d environmentally-based digital diplomacy. The CTI-CFF is a crucial platform for Indonesia to build its image as a maritime leader and protector of the region's environment. This research employs a literature review and exploratory content analysis of scientific literature, policy documents, and social media content from relevant institutions, such as the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) and the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat. The findings indicate that Indonesia utilizes the CTI-CFF not only as a policy cooperation instrument but also as a strategic communication medium that combines the framing of environmental and food security issues. The "healthy ocean = safe food" framing is a key narrative used to frame environmental issues within the context of national security. Furthermore, using social media as a digital diplomacy tool demonstrates Indonesia's efforts to expand the influence of environmental communication in a public and participatory manner. This study emphasizes the importance of strategic communication in ecologically based regional cooperation. It opens up opportunities for further research on the effectiveness of digital diplomacy and public engagement in national environmental campaigns.

University, Riau. Academic anxiety is a common psychological challenge experienced by postgraduate students. Religiosity and academic resilience are seen as protective factors that can help students manage academic stress in a healthier way. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The research sample consisted of 41 students from three semesters selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the independent sample t-test using SPSS version 25. The results showed that religiosity had a significant effect on academic anxiety with a significance value of 0.029, while academic resilience showed a stronger effect with a significance value of 0.000. Because the significance results of both variables are less than 0.05, the higher the religiosity and academic resilience of students, the lower their level of academic anxiety. This finding confirms that the integration of the values of religiosity and resilience is very important in supporting students' mental resilience. Strengthening religiosity and fostering academic resilience can be effective strategies to reduce academic anxiety in postgraduate higher education.

environmental impacts, and sustainable solutions related to plastic waste management in both
countries. The method used is qualitative analysis based on secondary data from scientific
literature, reports of international institutions. The results show that Indonesia faces serious
problems in plastic waste management that cause marine pollution to other countries, while
Thailand struggles with the high volume of domestic and imported plastic waste. The
resulting environmental impacts include damage to marine ecosystems, threats to
biodiversity, and human health risks from microplastics. Recommended solutions include the
implementation of national regulations that support sustainability principles, 3R (Reduce,
Reuse, Recycle) strategies, promotion of eco-friendly packaging, and public education to
reduce the use of single-use plastics. The study concludes that regional collaboration among
ASEAN countries is needed to effectively address the plastic waste crisis to protect
ecosystems and human health in the long term.

The findings of the study show that the implementation of maqashid values—such as the protection of soul, religion, intellect, descent, and property—can be the basis for formulating budgeting policies that are not only efficient but also socially just. In addition, this article develops an innovative analysis model, integrates budget efficiency indicators with the maqashid principle, and offers practical implementation recommendations for researchers and policymakers. The implications of this research are expected to help in the formulation of more holistic and progressive Islamic economic policies. This research has shown that the integration of the principles of Maqashid Al-Quran into budget management has the potential to improve fiscal policy by strengthening aspects of justice, transparency, and efficiency. Using the systematic literature review method, this article not only identifies gaps in the conventional literature, but also offers an innovative framework that can be used as a reference for researchers and practitioners in the development of Islamic economics. The implementation of this framework requires a joint commitment between stakeholders to reform fiscal governance and integrate ethical values at every policy stage. The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. This study uses a qualitative library research method, drawing from both primary legal texts and supporting literature to explore this issue.The findings, based on the study “Analysis of Inheritance Distribution for Children of a Second Wife According to Indonesian Inheritance Law”, show that Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia generally aims to provide a fair and balanced distribution through the principles of faraidh. As long as the second marriage is legally recognized, children from that union have the same inheritance rights as those from the first marriage. In practice, however, problems often occur when the second marriage hasn't been officially registered. This highlights the importance of legally documenting all marriages to protect the rights of every child and avoid future disputes among heirs.

Therefore, parents have a great responsibility in caring for, protecting and guiding their children comprehensively, including physical, mental and spiritual aspects. The focus of research in writing this thesis is the responsibility of parents towards children with special needs. The purpose of the study is to analyze and understand the perspective of Islamic law on parental responsibility towards children with disabilities comprehensively in Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency. This method uses a qualitative research method which is a process of various steps involving researchers, theoretical and interpretative paradigms, research strategies, data collection methods and empirical data analysis as well as the development of interpretations and presentation of research results. Children with disabilities have physical limitations, hearing limitations, vision limitations, intellectual limitations, emotional behavioral limitations and communication limitations. Islamic law teaches that parents must provide affection and fair treatment without discriminating between children with special needs and children without, and requires parents to seek education and life skills that will enable children with disabilities to participate well in society. In an effort to meet their needs, Islam also allows parents to seek professional help, such as therapy or health services, to support their child's development.

This study aims to explore how Islamic ethical values—sincerity (ikhlas), trust (amanah), and halal compliance—can be integrated with clinical responsibilities such as sterilization protocols, informed consent, and therapist competency. A thematic qualitative literature review was conducted using Islamic jurisprudence, fatwas (DSN-MUI), WHO and Ministry of Health (Indonesia) guidelines from 2015–2025. Findings reveal that neglecting the maqashid sharia principle of hifzh an-nafs (protection of life) contradicts both Islamic ethics and medical safety. Sunnah cupping services rooted in both spiritual values and professional protocols are more trusted by Muslim patients and improve therapeutic legitimacy. This study highlights the urgent need for national SOPs, certified training, and the development of Islamic cupping clinics with integrated protocols. These clinics can serve as models of sharia-compliant, clinically responsible health services. The research offers practical recommendations for Islamic medical institutions and policy-makers in strengthening Islamic-based complementary therapies in modern healthcare systems.

These three Hadiths teach techniques that can help individuals manage their emotions effectively, such as seeking protection from Allah, changing physical conditions to relieve tension, and restraining from anger. From the perspective of contemporary psychology, these strategies resemble emotion regulation approaches found in theories such as cognitive reappraisal and emotion regulation strategies, which aim to change perception or physiological responses to negative emotions. This research also reveals how teachings in the Hadith can be used as a foundation to understand emotion regulation more holistically, integrating both spiritual and psychological dimensions. Through this understanding, the study highlights the importance of integrating Islamic teachings with contemporary psychological principles to create a more comprehensive approach to managing human emotions, particularly anger, in the modern world.
