Multiple linear regression results show that the three independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty, but only Customer Trust has a significant partial effect. The Adjusted R Square indicates that the independent variables explain approximately 41.4% of the variation in customer loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of building customer trust as a key strategy in maintaining loyalty on e-commerce platforms.

rch is directed at the identification of the educational, normative, symbolic, integrative, and communicative functions of oral traditions related to the life cycle of society, including birth, marriage, and death. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic-descriptive design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation of traditional narratives submitted by two key informants, namely traditional speakers (manehelo) and local traditional leaders. Data analysis was carried out thematically to map the social function of traditional narratives in the context of people's social lives. The results of the study show that traditional narratives and traditional bini poetry play an important role as a medium for inheriting traditional values, collective memory, local cosmology, and inter-generational social ethics. This oral tradition functions as a means of informal education, a regulator of social norms, a symbol of representation of the Rote people's worldview, a strengthening of social cohesion, and a cultural communication medium that maintains the continuity of the socio-cultural identity of the local community. This research confirms that the oral tradition of bini is not just an aesthetic expression, but a living and adaptive socio-cultural system. These findings contribute to strengthening the study of oral literature and cultural anthropology, especially in the context of Indonesian archipelago communities.

of the pre-adjusted tread, errors or variations often occur in the measurements taken by the measuring device due to its lack of accuracy. This prevents operators from using the tyre tread and can result in a large amount of scrap and wasted time during the tyre manufacturing process. To overcome this problem, a redesigned tread length measurement system with a higher level of accuracy was created to minimise tread length fluctuations during tyre manufacturing. The results of the tread length measurement procedure using the ENC-1-1-24-N type rotary encoder can function according to the program created. This is validated by the tread length measurement data. The results of the HMI display design and the software created can operate according to the desired instructions. To change the tread length, the operator only needs to enter the number on the HMI panel.

spread of hoaxes, and the lack of politeness in communication have emerged alongside the increase in digital platform usage, indicating a decline in digital morals. This study is a qualitative research using the library research method. The primary data are drawn from Ibn Miskawayh’s seminal work, Tahdhib al-Akhlaq, which is analyzed using content analysis and descriptive-philosophical methods. The results show that Ibn Miskawayh’s concept of moral education remains relevant as a foundation for digital ethics through three main pillars: first, the concept of al-wasat (moderation) which trains social media users to be wise and proportional in consuming information; second, the strengthening of cognitive power (al-quwwah al-nathiqah) to filter negative content; and third, the formation of character based on internal self-control to achieve justice (‘adalah) when interacting in virtual public spaces. The conclusion of this research confirms that Ibn Miskawayh’s thoughts provide a curative and preventive framework for building a more civilized and ethical digital ecosystem.

of modern crimes often leads to legal gaps or vague norms that require judges to conduct judicial law-finding (rechtsvinding) when resolving criminal cases. This research aims to analyze the position of the principle of legality as a legal limit to judicial authority and examine how far judicial law-finding can be carried out without violating the essential principles of criminal law. This study employs a normative legal research method with a statute approach, conceptual approach, case approach, and historical approach. The results demonstrate that the principle of legality plays a crucial role in restricting judicial interpretation to prevent the creation of new offenses that may harm defendants and to ensure punishment can only be imposed based on pre-existing laws. Nonetheless, judicial law-finding remains necessary to address contemporary crimes that are not yet regulated under statutory law. Therefore, a proportional balance between legal certainty and substantive justice is required so that the principle of legality and judicial law-finding can work synergistically within Indonesia’s criminal justice system.

erlap in law enforcement, particularly when investigators and public prosecutors apply more severe charges without comprehensively examining the legal construction of the defendant’s actions, including the social and situational context behind them. This study is a normative legal research that examines the doctrine of judicial legal discovery, principles of criminal law, and the principle of proportionality in sentencing in a more in-depth and structured manner. The results of the study indicate that judges have the authority to interpret the elements of narcotics criminal acts systematically, grammatically, and teleologically to clearly distinguish between “abusive users” and “dealers with the intent to distribute.” Legal discovery is needed to prevent overcriminalization and to ensure the protection of the rights of suspects and defendants throughout the entire criminal justice process. This study concludes that the appropriate method of interpretation is an integration of systematic interpretation, teleological interpretation, and the ratio legis of the Narcotics Law.

This research is a qualitative descriptive research using the main instrument of interviews. The data sources in this research are school principals and teachers at SDN 1 Sungai Besar Banjarbaru and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman concept, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The results of the research show that: 1) How the Principal's Policy and Leadership in implementing the independent learning curriculum includes: Vision and Mission in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum, Policies that support the independent learning curriculum, Leadership periodic collaboration in decision making of the Independent Curriculum 2) Implementation Results by measuring the results of implementation With this policy and leadership, school principals can assess the success and effectiveness of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum and make the necessary adjustments to achieve better results in the future. The principal can evaluate the impact of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum policy and make the necessary adjustments to ensure that all school members get maximum benefits from the implementation of the curriculum. 3) Supporting Factors for the policy and the principal's leadership. a sharia perspective and their implications for fiscal justice among Indonesian Muslims. This study aims to examine and formulate the relationship between zakat and taxes from the perspective of the Qur’an and Hadith in order to produce an applicable reformulation model within the context of Indonesia’s fiscal system. This research employs a qualitative approach using a thematic (maudhu‘i) method applied to primary Islamic texts. Qur’anic verses and Hadiths related to zakat, taxation (kharaj, jizyah, ‘usyur), and fiscal obligations were collected, classified, and comprehensively analyzed to identify the underlying connection between the two. The analysis is further supported by a study of maqashid al-shariah and contemporary ijtihad of Indonesian scholars. This study seeks to produce a reformulation model of the zakat–tax relationship through three possible schemes: (1) a partial substitution model, in which zakat can serve as a deduction for income tax up to a certain limit; (2) a complementary model, positioning zakat as a religious obligation and tax as a civic obligation with distinct functions; and (3) a progressive integrative model, integrating zakat into the national fiscal system through a more comprehensive tax incentive mechanism. The findings indicate that the Qur’an and Hadith provide a flexible foundation for all three models, depending on the context of maslahah and public interest.
