. This study aims to determine the effect of Benson relaxation on pain levels in breast cancer patients. A quantitative research method was employed using a pre-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 17 patients selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The average pain score of respondents during the first measurement (pre-test) was 6.12, and during the second measurement (post-test) it decreased to 3.12. The difference in average pain levels between the first and second measurements showed a reduction of 3.00 points. The statistical test results revealed an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant effect of Benson relaxation on reducing pain in breast cancer patients. Benson relaxation can significantly help lower pain levels after therapy. This relaxation technique plays an important role by inhibiting sympathetic nerve activity, which in turn reduces oxygen consumption by the body and relaxes the muscles, leading to a sense of calm and comfort.

aims to analyze the factors that cause flooding in both countries, compare the management policies implemented, and provide recommendations for improved mitigation. The method used is a literature review to collect and analyze various scientific sources. The results show that in Indonesia, factors causing flooding include land subsidence, land use change, and climate change, while in the Philippines, flooding is often triggered by tropical storms and extreme rainfall. Indonesia's response strategy focuses on river normalization and drainage infrastructure, while the Philippines implements a National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan that covers prevention, preparedness, and rehabilitation. Despite these efforts, challenges such as urbanization and land acquisition still hamper the effectiveness of flood management. Recommendations include improving infrastructure, sustainable spatial planning, and community education.

slamic fasting—particularly Ramadan and sunnah fasting—and cellular repair processes through biological mechanisms such as autophagy, cell regeneration, and mitochondrial function enhancement. Using an integrative literature review method, this study synthesized findings from scientific and Islamic sources retrieved from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that fasting positively affects systemic inflammation reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, and the prevention of premature aging and degenerative diseases. Moreover, fasting strengthens psychological and spiritual dimensions, supporting mental health and enhancing emotional resilience. This synergy between biological and spiritual benefits highlights fasting as a holistic health strategy. The study affirms that Islamic values align with modern preventive health principles and offer a solid foundation for spiritually based health promotion. Further research is recommended to evaluate specific biomarkers related to fasting-induced cell regeneration.

It can be concluded that the application of murottal method in RA Perwinda 4 Madining, Soppeng, proved effective in improving the ability to read and memorize the Qur'an children through an interactive and fun approach. The use of murottal audio from famous reciters/qariahs helps the child hear and imitate the correct recitation as per Tajweed, while the combination with creative methods like hand gestures and hijaiyah card games keeps their engagement. The study showed a significant increase in the ability to memorize short Surahs, from an average of 21.9% in the pre-cycle to 85.9% in the second cycle. This approach also supports the natural formation of Islamic character, making the murottal method an effective and innovative strategy in learning the Qur'an at an early age.

rsity Malang. The background of this research is rooted in the low level of participation and awareness of social and political issues among the younger generation in the midst of globalization. To understand this phenomenon, the research used a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods through structured interviews and direct observation. Social awareness indicators were measured based on the theory of Yoyo Sudaryo and Agus Ribowo, while political awareness refers to the theory of Almond and Verba. The data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that Pancasila learning is able to increase students' social and political awareness through the internalization of values such as empathy, honesty, tolerance, and active participation in community life. In addition, this learning also encourages students' participation in political activities, strengthens their awareness of their rights and responsibilities as citizens, and forms a critical attitude toward various social issues. The implications of the results of this study indicate the importance of strengthening Pancasila learning as a character building tool for students who are active, critical, and empowered to face socio-political challenges in the future.

The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of human resource development based on the value of paddle baimbai at SMPIT Robbani is carried out based on teamwork and collaboration. Meanwhile, in SMPIT ANIC is based on morals and self-potential. 2) Programs implemented at SMPIT Robbani include APNI, IHT, Kombel, Morning Instruction, Training, Workshop, Supervision, Coaching, tahsin and teacher tahfizh. At SMPIT ANIC, there are training, mentorship, leadership development, character development and English learning. 3) The obstacles faced by SMPIT Robbani are the time of activities at the same time as other activities, lack of understanding, limited human resources, difficulties in implementation, and lack of motivation. The challenge faced is maintaining commitment. Meanwhile, the obstacles to SMPIT ANIC are limited time and availability of resources, underestimating training, resistance and motivation. The informants included the Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Merauke Regency, the Head of the Trade Division, the Head of the Wamanggu Market Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), the Chairperson of HIPPAM, market traders, and consumers. Data were analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the management strategy of Wamanggu Market is implemented through four main aspects: trader registration, trader regulation and enforcement, market management evaluation, and the enforcement of trader discipline. However, the implementation of these strategies has not yet been fully effective. Trader registration continues to rely on outdated data, resulting in discrepancies between administrative records and actual field conditions. Regulatory measures have not been entirely successful, as some traders continue to operate outside the designated market area and kiosk allocation does not always comply with established zoning arrangements. Market management evaluations are conducted regularly; however, follow-up actions have not been sufficient to resolve existing problems significantly. Furthermore, the enforcement of trader discipline remains constrained by low levels of compliance among traders and the inconsistent application of regulations.The study also reveals that market management strategies are influenced by internal factors, including limitations in human resources, infrastructure, budget availability, and inter-agency coordination, as well as external factors such as regulatory frameworks, trader participation, environmental conditions, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour. Therefore, improvements in human resource capacity, stronger institutional coordination, enhanced infrastructure, and the development of adaptive management strategies are necessary to achieve more effective and sustainable management of Wamanggu Market.
