Abstract:Money politics, referred to as "the mother of corruption," is a major and frequent problem in Indonesia’s direct leadership succession processes. Voter choice is not merely a procedure; the electoral process is an important…
rtant instrument to correct, assess, evaluate, and improve the administration of government. If vote-buying is allowed to continue, its impact can be significant and even harm the state or regions. Candidates who win through vote-buying have the potential to maintain power in an unhealthy manner.
This study aims to analyze the role of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Tanimbar Islands Regency in efforts to prevent vote-buying during the 2024 Regional Head Election. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings indicate that Bawaslu implemented various preventive strategies, such as public outreach, vulnerability mapping, and anti–vote-buying patrols. However, several constraints were identified, including limited human resources, difficult and remote geographic conditions, and a local political culture that remains tolerant of vote-buying transactions. This study recommends increasing community participation, utilizing technology in oversight activities, and strengthening cross-institutional collaboration to make efforts to prevent vote-buying more effective.
Abstract:Development is a continuous process of qualitative change towards maturity, marked by increased organ function, cognitive, emotional, motoric, and behavioral abilities. Early adulthood is a period of human development from…
om adolescence to adulthood. Early adulthood begins between the ages of 16 and 40. In the human lifespan, adulthood plays an important role as a phase in which individuals experience various changes and adjustments. In this developmental process, several possible behavioral changes are very influential, including hedonism. The view of hedonism is often associated with consumptive and hedonistic behavior. People who adhere to hedonism will always seek ways to obtain pleasure, whether material, physical, or spiritual pleasure. Related to the increasingly advanced world of education, various learning models are implemented as an effort to adapt to the times. One of them is the deep learning learning model, deep learning is a pedagogical approach that focuses on understanding substantial concepts in depth, not just the breadth of material, through meaningful, conscious, and enjoyable (holistic) learning experiences. This study aims to analyze how hedonism in the application of the deep learning learning model influences the development of students' early adulthood, using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show a significant influence between hedonistic attitudes in the application of deep learning and early adulthood development, as seen through observations and interviews conducted directly during the learning process. One observation revealed that students appeared relaxed and enjoyed group assignments, as some paid to be relieved of responsibility for completing them.

Abstract:Digitalization in education continues to increase, particularly in the use of learning media. However, various challenges associated with the emergence of eras based on birth years often lead to differing perspectives on…
improving the quality of education today. The process of integrating Powtoon learning media with a sense of responsibility in Gen Z students requires a comprehensive effort, considering that the assessment indicators for this attitude are crucial for learners in the modern era. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

rning there are learning models and methods. In this study, the learning carried out applies the direct learning model and the Kumon method. This descriptive study aims to describe the management of learning carried out by teachers in implementing direct learning models with the Kumon method, student activities during the learning process, student learning outcomes after the learning is implemented and student responses to learning and carried out at SMAN-1 Krian with the subjects of the study being students of class XI IPA 6 and mathematics teachers of class XI IPA 6. The results of the study are that the management of learning carried out by teachers is included in the good criteria, namely with a score of 3.03, student activities that are desired during the learning process other than irrelevant activities appear with a percentage of 90.09% with the dominant activity being listening / paying attention to the teacher's explanation, student learning outcomes in this study are out of 34 students, 31 students completed and 3 students did not complete. Classically, students completed with a percentage of 91.18%, the students' response to this learning was positive, namely out of 34 students, 75% expressed a positive response to the learning.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze public policy evaluation and environmental governance issues surrounding the Rempang Eco City Project in Indonesia, particularly following its exclusion from the National Strategic Project agenda.…
da. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method and systematic literature review from government regulations, scientific journals, environmental organization reports, official investigations, and national media coverage related to Rempang Island. Data were analyzed using public policy and environmental mitigation perspectives. The findings indicate that the Rempang Eco City policy generated serious social conflicts, ecological threats, and legal uncertainty due to weak community participation during the policy formulation process. From an environmental mitigation perspective, the industrialization of Rempang Island has the potential to trigger coastal ecosystem destruction, air and water pollution, coastal abrasion, loss of fishermen’s livelihoods, and prolonged social conflict. The government’s recent decision to remove Rempang Eco City from the National Strategic Project list is considered an important corrective policy. However, unresolved legal and environmental governance issues remain. Policy evaluation based on effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness demonstrates that the Rempang Eco City policy failed to fulfill the principles of sustainable development and good governance.
