo's regent. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative. The location of this survey is in Paopao Village, Tanete Lilau District, Bal Regency. The data collection process used by researchers includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: In 2019 and 2020, community participation in the village RKP planning process in Paopao Village, Tanete Lilau District, Baru Regency, only village officials participated in the RKP design team, community empowerment executives and community members. elements were not involved. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data obtained in ready-made form from the Department of Industry and Trade (DISPERINDAG) and the Department of Manpower and Transmigration (DISNAKERTRANS) during 2016-2020. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that investment has a positive and significant effect on employment in the industrial sector and the minimum wage has a positive and insignificant effect on employment.

The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Employee Turnover Intention in Companies PT Hadji Kalla Branch Urip Sumoharjo

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Panakkukang District, Makassar City, the subjects in this study were&#8230; re 51 employees working at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using the IMB SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of -3.055 where <t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. The results of the study show that compensation has no significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of 0.615 < t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.541 > 0.05. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 11.859 > 3.19 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05.

The Influence of Motivation and Work Environment on The Performance Employees of Trade and Industrial Department of Gowa District

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Department&#8230; t of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency, totaling 40 people. The number of samples used is the entire population because there are less than 100 people, namely the type of saturated cover, with this type of quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique.The results of the research after being processed with SPSS. 21 Based on the results of the research it shows that motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work environment (X2) has an effect on employee performance, and in terms of positive influence it also has a significant impact. The Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on The Performance of Employees in Garanangkeke Sub-District, Bantaeng District

Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of motivation and work discipline jointly&#8230; ointly on employee performance in the Gantarangkeke sub-district office, Gantarangkeke district, Bantaeng regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample size of 41 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the work motivation variable obtained t-count 2.552 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, then H1 is accepted, which means that the work motivation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance variable. While the work discipline variable obtained t-count 7.189 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted which means the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. Based on the research results it is known that the performance variable, obtained f-count 35.267, where the value is greater than f-table 3.24. And a significant value of 0.000 indicates that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance variables together. t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted, which means that the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the recruitment system has a partial effect on increasing employee productivity at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng district. (2) Knowing that employee&#8230; oyee performance has a partial effect on increasing employee productivity at the banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng regency. (3) Knowing the recruitment system and employee performance simultaneously influence the increase in employee productivity at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng regency. This research was conducted at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng district. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with a total sample of 30 people. The results of the research hypothesis show that the recruitment system has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with a good recruitment system, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. Adoption of Small-Scale Irrigation and Its impact on Household’s Income in Dugda Districts, East Shewa Zone, Oromia, Ethiopia

Abstract: The major of this study was to estimate the impact of Adoption of Small-Scale Irrigation in Dugda district. Data were collected from both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was collected from 384 household&#8230; heads in four kebeles of the district using structured questionnaire. Descriptive, logit and propensity score matching techniques were used for data analysis. The study finding from the propensity score matching technique revealed that the incomes of adopters of small scale irrigation were increased by 37,696.06ETB per annum. This calls for strengthening the available irrigation facilities and expansion of irrigation sector in the study area.

The Influence of Competence on Employee Performance at the Office of Education and Culture of Enrekang District

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of competence on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency. The independent variable in this study is employee competency, while the dependent variable&#8230; riable is employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of respondents used in this study were 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 13.00 for windows. The results of this study were obtained from the t test showing a significant influence between the two variables with a sig probability. of 0.009 where this value is much smaller than 0.05. This means that competence has a significant influence on employee performance. Because the significant value is smaller than the error rate (0.05). The conclusion is that employee competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency.

Comparison of Business Income on Tajuk and Manjung Short Onion Farming in Tande Village Majene Regency West Sulawesi

Abstract: Red onion is a vegetable commodity that has high economic value in terms of fulfilling national consumption and sources of income. There are 2 types of shallots planted by farmers in the Tande Village, namely Tajuk and Manjung.&#8230; anjung. There fore we want to see which variety is more profitable. This study aims: (1) to compare the productivity of Tajuk and Manjung shallot farming in Tande Village, East Banggae District, East Banggae Regency (2) to determine the comparison of Tajuk and Manjung shallot farming income in Tande Village, East Banggae District, East Banggae Regency. The research method used is by means of purposive sampling by way of consideration that is having a lot of farmer groups. The samples in this study were 20 farmers of the Tajuk variety and 20 samples of the Manjung variety of shallot farmers. The results showed that (1) the average shallot productivity for the Tajuk variety (Sipatuo Farmers Group) on a 3.40 ha land area was 3.42 tons/ha with an average production of 11.53 tons, and on a 1 ha land area the average the average productivity is 8.50 tons/ha with a total production of 8.50 tons. Whereas for the Manjung variety (Lestari Green Farming Group) the average productivity on a land area of 3.25 Ha is 3.18 Tons/Ha with a total production of 10.32 Tons, - the average shallot productivity on 1 Ha land is 7.90 Tons /Ha with total production of 7.90 tons. (2) the average income of Tajuk shallot farmers is greater than the average income of Manjung shallot farmers. The average income of shallot crowns on a land area of 3.40 Ha is Rp. 79,694,286 the average income of farmers on 1 Ha of land is Rp. 132,486,668. Whereas for the Manjung variety, the average income on a land area of 3.25 is Rp. 63,679,020, - the average income of farmers on 1 Ha of land is Rp. 120,517,501.
