that arose was the suspicion of injustice for the villagers who received BLT. There is a need for a transparent system to inform the criteria for BLT recipients. The more criteria for poor and vulnerable families that were met, the priority for BLT village fund recipients. BLT priority assessment based on the aspect of the criteria that apply by law is implemented using PhpMyadmin. The development of a web-based information system made it easier to inform villagers of the names of BLT priority recipients based on the reasons that had been collected and then ranked. The resulting system helps employees of the Pagar Jati Village office to inform BLT recipients in a technological system built with the water fall method including data collection, problem analysis, design, testing and system evaluation.

Abstrak: Pendemi mengakibatkan perekonomian menurun drastis, bahkan banyak warga yang kehilangan sumber mata pencaharian. Pemerintah secara langsung mengucurkan dana dalam bentuk Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu kecurigaan adanya ketidakadilan bagi warga desa penerima BLT. Perlu adanya sistem yang transparan menginformasikan kriteria penerima BLT. Semakin banyak kriteria keluarga miskin dan rentan yang dipenuhi, menjadi prioritas penerima BLT dana desa. Penilaian prioritas BLT berdasarkan aspek kriteria yang berlaku secara undang-undang diimplementasikan menggunakan PhpMyadmin. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web mempermudah menginformasikan pada warga desa nama-nama penerima prioritas BLT berdasarkan alasan-alasan yang sudah dikumpulkan lalu diranking. Sistem yang dihasilkan membantu pegawai kantor Desa Pagar Jati menginformasikan penerima BLT secara sistem teknologi yang dibangun dengan metode water fall meliputi pengumpulan data, analisa permasalahan, perancangan, pengujian dan evaluasi sistem.

Abstrak: Para ibu rumah tangga dapat menjadi entrepreneur (wirausaha) dengan melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan inovasi yang produktif dari rumah, sehingga mereka tidak perlu meninggalkan rumah tetapi juga dapat membantu menambah pendapatan keluarga melalui wirausaha. Motivasi awal yang muincul pada diri seorang ibu rumah tangga untuk berwirausaha adalah karena alasan keuangan keluarga. Selain itu ada juga motivasi lain yaitu memiliki hobby tertentu sehingga produk yang muncul dari kegiatan menyalurkan hobby yang dapat dijual. Motivasi lainnya adalah keinginan untuk memiliki karir sendiri dan untuk berprestasi. Dari hasil pelatihan yang dilakukan selama 2 (dua) hari di Kelurahan Sendang Sari, Kecamatan Kisaran Barat diperoleh hasil bahwa diyakini peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman tentang apa itu wirausaha, motivasi untuk berwirausaha, perkembangan ekonomi kreatif dan penguatan dorongan bagi para ibu untuk mengambil keputusan melakukan wirausaha pada bidang industri kreatif.

The research methods include field surveys, spatial and non-spatial data collection, system design using UML, development with Leaflet.js and MySQL, and testing using the blackbox method. The results show that the resulting system is capable of displaying interactive maps with location details, business information, and an easy-to-use search feature. This system makes it easier for the government, business actors, and the public to access MSME information and supports data-based economic development planning. With the output in the form of publications in accredited journals, this research is expected to be an effective solution for MSME data management in other regions.

Abstrak: UMKM toko roti di Kota Kisaran memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun data persebarannya masih dikelola secara manual sehingga sulit diakses dan dianalisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis WebGIS untuk memetakan dan mengelola data UMKM toko roti secara digital dan terintegrasi. Metode penelitian meliputi survei lapangan, pengumpulan data spasial dan non-spasial, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, pengembangan dengan Leaflet.js dan MySQL, serta pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem yang dihasilkan mampu menampilkan peta interaktif dengan detail lokasi, informasi usaha, dan fitur pencarian yang mudah digunakan. Sistem ini mempermudah pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi UMKM, serta mendukung perencanaan pembangunan ekonomi berbasis data. Dengan luaran berupa publikasi pada jurnal terakreditasi, penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi solusi efektif untuk pengelolaan data UMKM di daerah lain.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM Dechefdefinzs dalam memasarkan produknya kepada calon konsumen. Metode yang digunaakan dalam pembuatan landing page dan website adalah metode waterall, dengan cara pengumpulan data, analisis data, pembuatan desain dari data yang dianalisis, pembuatan program, dan pengujian terhadap landing page dan website. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP dengan framework Laravel yang mudah diterapkan saat ini dan jangka panjang. Dengan dibuatnya landing page dan website Dechefdefinzs diharapkan dapat memperluas dan menyebarkan produk-produknya secara luas di masyarakat, seperti kue tradisional, kue loyang, roti, menu nasi dan kue kering. Website ini juga memudahkan pelanggan dalam memesan dan mendapatkan informasi produk hanya dengan melihat website tanpa harus datang ke lokasi.

One contributing factor is the difficulty in obtaining loans with high interest rates.Crowdfunding has been considered a potential solution, but it has not been fully utilized due to the lack of literacy and negative cases surrounding it. In this context, the development of a Shariah-compliant crowdfunding application is seen as a suitable solution, given the government's efforts to strengthen the Shariah economic ecosystem. To support this application's development, the Laravel framework and the Extreme Programming method, emphasizing simplicity and accelerating the development process, are employed. The result of this research is the implementation of the UML design and system logic, resulting in the Tasha Crowdfunding application as a funding solution for MSMEs. It can accelerate the development process. The research outcomes include the backend implementation of the UML design and system logic, with a 100% successful blackbox testing result, leading to the creation of the Tasha Crowdfunding application as an MSME funding solution.

Abstrak: Di Indonesia Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian negara. Meskipun demikian, ternyata kontribusi yang diberikan oleh UMKM belum mencapai angka yang maksimum dikarenakan lebih dari 40% UMKM masih mengalami banyak permasalahan salah satunya adalah pendanaan. Permasalahan pendanaan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia telah menjadi penghambat pertumbuhan sektor ini. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kesulitan dalam memperoleh pinjaman dengan suku bunga yang tinggi. Crowdfunding telah dianggap sebagai solusi potensial, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal karena kurangnya literasi dan kasus negatif yang terjadi. Dalam konteks ini, pengembangan aplikasi crowdfunding syariah dianggap sebagai solusi yang cocok, mengingat penguatan ekosistem ekonomi syariah yang sedang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Untuk mendukung pengembangan aplikasi ini, digunakan framework laravel dan metode Extreme programming yang menekankan kesederhanaan dan percepatan proses pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa implementasi perancangan UML dan logika sistem yang menghasilkan aplikasi Tasha Crowdfunding sebagai solusi pendanaan UMKM.dapat mempercepat proses pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa implementasi backend dari perancangan UML dan logika sistem yang telah dibuat dengan hasil pengujian blackbox testing 100% sukses dan menghasilkan aplikasi tasha crowdfunding sebagai solusi pendanaan UMKM.

Apart from that, with the E-Marketplace, it can help MSMEs in the city of Cirebon continue to run their business during this pandemic even though there are Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). In this study, the research method applied is the System Development Life Circle, where the method includes the process of data collection and analysis, system design, system development and system implementation and system testing. Abstrak: Usaha pemerintah dalam meningkatan perekonomian masyarakat adalah dengan melahirkan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) didalam lingkungan masyarakat. Masyarakat kota Cirebon merupakan masyarakat yang mulai menyadari pentingnya menjadi masyarakat yang produktif. Namun keterbatasan lahan untuk proses jual beli dan pemasaran produk mengakibatkan UMKM yang di jalankan oleh masyarakat seringkali mengakibatkan kebangkrutan karena daya saing pasar. Maka untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan sebuah media yang dapat menyalurkan hasil produk UMKM masyarakat kota Cirebon tanpa harus adanya lahan tempat menjual produk. Penelitian dilakukan untuk membangun sebuah sistem E- Marketplace (Pasar Digital) yang digunakan oleh masyarakat kota Cirebon untuk mempromosikan, menjual dan membeli hasil-hasil produk UMKM masyarakat kota Cirebon secara online berbasis Website. Selain dari itu, dengan adanya aplikasi ini maka dapat membantu UMKM masyarakat kota Cirebon tetap menjalankan usahanya di masa pandemi ini walaupun terdapat Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Pada penelitian ini, metode yang diterapkan adalah System Development Life Circle, dimana metode tersebut meliputi proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, design system, development system dan implementasi sistem serta pengujian sistem. Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi ini adakan diberi nama Padibon. MSME data collection services are still done manually with Microsoft Excel. This impacts making strategic policies for SMEs that are not optimal because their data are not updated. This study aims to develop a web-based MSME data collection application to facilitate the SME field admin and MSME actors for the data collection process. The method used in making this application is the waterfall method, where the development of this application is done sequentially. The final result of this study resulted in an easy application for collecting data on SMEs and updating data. In addition, it is also in the form of data collection reports for MSMEs and mapping of beneficiaries each year.

Hal tersebut berdampak dalam pengambilan kebijakan strategis UMKM yang tidak optimal, karena data yang dimiliki tidak up to date. Penelitian ini bertujuan tunk mengembangkan aplikasi pendataan UMKM berbasis web untuk mempermudah admin bidang UKM maupun pelaku UMKM untuk proses pendataan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall, dimana pengembangan aplikasi ini lakukan secara berurutan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang mudah untuk untuk pendataan UMKM serta updating data. Selain itu juga berupa laporan pendataan UMKM dan juga pemetaan penerima bantuan setiap tahunnya.
