and how transformational leadership affects organizational culture, employee motivation, and academic performance in educational settings. The results showed that transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping a positive and inclusive organizational culture, focusing on empowerment, shared vision, and open communication. The dimension of individual empowerment through responsibility and autonomy creates a work climate that supports creativity and growth. A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. Although this study provides a deeper understanding, recognition of the critiques and limitations of previous studies provides a foothold for further research in exploring the complexities of transformational leadership in educational organizations.

ce at the Siantar City Manpower Office. The focus of the study is limited to two independent variables, namely work stress and work motivation, and one dependent variable, namely employee performance. The formulation of the problem raised is whether work stress and work motivation affect employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 58 people who were also used as samples. The approach used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires and using secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing through the t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the Coefficient of Determination (R²). The results of the study show a regression model Y = 0.550 + 0.447X₁ + 0.398X₂, where X₁ is work stress and X₂ is work motivation. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05) and a t-count of 3.543 (> t-table 1.673). Work motivation also shows a partial significant effect with a significance value of 0.002 (<0.05) and a t-count of 3.225 (> t-table 1.673). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and an F-count of 34.156 (> F-table 3.17). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.554 indicates that 55.4% of the variation in employee performance is influenced by work stress and work motivation, while the remaining 44.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Thus, the relationship between work stress, work motivation, and employee performance is quite strong but not dominant.

Medan City Employment Service. The author limits the problem only to the effect of stress and work motivation on employee performance at the Medan City Employment Agency. Formulation of the problem whether work stress and work motivation affect employee performance at the Medan City Employment Agency, the population in this study totaled 58 people as the sample. The type of this research is quantitative research, with secondary data and distributing questionnaires to respondents as a data source. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing is done by Partial Test (t), Simultaneous Test (F) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of this study are Y = 0.550 + 0.447 X1 + 0.398 X2. The stress variable has a partial effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 <0.05 and the t-count value of 3.543 > t-table 1.673. The motivation variable has a partial effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of 0.002 <0.05 and the t-count value of 3.225 > t-table 1.673, the hypothesis is accepted. The variables of stress and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the resulting sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount value of 34.156 while Ftable is 3.17 so Fcount > Ftable. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) it is known that the R square value is 0.554 which means that the influence of stress and motivation variables on performance variables is 55.4%. It means having a relationship that is not too strong. While the remaining 44.6% is caused by other factors outside the research.

s cooperation. This condition will certainly lead to poor coordination and influence employee performance that is less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication climate on employee performance at the Karo Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) . This research used the methods of validity testing of research instruments, reliability testing of research instruments, classical assumption testing, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and research hypothesis testing. Linear regression equation Y = 7, 429 + 7 74 X. The results of the t-test of Organizational Communication Climate (X) with the calculated t-value of the Organizational Climate variable is 1 8.378 and the t- table value is 1.70814 , so the calculated t-value > t -table (1 8.378 > 1.70814 ) and the sig value < 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) . The results of the R- square coefficient of determination are 932. This shows the understanding that the increase in the Performance of Karo Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Employees is influenced by 93.2% by the Organizational Communication Climate while the remaining 6.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study such as personal factors, situational factors, leadership style and compensation.

enting investment in Indonesia today, one of which is the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. The investment performance of a region can be reflected in the Capital Output Ratio (COR) and Incremental Output Ratio (ICOR). The development of the availability of investment in an area can be measured from the Capital Output Ratio (COR) which is the ratio between realized investment and the income of a region or GRDP. Meanwhile, the amount of investment capacity of a region in increasing any increase in regional income can be measured from the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR). If you look at the development of ICOR in Pekanbaru City, it has fluctuated, in 2016 it rose to 15.62 then in 2017 it decreased to 14.27, then in 2018 it became 15.57 and in 2019 it increased to 13.27 and in 2020 it decreased to -17.33 this is influenced by the Covid 19 Pandemic factor which causes all business sectors to slow down, in 2021 with a value of 15.87. From the results of the analysis of the Projection Investment Needs formulation, it is found that the investment needs in the city of Pekanbaru as much as Rp. 129 682.91 billion, it can be seen that the Base sector is in dire need of investment in 2023, which is 65.4%, the Business Fields are Manufacturing, Construction, Wholesale and Retail Trade., Car and motorcycle repair.
