termine strategies for increasing competitiveness at E11evenkick Academy in Makassar City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive, namely research that aims to describe the nature, circumstances, phenomena, of an individual or group that you want to study. Qualitative research emphasizes quality not quantity and the data collected does not come from questionnaires but comes from interviews, direct observation and other related documents, and in this study the respondents are known as resource persons. The findings of this study explain that E11evenkick Academy is being faced with threats from outside the company but currently these threats can be suppressed and minimized by maximizing and optimizing the internal strengths of E11evenkick Academy. Based on the SWOT analysis, E11 Evenkick Academy is in quadrant II of the SWOT diagram. The strategy that must be implemented is to use the company's strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities by way of a diversification strategy. The diversification strategy in question is how E11evenkick Academy can increase growth, sales and profits through expanding its market sector. This strategy will serve as the basis for E11evenkick Academy to increase competitiveness, especially in Makassar City.

ovide character education in response to this phenomenon, so that students are able to build awareness and resilience in facing digital social pressure. The service methods used include interactive lectures, value simulation, and case study-based mentoring. This activity involved 34 students as the main target and 3 resource persons as facilitators The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the form and impact of digital bullying, as well as the growth of concern and proactive attitude to create a safe school environment. Participants also showed improved ability to manage emotions, understand the importance of strong character, and not respond to pressure with aggressive actions. Based on these results, it is recommended that character education based on anti-bullying values continue to be strengthened through continuous habituation and training programs, in order to form a resilient and adaptive young generation in the digital era.

atest information on tax obligations, how to fill out taxes, and the impact and sanctions of tax administration for the community. Participants in this activity were attended by MSME owners and staff. The participants who attended were 10 (ten) people. The service was carried out through the provision of socialization and counseling materials to business actors related to tax administration sanctions. The methods applied included lectures, practices, discussions, and questions and answers. The evaluation showed an increase in knowledge and understanding of MSME actors on tax administration after participating in this program. Participants showed great enthusiasm during the activity, as seen from active participation in question and answer sessions, discussions, and consultations. This shows that the program successfully attracted their interest and resulted in productive interactions between the resource persons and the participants. The output of this activity is expected to improve MSME tax literacy and create better awareness and compliance with tax regulations, thereby reducing the risk of tax administration sanctions and promoting sustainable growth of MSMEs.

on Damer’s theory. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data has been collected in the analysis by way of presenting, describing, and interpreting data. Research results show that there are twelve data in in this study, such as structural principle (twelve data), relevance (ten data), acceptability (one Data), sufficiency (six data), and rebuttal principle (four data). The researcher found that the structural principle is most dominantly used in the argument because there is a claim from the speaker’s argument to strengthen the speaker’s statement so that it can be accepted by the audience, relevance of reasons that are directly related to the claim, acceptability of the audience's opinion regarding the speakers’ argument, sufficiency provides evidence to strengthen the argument, and rebuttal principle which is the speaker's criticism of the argument presented by the opponent. Therefore, this concluded that the most consistent during the debate was Randa saying that quotas can help gender equality while Christina said that quotas cannot work and only harm because there is no evidence that gender quotas can help equality.

Abstrak: Para anggota Perkumpulan Penyandang Disabilitas Klaten (PPDK) memiliki berbagai produk yang sudah dipasarkan di lingkungan sekitar PPDK, namun dalam pemasaran digital melalui media sosial mereka mengalami kendala dalam pengambilan foto produk ala kadarnya. Para pengrajin belum memiliki keterampilan teknik pengambilan foto produk yang memadai. Pelatihan foto produk ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk anggota PPDK menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk membekali mereka dengan keterampilan foto produk yang mumpuni. Metode pelatihan foto produk yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung, serta pendampingan pasca pelatihan. Hasil dari pelatihan foto produk terjadi peningkatan 13,1% dari nilai rata-rata 80,75 menjadi rata-rata 91,33. Peserta pelatihan mendapatkan skill pengambilan foto produk yang bagus. Hasil foto produk terbaik mencapai nilai 95,00 dengan teknik pemotretan yang bagus hanya menggunakan kamera handphone sudah layak digunakan sebagai konten digital marketing.

The writing team will create a profile for Acrylic Village to help introduce it to the wider community. The author uses the method of interview, observation and library research. In order to introduce this Acrylic Village, the author made a book and profile video to be used as a more effective information medium so as to provide information about Acrylic Village and make it a center for promoting creative economy products.

Kampung Akrilik ini merupakan kampung tematik rajutan penghasil kerajinan tangan, seperti tas rajutan, vas bunga, kotak tisu dan lainnya. Kampung Akrilik masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Saat ini Kampung Akrilik belum mempunyai profil dalam bentuk buku dan video, sehingga untuk mengetahui tentang Kampung Akrilik ini narasumber harus mengulang menyampaikan sejarah, hasil kerajinan, dan lainnya. Tim penulis akan membuat profil untuk Kampung Akrilik supaya membantu memperkenalkan ke masyarakan luas. Penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, obervasi dan penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam rangka memperkenalkan Kampung Akrilik ini penulis membuat buku dan video profil untuk dijadikan media informasi yang lebih efektif sehingga memberikan informasi tentang Kampung Akrilik dan menjadikan sentra promosi produk ekonomi kreatif.

The stigma of Indonesian society that is still very strong regarding ODGJ is not as strong as that of other people with disabilities. This should not be allowed because it will result in a violation of dignity and value. The purpose of this activity is to establish and optimize the role of Mental Health Cadres (KKJ) in the community who are trained in the early detection of mental disorders in the community. This activity was carried out in the Magelang village in the Central Magelang subdistrict, Magelang city. With a population of 6,441 people, most of the community work in the Magelang village is working in the field of community services, government & individuals. In the 2019 Magelang sub-district has 18 patients with mental disorders. The results of the activities of the formation of mental health cadres (KKJ) in the community trained as many as 15 active cadres and are able to conduct early detection of mental disorders in the community so that the number of ODGJ of Magelang village is known to be 34 people and there are 2 people at risk of mental disorders. After knowing the number of ODGJ cadres implementing to the community one of them by providing psychological knowledge for families and communities.

Abstrak: Masalah disabilitas saat ini menjadi masalah kesehatan global. Akibat adanya masalah disabilitas mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kualitas kesehatan perseorangan maupun masyarakat. Penyandang disabilitas bukan hanya orang yang mengalami kecacatan fisik saja. Orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) termasuk dalam golongan penyandang disabilitas. Stigma masyarakat Indonesia yang masih sangat kuat mengenai ODGJ tidak sekuat pada penyandang disabilitas lainnya. Hal ini tidak boleh dibiarkan karena akan mengakibatkan pelanggaran martabat dan nilai. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk membentuk dan mengoptimalkan peran Kader Kesehatan Jiwa (KKJ) di masyarakat yang terlatih dalam melakukan deteksi dini kasus gangguan jiwa di masyarakat. kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pendampingan kepada kader serta membantu para kader yang telah melakukan pelatihan tentang kesehatan jiwa. Dalam melakukan deteksi dini gangguan jiwa dimasyarakat dan pemetaan rumah penyandang disabilitas. Hasil kegiatan terbentuknya Kader Kesehatan Jiwa (KKJ) di masyarakat yang terlatih sebanyak 15 kader aktif dan mampu melakukan deteksi dini gangguan jiwa dimasyarakat sehingga diketahui jumlah ODGJ kelurahan magelang sebanyak 34 orang dan resiko gangguan jiwa ada 2 orang. Setelah diketahuinya jumlah ODGJ kader melakukan implementasi ke masyarakat salah satunya dengan cara memberikan pengetahuan psikologis bagi keluarga dan masyarakat.

e findings of this research reveal that the criminal justice system is based on the normalcy concept, which holds that everyone is physically and cognitively normal. As a result, the investigation, prosecution, and examination processes in court proceedings are exclusively aimed at and created for regular people. Persons with disabilities have been pushed to the margins and perhaps ignored. Persons with disabilities' rights are frequently infringed, both as perpetrators and as witnesses/victims of criminal activities. The medical method should be abandoned in favor of a social approach for the criminal justice system to be pro-people. What's needed is for law enforcement to do their jobs at each stage of the criminal justice system so that people with disabilities can have a fair trial. In the early phases of the criminal justice process, a profile assessment is required to determine the character, challenges, and requirements of people with disabilities.
