The research problem is how teachers’ classroom management strategies are implemented and the extent of their effectiveness in supporting the learning process under conditions of limited time, interaction, and facilities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of classroom management during PTMT using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that classroom management is categorized as highly effective, with 85% of learning activities implemented as planned, 88% of teachers applying active learning strategies, and 90% of classroom arrangements complying with health protocols, resulting in a 40% reduction in classroom disturbances. Furthermore, 78% of students reported greater comfort in a conducive learning environment, while the utilization of sanitation facilities consistently reached 95%. Although 82% of teachers experienced an increased workload, learning stability was maintained through adaptive strategies and collaboration. The study concludes that the effectiveness of classroom management is determined by the integration of instructional planning, environmental management, and students’ psychosocial adaptation. The novelty of this study lies in the concept of crisis-based adaptive classroom management that simultaneously integrates pedagogical, health, and character-building dimensions, while emphasizing teachers’ dual roles as facilitators and risk managers in the PTMT context. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing classroom management practices in secondary schools during crisis and educational transition situations, as well as strengthening more responsive, flexible, and sustainable learning policies aimed at improving student learning outcomes in the current Indonesian educational context.

the Bulutellue Village community. This research applies qualitative research methods. Data was collected through literature review and field research. Field data was collected by conducting participant observation and in-depth interviews with 9 people. Data analysis was carried out by applying the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) the mattoana bola celebration is carried out by small families who have successfully built a house and lived in it for approximately three years in a healthy condition and with sufficient sustenance. The mattoana bola celebration is an expression of gratitude to Allah by carrying out several stages, including mattanra esso, maddareheng, massolong bola, mabbarasanji, and mabbaca doang salama. (2) the implementation of the mattoana bola celebration has an important meaning for the people of Bulutellue Village because it contains several values, namely, the value of mutual cooperation, the value of togetherness, religious values, and the value of obedience to leaders.

Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang dianalisis dan dituliskan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan individu sebanyak delapan orang informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sibali reso yang ada di Desa Bulutellue merupakan suatu bentuk modal sosial yang menekankan pada kebersamaan masyarakat untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup bersama dan melakukan perubahan yang lebih baik serta penyesuaian secara terus menerus. Kehadiran sikap sibali reso diterapkan dalam masyarakat merupakan suatu bentuk simbiosis mutualisme yang sama-sama menguntungkan kedua belah pihak yang terlibat dalam proses ini. Dengan dibudayakan secara terus-menerus sikap ini mampu memberikan dampak ypositif dimana selain menjalin hubungan silaturahmi antar sesama manusia dalam hal tolong-menolong juga mampu untuk meningkatkan rasa solidaritas kebersamaan serta menghasilkan suatu pekerjaan yang lebih mudah dan bisa memberikan hasil pertanian yang berlimpah.
