acher performance management that has not been running optimally, especially in MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. The sample in this study was the staff management of the schools, especially the principal, and teacher or educator staff in both schools studied, and the students, both at MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. Then, the research method used in this study was descriptive-holistic aiming at finding out descriptive and holistic explanations as well as examining the assumptions used in more depth based on the findings and interpretations of the data in the research field. The data were collected through documentation techniques, interviews, and direct observation by the researcher. The results showed that the management of teacher performance improvement was able to make teachers professional, when the management of improving teacher performance was carried out based on the principles of scientific management and adjusted to the needs and characteristics of the school. Both schools (Madrasah) have been quite successful in implementing teacher performance management optimally. It could be seen in the efforts of both schools in several aspects examined. The planning aspects of both schools (Madrasah) involved a contextual analysis of all school resources and the school’s goals. The implementation of the aspects, in both schools (Madrasah), involved various performance indicators such as; (1) providing the guidance and distributing teacher self-evaluation tools; (2) carrying out academic supervision; (3) studying and concluding the results of academic supervision; (4) communicating the results of academic supervision to the teachers individually; (5) discussed the follow-up including; (a) conducting a non-formal program covering of handling cases that were individual and casuistic in nature (curative); (b) conducting a formal program, namely handling cases that were general in nature, and carried out by all teachers through training in the form of developing and deepening performance points such as composing a lesson plan. Both schools (Madrasah) showed their uniqueness, especially in the indicators of problem solving and following up. The evaluation aspects of both schools (Madrasah) were quite good at measuring existing education services, as well as measuring the extent to which the school elements have achieved predetermined qualifications. In general, this study concluded that both schools (Madrasah) were quite optimal in implementing teacher performance management by referring to the functional aspects of management; planning, implementation, and evaluation.

e findings of this research reveal that the criminal justice system is based on the normalcy concept, which holds that everyone is physically and cognitively normal. As a result, the investigation, prosecution, and examination processes in court proceedings are exclusively aimed at and created for regular people. Persons with disabilities have been pushed to the margins and perhaps ignored. Persons with disabilities' rights are frequently infringed, both as perpetrators and as witnesses/victims of criminal activities. The medical method should be abandoned in favor of a social approach for the criminal justice system to be pro-people. What's needed is for law enforcement to do their jobs at each stage of the criminal justice system so that people with disabilities can have a fair trial. In the early phases of the criminal justice process, a profile assessment is required to determine the character, challenges, and requirements of people with disabilities.

The conclusion of this study is that domestic violence is part of gender-based violence because violence was born as a result of an imbalance in the pattern of power relations between men and women which was then justified by both state law and religious beliefs as a result of interpretation gender-biased religious texts. Building a pattern of relations that is egalitarian and fair and away from the practice of violence in the context of family life is part of both humanitarian and religious duties.

The results of this study are from two sources of law, namely Islamic Law and Domestic Violence Law which can be used as a legal basis to punish and limit the arbitrariness of a husband against his wife and family members. In addition, the two sources of law view the need for formal juridical protection of a person's human rights and freedoms, preventing arbitrary acts of violating other people's laws without clear or justified reasons. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between Islamic Law and the Domestic Violence Law, including 1) The views of Islamic law and positive law view that domestic violence or violence against wives is a despicable and promiscuous behavior; 2) Correlation about the purpose of punishment; 3) In terms of punishment, it can be said that punishment in the form of imprisonment is a form of takfir punishment in Islamic criminal law.

en siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Uuan. Latar belakang penelitian ini adaah rendahnya minat belajar siswa yang disebabkan kurangnya inovasi guru daam menerapkan model pembelajaran, sehingga masih dominan menggunakan metode ceramah. Jenis penelitian ini adaah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasiona. Popuasi penelitian adaah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Uuan yang berjumlah 31 orang, sekaigus dijadikan sampel dengan teknik tota sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket tertutup dengan skaa Likert. Variabel bebas (X) adaah implementasi model pembelajaran Tos Gambar, sedangkan variabel terikat (Y) adaah minat belajar siswa. Anaisis data menggunakan uji vaiditas, reliabilitas, uji normaitas, koefisien korelasi, uji signifikansi, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran Tos Gambar berada pada kategori sangat berpengaruh, demikian pua minat belajar siswa juga berada pada kategori sangat berpengaruh. Uji korelasi diperoleh nilai r = 0,43 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 18,5%, yang berarti implementasi model pembelajaran Tos Gambar memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Dengan demikian dapat disimpukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Tos Gambar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Uuan.

Penulisan artikel ini dituangkan dalam tulisan yang bersifat deskriptif, yaitu memberikan gambaran tentang eksistensi mediasi penal dengan pendekatan restoratif justice pada penyelesaian tindak pidanaserta untuk mendapatkan data yang diinginkan, penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dimana penulis mempelajari peraturan perundang-undangan, teori yang relevan mengenai pelaksanaan mediasi penal. Kesimpulan dari penulisan artikel ini didapatkan bahwa mediasi penal dengan pendekatan keadilan restoratif atau restorative justice memang sudah harus diupayakan pada pintu awal penyelasaian perkara pidana yakni penyidikan terutama yang sudah disebutkan pada Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 tentang Penanganan tindak pidana namun pada kenyataannya terkadang penyidik masih merasa takut dengan stigma masyarakat yang menganggap kalau mediasi penal dengan pendekatan restorative justice ini merupakan jalan yang haram dalam penyelesaian perkara pidana.
